Benny told me he would put the title in the mail as soon as he he check cleared but 10 days after it cleared no news from Peck Daniels. When I called to follow they said they didn't have the title from who they purchased it from. So when they told me they would put the title in the mail when the check cleared, it was a total lie. The car also has a large water leak that can't be missed. When the car is washed it floods the front seats. It would have been nice to know about this before purchase.

These guys totally ripped off my sister. Sold for book value, but the car used to be a rental car. It smelled like an ash tray as they never even bothered to clean it. The brakes need new rotors as well and the check engine light never goes off. But the worst part is that none of the four tires were the same size and all four were older than the car.
One was so overfilled with air, it had a psi of 50. She could have gotten killed in that car. Who knows what else is wrong with it. These people are liars and crooks. Never buy a car from them.they can not be trusted.

I bought a 2002 Jeep Wrangler in May 2019. I live 3 hours away from the dealer so before I made the trip I asked them about frame rust as it's a common problem with the TJ model Wrangler. They assured me their body man had inspected the frame and found only superficial rust and applied a full undercoating to the vehicle and there were no problems so I made the trip to Memphis.
I inspected the vehicle and it had indeed been fully undercoated. I fully understand caveat emptor and to be fair I was given the opportunity to fully inspect the vehicle. The problem is that once I got home with the vehicle, parts of the undercoating started to flake off. It was then that I discovered the dealer had used the undercoating to cover up substantial frame rot and underbody rust.
I had to make major repairs to the frame to make the vehicle safe to drive that cost me over 1500 dollars and underbody repairs on top of that. I urge caution to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Do your due diligence and fully check it out before buying.

I went here to see about getting a car and everyone was nice to me and helpful (even though I wasnt approved) besides a guy named Kevin. Who I believe works in the financial department there. He was extremely arrogant and rude. He asked me if my husband works. Not where but if. It came across really rude. I suggest if you're going to sell cars, don't do it with a pompous attitude.

Wish I could give a big fat zero 0! The salesman was a very nice elderly man, however, when we went in to do our application the "manager" was very rude! He never said hello or addressed us at all. The salesman took him our app and he starts questioning the salesman in a very aggressive manner about our qualifications. Then he turns to us (still hasn't even said hello) and asks how much money we got down.
When we told him he just says " Nope" and had nothing else to say! Then their cars look like they've been sitting for a while! I'd never go back here or recommend anyone here. The manager seems like a racist and his salesman was an old black man, I wonder why the mngr. was talking so rude to his employee who is a very nice soft spoken elderly black man! It pissed me off

I have bought every car I have owned from Peck Daniel Auto Sales. Kenny and the staff are very trustworthy and dependable. He has always been an incredible source of knowledge on anything car related (where to get the windshield replaced, stereo fixed, car detailed etc.). Simply put, in an industry fraught with poor service and undependability, Peck Daniel Auto Sales shines.

Over the years we have bought 2 cars and a motorcycle from Peck Daniel. I have been pleased with all the transactions. Unlike the other dealers I have bought cars from, it's the only place I have bought a vehicle where I didn't have to spend hours negotiating what I thought was a reasonable deal.
