Stay away from the manager sanjay kumar. He is a liar and a fraud and honestly should he fired. He lies and makes brand new cars seem unreliable and likely to give you trouble in the future just so he can sell you extended warranty and make commissions. Why buy a brand new car if you have to worry about it breaking downespecially a honda. Beware of sanjay! He had a nasty attitude and immediately turned rude when I declined extended warranty.

Joe and the team were incredible through the entire purchasing process. They were so patient with me and helped me though all my decision changes. The car took 2.5 months to arrive, but the Joe kept in contact with me the whole time and up to date with any and all changes to my car's status. It was a pleasure to work with Anderson Honda.

Manager Ms Jeanette Baldwin showed kindness and compassion and personally attended to me despite our previous encounter and my 1star rating for her banning me when I was hysterical matching the hysterical issue of having to drive back and forth to San Carlos Bec the programs added to my lease are no good w Anderson. Anderson does not honor Honda Care coverage FYI don't buy it if you want to use Anderson.

She really listened and treated me like a human being I am grateful I got my tire fixed- I went to Menlo Atherton Auto Body on El Camino and the shop beside it they both put air and said my tire was fine. Anderson said they would raise the car and they found a hole and fixed it for $48. Very nice dealer on Sales department if you're looking for a new Honda this is the place, very nice service from the salesman, But the Service Department, very bad experience, I went for a normal service (oil change) something simple, but my sunroof was open, and someone tried to close it without pressing the button as it normally closes, what they did was force the cover inside the car to close it and when they delivered it to me the cover was closed and the sunroof was open and I had to go to Complain why it didn't work normally, they took it back to the workshop and they said that they would fix it there, my question is why did they have to touch the sunroof?
It had nothing to do with the oil change, one more thing when they refill the oil it spills around the cap and they don't clean it, leaving it as if it had an oil leak in a new car, also I had to change a tire and they curb rash all my new wheel. This dealer have a really good service on sales but service department is the worst.

The sales rep I worked with Haris was great. The finance manager Sanjay Kumar Nayak tricked us into buying a $3185 Honda Care Maintainence Package. We specifically asked him if everything was included in the maintenance when we were discussing details and he said "yea, yea." Everything I spelled out "tire rotation, filters, etc just basically everything that are needed to keep my vehicle in good shape.
I went into the dealership today to get my 1st maintenance done and I was told ONLY oil changes are covered, not even filters. I got furious right away. Do not go to Anderson Honda. You get good service at the front end and the back end, you get nothing.

My wife and I had come down from Sacramento to purchase another vehicle, but someone had another customer purchase that car. We were directed to George Werner and he was absolutely great! A+ service and completely helpful. Glad he was the one who got us an even better car than we originally came for. George and Dave were very helpful and gave us the best service we could of asked for. The reason I called Anderson Honda was because I was in search of Honda Accord and my information went to them and after I got an email I saw the price being way too high!.and when the guy from the Anderson Honda called me I said to him yes I am looking to buy one but your price is too high.he then said I am sorry and hung up on me before I could even say anything!
He had a accent of Asian. Then I called the dealership to complain about him to the manager of sales department and I was on hold for awhile and then someone picked up the phone with a name of West I believe! I will recommend Anderson Honda and its salesperson Jonathan Beraun. In the global shortage, I have to get my new car through a long-waiting reservation. Jonathan has kept me updated in its build/production, till it is finally in transit. I will definitely come back to them when I am buying my next new car.

I felt my interaction with this dealership was positive overall. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I felt the car was priced competitively with other cars, but unfortunately, because if the time when we needed was when cars were in demand, the price of this used car was higher than the original ticket price. My only concern was that when our personal mechanic discovered a small crack in the windshield a day after the purchase, it took a number of calls and emails to get the crack filled. Eventually, about 10 days, the dealership paid for a glass repair company to fill the crack. It was done well and we did not need to have the windshield replaced.

IThe biggest failing with this business is the services department. All car dealerships usually have great sales departments because they obviously want to sell you a car. But what happens when your brand new car has problems and you need to bring it in to make things right? Well things take a turn at this point. Everyone from the person who answers the phone to the service personnel couldn't be less responsive, ruder, unwilling to listen to the customer and generally make you want to run out of the dealership as soon as possible!
They love to blame you for whatever may be wrong with you car. My car started to fall apart in the first year so I can't really recommend Honda to anyone, but to have to deal with a bad service department just makes things that much worse.

I bought the car and have kept receiving maintenance in this dealer. I was satisfied until this time. After the maintenance the engineer didn't put the 2 caps back to their positions on the pipelines. From the shape of the caps it seems they have to be in the positions for sealing. They made low level mistakes I doubt the qualifications now.

I had a great experience with Jonathan and Kyle today. Jonathan got me lots of info on the car over email the past three days. He even took extra photos and sent them to me. Upon visiting Jonathan had a customer show up right before I arrived. So Jonathan handed me off to Kyle who got me set up with a test drive and helped with paperwork. Between his customer Jonathan checked in to make sure I was all set with Kyle.
I sure was. Jonathan even had time to "shop talk" with me a bit on old honda racing stuff. It was fun and really inviting to have a more personal touch with Jonathan. When ready Kyle handed me off to the Finance Manager Sanjay. Sanjay was super professional, explained things in detail and was patient with my questions. He also let me know what to expect when my credit union contacts me. He was awesome. When finished with Sanjay, Kyle got the car all washed, handed me the keys and I was off. thank you Anderson Honda! Your team is awesome

Excellent experience buying a new car at Anderson Honda. I received a price quote via email and that price quote remained accurate throughout the process. While Anderson recommended various additions like paint protection and a GPS anti-theft system, they also removed those charges with little fuss; as Sanjay, the finance manager, said, they work to treat people the way they would want to be treated.
My deal was through Les Leonardo and he was helpful throughout the entire process, including taking my calls and answering my questions on his day off! Thank you to Les and the entire Anderson team. Very happy with my purchase and my new car.

