My husband, Matt and I have nothing but good things to say about Clint and Michelle at RoadSport, even though we'd love to keep them as our personal amazing secret. We have both bought and sold cars from them and their knowledge, honesty and fair prices guarantee that that will be our go-to team for cars.

I had my 2018 Chevy Traverse detailed last week at Roadsport and was so impressed with the level of detail. Every nook and cranny and every inch of the carpets were cleaned. It truly felt like a new car. Michele and Clint are so genuine and exemplify the meaning of customer service. Their whole team takes a lot of pride in all that they offer to their clients.

I plan on going back next year for another mini detail. Roadsport has a pretty impressive fleet of cars for sale as well for all budgets, not just high end luxury cars. Thank you again Roadsport!

Bernard. I have nothing but great things to say about him. Up front, honest, and willing to work with a distance buyer. The transaction was smooth (minus a typo) and I was on the road in no time. Correction. Make sure that your DMV fees are correct. My vehicle had back fees for registration that were not disclosed. RoadSport then took what was to pay for my transaction and covered what was due from the previous owner.

When confronted, they said that they did "not have to pay fees once it was under their possession" and it was the new owners responsibility. I verified with the DMV and it is not accurate.

I've dreamed of owning a Porsche for years, if not decades. When I finally decided to do it I did the usual searches, and found Roadsport. A friend had purchased a car from them and said it was a great experience so I decided to give them a try. I could not be happier with the entire process and experience. Clint and the rest of the crew at Roadsport were always attentive, helpful and responsive.

Very knowledgeable about the car, listened to what I wanted and asked a lot of good questions. Even when I had to pause my search for a couple of months they were very understanding. I ultimately ended up with a gorgeous 911 optioned exactly as I would want it (and then some), and my wife and I are thrilled with it! Have purchased four cars from Campbell roadsport over the last couple of years. My first purchase was a Porsche Cayman S, followed by a very nice Tesla model S. Every time anything came up they absolutely took exquisite care of me. Then we purchased a Mercedes for my girlfriend. Now very much to my sadness I traded in my Tesla and my Porsche for a truck.

Only sad because I hate to see such great cars go. But I moved to Santa Cruz and a pickup truck makes just way more sense for surfing, mountain biking and other shenanigans. Hopefully I see the team from roadsport out while kayaking in the slues.

The staff is nice enough. One of the staff was rude to me and a friend about a wearing a mask (my friend as outside away from everyone but he pulled his mask down), but that was earlier in the pandemic. I was promised some things that I didn't get, and the sales person didn't know as much about my model of mercedes as he thought, but overall I think the staff is very nice and care that you are satisfied.

Bernard sold my BMW M5 on consignment. I got the price I wanted in the midst of a pandemic. It did take over three months, but that includes the time it took for RoadSport to fix the paint job at their expense. They made the process easy for me and I plan to use them for my future car needs.

We want to send our sincere thanks to Bernard for his constant and patient sales assistance in purchasing the 2008 Porsche 911 Carerra S from Roadsport-USA. From the beginning phone call through the final in-person delivery, his positive energy, personal interactions with both of us, and his superb follow-through made us both comfortable and trusting in the process.

It was a difficult process! COVID complicates transactions with the DMV and that, coupled with our credit union requirements, kept all of us hopping! But, every time we took Bernard's call or picked up the phone and called him, we were met with a friendly voice concerned with getting the transaction right and keeping our relationship with Roadsport-USA positive.

My wife and I were in search for a particular car and we found it at Road Sport. Made a call to set up an appt. to look at it. We were lucky enough to have Bernard as our sales contact. When we arrived to look at car it was all set up for us. Bernard could not have been any better. Took a test drive. There was a few minor details that we wanted taken care of. Within a week the car was ready. Went back and met with Bernard. He was great -- very professional and courteous. We highly recommend Bernard and Road Sport!

Out-of-state buyer here. I recently purchased a collectible, older model Porsche 911 from Clint and the team at Road Sport and had the very best car buying experiences of my life (coming from someone who's purchased over 20 cars in their life). Being out-of-state (and during Covid), there was no way to view the car in person. Clint was able to coordinate the pre-inspection process for me, along with sending me dozens of photos and videos detailing every nook and cranny of the vehicle. Clint and his team patiently and fully answered each of my questions and put to rest all of my anxiety about purchasing an older vehicle (26 years old in my case) from several states away.

Once the deal had been closed, Clint quickly took care of all of the preparation and logistical issues needed to get a car ready and on its way to its new home. Clint and his team coordinated everything with the logistics company and was able to get me a fully enclosed transport at an extremely reasonable price. I would never have imaged an out-of-state transaction like this could have gone so smooth and efficiently.

I am now in possession of the vehicle and it's as-good if not BETTER than how it was advertised by Road Sport. Clint's entire operation from A to Z is as courteous, efficient, and easy as possible. I hope I get to purchase another vehicle from Clint one day. It does not get ANY better than this.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Roadsport and that has been by far one of the best experiences in 25 years. Clint knew every single detail about the car I came to see and eventually purchased, the history and documentation is as detailed as it can be, he also helped be with a few little fixes. Michelle handles the administrative side perfectly.

I am so glad we found out about road sport! After weeks of looking for an F80 M3 we found a gem at road sport. The sales manager Bernard was so helpful and never looked at us differently because we are young. So many dealerships we went to treated us a certain way but not at road sport! We had some issues with financing but road sport worked with us and even listed the car as sold even though we were still working things out. Bernard would call us with any updates he had and treated us like we were his friends. The owner Clint is very kind and I would 10000% recommend this place! I look forward to doing business in the future.

