This place is great. I have a very low car and they were able to get me an oil change. I felt like they actually cared about my car due to their expressed concerns about how low the car is. They looked at it and safely proceeded. Thanks for saving the day guys.

They were very friendly and pleasant since I called them. Once I got there, I told them that it was my very first time doing an oil change, and they made me feel very comfortable about it. They took me to their nice waiting room with water, coffee, TV and Wifi. Thank you for everything!

They got the parts I needed for my rims, but told me my tires wouldn't fit without major wheel well modifications. Well I flynns put everything this on and check clearances and the fit good. I'll needs a leveling kit for absolutely no rubbing when making a full turn but my tires fit great. Won't be going back that's for sure. Flynns is better priced as well

Excellent service! Traveling through Pennsylvania we had a tire blow out on the turnpike. The owner of the campground we were staying in recommended Highland Tire to get replacement tires. Stop to have wheels broken from tires, quoted $7 per tire. Pulled in I was only customer. They had it done in probably 10 minutes tops. Went in to pay gentleman says, have a nice day. I said are you sure? He said have a nice day. I've bought tires here before but he didn't know that at the time. This is why we need to keep our money local and support small businesses! Had to be towed here from Rt 28 with a flat. They had my tire fixed back on the road in less than 30 min. They were all very nice!

I will always get my tires here. Great customer service and very honest people. I came in thinking I needed 4 new tires, but they told me my front 2 were still new and saved me money. I've always had good experiences at this place and I've never had to wait long. Every staff member is friendly and their prices are reasonable.

Great place. Has tires rotated and fluids checked. Joe Mego was the tech doing the work. Very knowledgeable and friendly. If You ever have any work done just ask for Joe Mego. You can be assured work will be done correctly. Good work Joe.

Recently I got a flat so I brought my car to highland tire. I'm so happy I did! They fixed my car in no time and at a great price. Car troubles are so stressful but these guys know how to ease the stress. Not only did they fix my car, the staff is friendly and funny. Thank you!

Unbelievable customer service! I drive 90% of the week for work and my car is always a priority. While I was visiting from Philadelphia my tire pressure gauge light popped on and my father recommended I take to Highland Tire. They were helpful, quick and considerate. It seems like I am always getting something done to my car because of how much I drive.

So I've spent my fair share in services centers. They went above and beyond to ensure my tires were safe. Harry, who was took care of me, even mentioned "I wanted to make sure your tires were safe because of your long drive back to Philadelphia." I even left with a beautiful carnation! Thank you again for your outstanding service and making me feel like a human!

These guys have it figured out. I drive a company car and am consistently stopping for an oil change and tire rotations. They ALWAYS get it right and are the nicest people. I highly recommend this place for they are honest and trustworthy.

Best tire store barr none! Got best price, $40 less per tire than online not including the extra $40 delivery charge and they include mounting. Balance is extra but only $6.99. Called them Wednesday at 4 pm and had my trailer tires by the next morning. Pulled my boat out to them and they remove the four lock nuts I had lost the key for, replaced and balanced the two tires, and replaced the spare all in about 20 minutes! Will go back for all my tire needs for all my vehicles! Highly recommend them!

I assumed Highland Tire in Tarentum was affiliated with the location in Natrona Heights?.Oddly, the service is worlds apart! I have never had a bad interaction at the Tarentum location but the Natrona Heights venue tried to scam me. I recently went in to have a flat repaired at the Natrona Heights location and was told the damage was "too large to repair" and was advised to purchase a new tire. Leary, I sought a second opinion and sure enough the Tarentum location was able to repair the flat with no qualms and the tire has been doing fine for over 3 months.

Just because I am a female I do not appreciate the attempted upsell! And what is with the stupid carnations they insist upon giving out to women? Seems to be just another way to instill false confidence so unassuming women will reluctantly believe these guys are honest. If you have to utilize the services of Highland Tire, I strongly suggest patronizing the Tarentum location and avoiding the scoundrels in Natrona Heights.

Highland tire does good work, their prices are great and they're fast and friendly. However, beware if you have valve stem covers on your wheels that you would like to keep, either factory or non, I would just recommend you make sure you still have them when you leave. Overall Highland tire is a great experience, and if something doesn't go as planned they will work to make it right.

These guys had me in and out in about fifteen minutes. I was traveling and it was so cool to have such prompt service. Highly recommended.