After calling around dealers across the entire Bay Area and hearing about the shortage of inventory due to chip issues, I luckily was able to secure a reservation for a new civic here at Anderson Honda back in November. The reservation process was smooth and clear, and although there were some delays due to the chip shortage, I was always provided timely updates on the status of my car.
Special thanks to Jonathan Beraun for keeping me updated and showing patience, I was very excited for the car ever since November. He gave me regular updates as soon as he had new information. As a buyer, I really appreciated the transparency of everything. I felt comfortable that I made the right choice to stick with Anderson instead of shopping around, despite any delays.

I recently brought in my Honda HRV for some recall service. From beginning to end of my experience everyone was helpful and responsive. I can't say enough about the service operator that I worked with, she was very helpful and gave me great advice and was able to get me in in a short amount of time. Everyone in the service department was very welcoming and willing to answer any questions that I had. My car was in and out of service within four hours and it was a great experience. I highly recommend the service center at this Honda dealership.

I was looking for a family car, providing cargo room, reliable, in great condition and most of all at a great price. I searched since December 2021 and ran into a little hiccups a long the way, but the stars aligned and my fiance sent me the add to a 2017 RAV4 at Anderson Honda. I Sent a message to the dealer, and Al Pinard got in touch with me very quickly.
We chat through text / email and set up an appointment for me to test drive the car. Al did an amazing job and answered all my questions. I couldn't take the car that day as I was in the process of receiving my funding through my credit union, Al and the manager provided me with the options available to me, but I decided to continue to wait for my funding.
A week later Al checked in with me to let me know the car was still available. I just had gotten my funding so we book an appointment for me to start the process of owning the beautiful RAV4. My fiancee and I bought a car from Anderson Honda nearly a week ago. My sales associate, Les Leonardo, was responsive. However, I logged a complaint about the tires on the car two days afterward and felt I didn't receive an adequate response. When I brought it home, the low tire pressure gauge light came on and I inspected it. The PSI on all four tires were dangerously low.
All of them had readings way below the recommended 34 PSI in the manual. I told Les it was very dangerous since any tire could have blown out when I drove it home from the dealership. My question is why wasn't this checked before I made my way off the lot? I reached out to the GM and requested a response but he never got back to me. I also let Les know at least three times I was planning on posting a negative review based on these interactions, so here I am.
I am deeply disappointed with the lack of safety, foresight, and accountability your dealership has taken so far in addressing the issue. The last thing Les told me via text was to, " check for nails or leaks". Again, great advice, but I feel Anderson Honda should have performed one last check before releasing the car to me. If anyone buys a car from them, please make sure they really did a full inspection and didn't just tick off boxes for the sake of completion.

I cold called the dealership and got Jonathon on the line to see if they had a vehicle that fit my needs and met my parameters. It so happened that they did! I said "Great! I will see you in 20 min." I got there and we were taking a test drive within 10 min of my arrival.
He knew the ins and outs of the car, a 2013 Odyssey. Right color and right price. Bought it that evening. Jonathon was on the ball and very pleasant to work with. It was clean as a whistle and they even filled it up for me. So while I recommend buying your next car at Anderson Honda, Jonathon was really the reason I bought the car. Ask for Jonathon.

I dont understand the great reviews. It has been 6+ yrs since we bought our car and the highly toxic negative experience is still fresh in my mind. I will live you with the jist. After much checking, gaslighting by them they decided that the loan rate is 6.25%. They said why dont you pay for a year & then refinance for a lesser rate(gaslighting). Guess what rate i eventually got at my credit union? 1.79%.

This review is for the service dept only. 12/31/21. Sammy Martinez is the best! He is honest and friendly. When I heard he transferred here from Primo, I just had to follow him (and I live in SF!). This is how much I trust Sammy. It's hard to find a reliable service advisor. The technician that did my service was also great. The paperwork I received after was so detailed and it made me feel good about driving my car!

The good: I worked with Sam and Matt and had a quick and easy car-buying experience (partly because I didn't negotiate). I asked them in advance to make the process as fast as possible since I didn't have someone to watch my baby for too long. Both of them understood the assignment and made everything super quick for me. I was driving home with the used car I purchased for my dad in under 2 hours. Sam didn't pressure me to buy any packages or add-ons but was very informational about them. Matt was also great at explaining everything to me and was extremely quick and efficient.
The bad: They don't give or sell those giant bows you see on TV for when people gift cars. It's more of a gag thing I guess. I was hoping to get one since I was surprising my dad with the gift. They told me my car would be filled with gas but I had to drive to the gas station with the car salesperson to get it filled. This was okay but I would have preferred that they already fill it for me.
The interesting: They have an efficient process where your name and appointment is posted on the TV for when you check-in so your agent can come and meet you. Some places let you test drive alone but here I had to test drive with the car salesperson.

Due to the high call volume he was still able to assist myself and others and get my paperwork submitted in a timely fashion. I felt welcomed and I didn't feel rushed nor pressured. NO hidden markup price like other dealers do. - Applying for the loan is very smooth. NO need to go back and forth for a great rate. I went to their website and requested their price on 2021 Honda Ridgeline Sport. I received a text message from an internet salesman, Joe Tran. "did You just requested Honda Ridgeline Sport AWD? Check you email i sent price quote, one price only if you happy or not let me know, don't waste our time. Thank you" What kind of message is this "don't waste our time"?