Owner of this establishment is a total jerk and a dishonest business person. The sales guys he has working for him are polite and seem knowledgeable - but that only takes you so far. Be careful signing anything with this outfit!

If you're debating giving Road Sport a try, I will tell you that you 100% should! Clint and Michelle are the sweetest people, and the best in the business at seeking out quality cars for their customers. Their great reputation among car-buying friends caused me to seek them out. So glad I did! It took a little over two weeks to find the perfect car for me, with all of the features that I desired.

It was worth the wait. They continually kept me in the loop with text messages or calls describing cars that they were looking at or would be looking at that day or the next, & how close that they came to my specs. But there was no pressure to decide on a car, as they said that there was always a new set of cars for them to look over in the next day or so, as they are continually seeking out cars for other customers, as well.

I went test driving at 3 dealerships and though some of the salespeople seemed nice, the service & personal attention came nothing close to Road Sport. Dealerships had cars on their lot to sell, & those were my only choices. With Clint & Michelle, they will look only in areas where they are most likely to find top quality cars, & give you a choice of immaculate cars to choose from that they have pre-selected to be in great condition.

I am very lucky my parents found them to help me purchase my first car. The 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan they found for me was cleaner and nicer than any of the dealership vehicles. Their lot is often full of Porsche's and other high-end cars, but they helped me find my first, lower-budget, car and gave me the same outstanding service that they give every customer.

These guys have been great to work with every single time. they're top-notch and make you feel like family when you walk in the door. Google was kind enough to remind me that I was just there and prompted me for a review, so what the heck. Kudos to them and keep up the good work. I may not always be able to decide what I want for my next car, but the decision of who to buy it from is pretty straightforward. Roadsport every time.

Horrible, horrible customer service. I received a fraudulent check that had this businesses name on it. I wanted to alert them of this misuse. I called and left SEVERAL voicemails and spoke to the RUDEST woman on the phone. She basically barked at me and berated me. VERY RUDE "customer service". She barked out a number for the police department and fussed at me for "already calling this morning", which I hadn't done.

This place looks like it has nice cars.but they have horrible front office people. If someone was writing fraudulent checks from my business I would definitely want to know. The woman that yelled at me needs to get a new job, because customer service isn't her strong point. And the 'managers' never call you back.unless you're calling to make a sale. (I left 3-4 messages and got no call back.) Not very professional at all.

Clint the owner sold me my car and after a year, I had to get new tires. American tire company told me I had a large time in front and also a small on. I called Clint on 7/30/2018 and still waiting for a call back. He refused to return my call. I would not suggest you go to this deal. They just want to sell cars and they do not care about customer service. I should have done a full check up on my Mercedes-Benz, CLK350, 2009 before I bought it. Please be aware of this deal. Ron

Drove 45 minutes and the only car incame to look at was said to have been sold despite it being on their website. Learn how to use a computer and update your website before wasting my time.

I was referred to Roadsport by a couple of co-workers who bought two BMW's from them. I then bought my BMW from Clint Jr. and was very satisfied and happy with the overall experience. I am very particular on what type of car I wanted, and Clint Jr. fulfilled every request I had. He is very professional and ensured that he captured the details on what type of car I wanted and worked with my budget. Anton was excellent as they offer financing and maintenance.

I will not go to any other dealership as the level of customer service you receive at Roadsport is outstanding. The entire Roadsport Team is very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend them for any car purchase needs.

I know I wrote a review years ago but for some reason it looks like it was deleted. Well. it was a 5 Star then and it's a 5 Star today. In 2010 I bought a BMW from Roadsport and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Both Anton and Clint were fantastic as they walked me through the process and helped me make sure I was making the right choice and found the financing that worked for my budget needs.

They even took my trade in which was somewhat of an embarrassment. One of the great things that Roadsport offers is maintenance on the cars they sell. I brought my car back several times and never had sticker shock or felt work was done unessarily. They were and are honest, fare and fantastic. Today (7 years later), I still have the same little red BMW and she needed a few things done.

The customer service I got from Lisa was OUTSTANDING. Someday I'll be able to purchase a new car and you can bet that Roadsport will be the first place I go. If you're looking for a nice car at good price with OUTSTANDING customer service. Roadsport in Campbell should be your first and only stop.

I can't begin to tell you what a great experience I had with these folks. I was finally fortunate enough to be ready to buy my dream car, and RoadSport helped me get into it with friendly, kind, patient help throughout the entire process. After finding the car online, I came in to take it out for a spin.it was perfect. Their Finance Manager helped me quickly and painlessly get financing, and I was quickly off and rolling.

Since purchasing the car, they have kept in the perfect amount of contact and have been incredibly responsive when I have reached out to them for help. If you are anywhere in the SF Bay Area and are ready to buy an exceptional vehicle, pay an unusually fair price and receive extraordinary care, you will be thrilled with your RoadSport experience.

Not sure where these positive ratings come from. The ratings here were the reason I went there in the first place. My experience with this outfit has been exceptionally bad. Here are the facts: - Put my car up for sale under a consignment agreement with Roadsport 18 months ago. I thought the initial price was set too high, but "they know the market".

Every other month I've asked them to drop the price and adjusted my agreed upon sale value to them so they could make enough margin. Always took multiple emails to make that happen. Result, the car hasn't sold after 1.5 years with them. In this period, the car has lost at least $5,000 in value. - I decided to pick it up because they are inept at selling.

When I got the car back last week, it had done 4 test drives for 40 miles. The car was in perfect condition when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, I immediately noticed an issue. Took it to a mechanic and the clutch is destroyed. Not only are they not able to sell, they also don't take care of your property. The result is a $3,500 repair. Bottom line, if you want someone to sell a car for you or you want to make sure you get the car back that you left behind, don't go there.
