My breaks went out right next to the shop on a Saturday just before closing. Adam stayed late and got me set up to have it repaired on Monday. Adam is an excellent employee and really takes pride in his work and is great with customers. I would recommend his service. Service: Brake service & repair

Went in to get a tire was happy with the tire and the tire price but the tire tech broke my tpms sensor and I had to pay a extra 70 to have them replace it Walmart only charges 30 for a new one and if they cause the damage the replace it for free and apologize there they just said well it happens and you have to pay good thing I brought extra money! The reason I'm not in the system is they misspelled my name as William byers just checked my receipt

I called around to check prices, and Heinold was recommended by our local tractor supply place. Not only were their prices fair, but their customer service was excellent. Great Service! I typically have dealt with tire barn in past but decided give Heinold and Feller a shot this time and glad I did. Where do I start. I called they answered the phone, the gentleman I spoke with was super knowledgeable, answered my questions provided an estimate for what I requested and had the tires in stock. These guys go above and beyond.

I was asked about a vehicle inspection thinking I'm being sold something or some type of sale deal because that's just what most places push so I ask how much is this going to cost? H & F respond it's free with the tires you purchsed we just ask if you would like the report so naturally I'm like for sure. I received a phone call to pickup my sons vehicle when the work is finished followed by a coupled text messages, one text containing a link with pic attachments of vehicle inspection.

Basically images of strutts, shocks, etc that will be recommended for replacement at x amount of miles. I was told for now things look good as you can see in the pictures. I will be spreading the word. First Class Service. Thanks Heinold & Feller you have won over yet another future customer.

Great place to bring our family vehicles and lawn equipment. It's a great business. Great to have them in the community and even though I might not understand things Adam does his best to break it down and show me.

In Valparaiso for family emergency. Needed safety inspection of undercarriage of car after hitting debris on the highway. Received prompt emergency appointment to check out the car. Inspection was done quickly and needed action completed. Great service! Beyond expectations!

Honest group of guys. Didn't try and over sell me, fixed what was wrong, nothing more, nothing less. They offer a fantastic warranty on the work as well! I got a flat tire and didn't have a spare and when I called, Todd did everything he could to help me. He set me up with a towing company, which was there within 15 minutes as opposed to the 3 hours I waited for roadside assistance, and within an hour my tire was changed and he offered to find me a spare as well. The service was great and the speed they did it at was amazing as well. Really great place!

It is unfortunate that such a well known local business doesn't REALLY care about the brands that they sell. I had a mower sent there for diagnosis for an issue, only to be told there is no issue. The manufacturer was the one who told me to take it there since they were an authorized dealer and repair center. The manufacturer also told me that there definitely is an issue, and the repairs will be covered under warranty.

But boy, if you didn't purchase it from here, I think they could care less about making sure things get resolved. I totally get giving priority to equipment that was purchase here, but when the manufacturer says to "take it here and they will take care of you", well I guess the manufacturer needs to remind them of what being an authorized dealer means.

If I take a Jeep to a Jeep dealer for warranty repair, they WILL NOT CARE where it was purchased. What I don't understand is why. They will be paid from the manufacturer for the repair, and potentially gain a new customer, but apparently they don't have time for that. Also keep in mind that this place is pretty well known for not wanting to work on stuff that wasn't purchased here. Take your mowers to Riggs or Burke's, maybe they will be interested in a new customer.

Randy was very helpful and knowledgeable, and also wasn't afraid to critique my previous (and likely former lol) mechanic on other repairs, which I really respected. Work was done quite timely considering I was a new walk-in and I was really pleased with how well they both broke down pricing, as well as the final price was very reasonable (which you don't get to say about a lot of mechanics). I will be choosing Heinold & Feller for my car repair needs more often in the future, thanks you guys!

I bought an older used truck on a whim after waiting months unsuccessfully looking for a very specific new truck I want. Thanks chip shortage. . When I decided to take the truck in for an inspection, I received lots of suggestions for an auto shop, but I chose this one because it's so close to my house. I called and got a next day appointment. I was greeted when I entered the building.

The man at the desk offered me a loaner vehicle. After the inspection, I received a call informing me of the results and letting me know I could check my email to see the full report. I ended up taking the truck back where I bought it to get the repairs done since there were so many, and I paid $140 for the inspection here. It was totally worth it!

I don't want to name names because every single person I interacted with here was so friendly and helpful. I will go back here in the future for any vehicle repairs. I highly recommend them!

Brought my mower tire in because of a slow leak. Only place in town that has the equipment to fix the small tire. I was greeted promptly and professionally. Diagnosed the problem quickly and left the tire as they politely explained the time delay due to current day's business. Called before noon as they promised and picked up the tire. Again, very friendly and brought tire out to the car for my wife. My wife greatly appreciated and commented to me when she got home how nice and professional they were.
