Wonderful friendly, down home service. I bought a 2019 Impala Premier a few days ago and Kurtis made the process almost painless. I went here just looking to see what my options were. I need a new car after having a baby and knew my credit wasn't the greatest. The salesman who I spoke to was really nice and gave me a few ideas towards getting a vehicle that would work for me. I didn't leave with a car that day (I wasn't prepared to buy at that time) but I did leave with an idea and some confidence which is more than I thought I'd get.

Was looking to buy a new car and was really hoping to buy local, especially since my parents only deal with Gert. I went and did the test drive, picked out a car package and was ready to discuss prices. The younger salesman took me to his desk in the corner of the showroom and proceeded to talk about his phone, his child custody arrangements with his ex wife, and concerts he had gone to.
After listening patiently for 15 minutes I asked for their best out-the-door price on the car I test drove. He stood up, handed me his business card and told me to "come back with your husband and we'll talk pricing". Never went back & keddies lost not just one customer, definitely more after my family and friends hear how I was treated.
