I HAVE EXPERIENCED THE WORST SERVICE EVER AT THIS JUNKYARD I CALLED SPOKE WITH LADY NAME BETH THERE FRIDAY 4/8 about a trans for my car I called back that Monday 4/11 sent my card info confirm order they had 3 trans on part website it says they where tested I called her week straight nothing called her every hour on hour nothing the following week she stated they tested all 3 trans they are all bad but it says they are tested on website she tell me 4/22 that they don't have one after my customer have been waiting for there car to be repaired instead of tellin me they don't want to deliver trans from Indiana to Aurora! Horrible Horrible Service! Think TWICE

When I needed an engine and needed some help they were there. Allowed me to pay in two installments and delivered to my mechanic. Graham was great will be back and spread the word.

Had an amazing experience with this company. I went in to buy a rim for my son's car because his was damaged. The guy behind the desk was super nice he said I told them to give me the one with the best tire and that's exactly what they did and now my son has his room replaced and he has a good tire on there so I'm truly thankful for my experience!

Came to a muddy road and was treated extremely politely, when you call make sure you ask for the complete total with taxes included. Purchased a transmission through the deposit payment plan.

DON't BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Ordered a door to my mechanic. The door came damaged. They would only refund 60$ out of 450$ saying it could be buffed out. It could not be buffed and and cost me over 60$ for the mechanic to attempt to buff. Almost sure based off the way it was packaged and the scratches on the door. The door was packaged damaged.

Was scared to buy from here after reading all the reviews but went and ordered 5k engine, processes was really smooth graham did a great Job in keeping me updated even tho I got annoying at time he kept me updated and the deliver was quick, had my engine after 5 days of it being ordered, if you're going to buy anything from here ask for graham!

Ordered a part online. I'm in Wisconsin and got the part I ordered literally next day. Easy fast no problems. Best price on the part anywhere online and in person. Def recommend it

Very bad business and bad people. From the owner, salesmen all the way to the drivers. You need to deal with them more than once to know them well Will never ever go back there or recommended anyone to go there as a business owner i lost over 6k dealing with them. almost lost my customers but I cover them all the way.

Only cause you have to give a star to review. I ordered from here because of the mechanic I was working with. The transmission didn't even work when installed. They sent another one after a ton of mix ups and way more fun(sarcasm) than necessary. I got another mechanic to try and install the second one they sent. When the mechanic tried to install he discovered it was cracked.

They then tried to claim the mechanic dropped the transmission. Luckly the mechanic had video recordings of the shop and shared them with me and the guys at I-80. Who then came up with a brilliant(sarcasm) plan to swap out the cases of the transmission. The mechanic didn't specialize in this so after reaching out to mechanics that did I ran into one that had had this same issue with I-80 who made it clear to me to get my money back.

I was informed that I-80 refuses to refund when they know they can't provide adequate parts then hope you get frustrated and move on. That shop recommended what he had to do which was initiate a chargeback. I'm doing that now and will take legal action if need be. But this is not a place to get parts. I've been buying used parts for years and have never been swindled like this before. Don't shop here for large crucial car parts.

I had a great experience with Rich from I-80 Auto Parts. I was looking for a specific headrest for a vehicle for a customer. Rich went above and beyond to help me. He even went out in the yard and sent me pics of the headrest from all angles before mailing it out in order to make sure it was satisfactory. And then he called me to ask me to check out the pics so he didn't miss the FedEx guy and delay my shipment an extra day. This is customer service above and beyond. Rich is the MAN! Thank you Rich!

Wow, who would think you would get exemplary customer service at a salvage yard?! I am so impressed with the attention to detail and care Steve put into my quest for a door for my son's car. They had the exact door I needed and they helped both me and my son through the process. The pick up was easy as could be. We are so pleased!

Worst experience ever. I purchase a part on 6/13/2018 (airbag) for my car and made the payment with my credit card. I thought it was shipped to me but two days later 6/15 I got a phone call from a sales person telling me the part was stolen. I called them a week later to see when they would return my money and asked about that part and the same sales man told me that they sold my part to a local 3days following my purchase 6/16 and when I asked to speak with a manager they refused to let me speak with anyone in management. 1 week later I'm still waiting for my refund. If I could, I would give 0 stars. Worst experience ever!

Excellent source for used car parts! On 112 16 I needed a side mirror for a Nissan versa 2007. Counter guys were professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The counter guy came outside in below zero weather to make sure it fit, and gave suggestions on installation! They even answered questions that I had with problems on my other vehicle, giving me solutions on how to do the repairs! I will only buy my used car parts from this yard from here on out - The service I got here beats the competition by a country mile! I highly recommend this business!
