I've been using Fam Vans for several years now. They work really hard in helping me find what I need. Ask for Santiago. He always puts in the extra effort even when he's busy.

Our non-profit organization was in need of a truck to deliver food to the homeless and less fortunate. We needed a truck that was easy to maneuver in the inner city, have a large cargo capacity, and most importantly a reliable truck that could handle 3 deliveries a day, 7 days a week. We knew we wanted a Mitsubishi Fuso truck but there were only a few available in the LA area.

I reached out to Fred Malley at Fam Vans and from our first conversation, he was kind and took the time to listen to our needs. We made an appointment to check out the truck and Fred was very accommodating allowing us to take time to look over the truck and address the minor issues that it had. Fred was transparent with the numbers so we decided to move forward in purchasing the truck.

Being a non-profit, it took a few extra steps for the funding but Fred was very patient and responsive in text and by phone. I have purchased many vehicles over the years but I can honestly say that the sales experience with Fred was among the best! I highly recommend Fam Vans and thank you Fred for your genuine desire to help. You are a contribution to the many families and individuals that will be blessed by the food and necessities that will be delivered with the truck!

I just got my truck from Fam Vans. Nader was very helpful. He is very friendly and patient to answer every question I have. And make sure the truck is all at good condition before I picked up. I highly recommend them to get your truck. You worry free and no headache. They have a good coffee though.

Good inventory and overall good prices. Leaving a 1 start review because I purchased a Mercedes' Metris van that I immediately had problems with. Starting on the drive home a strong chemical smell in the van made me sick. This continued for 6 months, despite airing out the van and getting it professionally detailed 4 times. I was not able to drive the van due to the toxic smell, and neither was anyone else. I contacted FAM Vans but they dismissed the issue and didn't offer a solution. I ended up having to sell the van for a loss. A real shame.

I would highly recommend Fam Vans to any one looking to purchase new vans or equipment for their fleet. Azziz, Sam, and Maria are the best to work with! We have purchased a few vans and had some customization done and I couldn't be happier. From start to finish the process was smooth. They even helped me work on some of my other vans and help update my fleet!

Nader at FamVans was helpful in our purchase. He took care of warranty repairs and coordinating service on the van. FamVans was also very supportive of allowing us to get a pre purchase inspection at a dealer. Would recommend using FamVans

DO NOT BRING YOUR VAN HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! - I had my van inspected here before I purchased it (the seller suggested fam van and he had work done there before) - I was told by fam van (Mark) it was good with NO issues at all - 20 miles after purchase a check engine light came on and drivers side window fell off (couldn't bring it back to fam van because they were closed at the time this happened) so came back to LA and brought it in to a friend who has been a Benz mechanic for 40 years. Turns out 2 diagnostic codes came up (famvan didn't even run diagnostics on it) - I need new glow plugs, new break pads and routers, new belt, fuel filter, new air filters and some other small things - Im out $2400 because of fam van. So either their technician didn't even inspect the van or the seller paid off the technician regardless do not bring your van here

Aziz, and his brother run a commercial truck outlet in Fountain Valley, where I got my 98 Ford E350. Aziz lifted 1000$ off the price of the van while I was buying it. It's lasted me for over 10 years, and I've put over 100,000 miles on it. Nuff said!

I really enjoyed my experience with FamVans. Tons of selection to choose from. I purchased a flat bed diesel gem of a find, 2006 with only 65,000 miles on it for $22k out the door. My salesman Nader worked very hard to find the perfect truck for my business, and Maria in finance worked her talent to get me financed through my corporation that had very little credit history. Again, I cannot thank the entire FamVan family enough, everyone over there has a smile on their face, and they look out for their clients. Cheers to a job well done.

This is my third time buying a van for my business in less than two years. They have a nice variety of vans with different prices and mileage to fit different budgets. Guys are very fast and responsive, Nider is on top of everything and gets you out of the door fast and smoothly. Good, quick efficient experience with them every time.

***Buyers BE AWARE*** This place is a scam, I purchased a 2018 Mercedes here back in Aug of 2021. And now need a new ENGINE. When I first saw the car all of the tire pressure warnings were low. The guy said it's low on air and just needed to be filled. This is my bad as I should of checked out the tires before purchasing the vehicle. Turns out I needed 3 tires as all of them had holes in them.

Fast forward until today. My car started misfiring, took it to the dealer for a spark plug change and was given the horrific news that the car needs a new engine. I am not the type to abuse my car or race as I picked the 4 cylinder e class which is the ultimate Family car. these guys are the true definition of the used car sales men. They make the car look good and put a nice price tag on it to lure you in and once you are off the lot they don't have to worry as their cars are AS IS. 4 year old Mercedes NEEDS A NEW MOON ENGINE? Do the math and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM if you want reliable cars.

Margarito was incredible from start to finish. He was true to his word and delivered in a very timely and courteous manner. I would recommend FAM vans to anyone and will definitely be returning.

We live in Santa Cruz and found our awesome RoadTrek camper van online through Fam Vans. A big thanks to Waseem who took our calls and was able coordinate with us remotely. It was the first time we considered buying a vehicle based on photos. We flew down south to check out the van and there was no pressure to buy. We had plenty of time to go through the van before deciding to purchase and drive back.

Nader and the fam van team have been exceptional since the beginning. I own a food truck business and have bought 3 step vans and a reefer truck within the past 3 months. They really know how to take care of their customers. I recommend everyone come here for all their van and Tuck needs.

Just when you think you were over the whole "vehicle buying experience" comes Fam Vans. I'd seen these guys for years over the "405", decided to stop by as I was shopping for used 16' box truck. I asked the front lady if I could walk around the lot by myself as to check everything out.she said "no problem, please do, and let me know if I can have a salesman answer any questions" After 30mn of looking at an insane selection, I asked for a salesman, I was then introduced to Nader.

Super polite, and full of informations, Nader explained to me all I wanted to know and MORE! Used, New, Gas, Diesel, Lift gate, Ramp etc. Nader is the box truck encyclopedia. I learned soooo much :)) I decided to buy a New 16'Ford 450 Box from Nader, which I'm so happy with already. They made a couple modifications for me, delivered the truck at my business, unreal experience. This guys are PRO, Honest, and worth a visit for sure if you're in the market. Easily the worst experience I've ever had trying to purchase a vehicle. It's taken me all week to get any kind of a reply, and when I did finally hear back, none of my actual concerns or questions were adequately addressed by either the sales rep or the finance manager. They were quick to ask for a $2k deposit via credit card before specific pricing sheet information was provided, however.

I would avoid having to deal with their sales team at all costs and just buy elsewhere. It may not matter to them or to you reading this, but they've definitely lost a sale here. The lady at the front desk is lovely, however, she is very nice.

Great VANS at reasonable prices. Awesome customer service. Everyone that works here is honest and up front. They are very trustworthy. They helped me get the perfect van for my needs. I strongly recommend them.
