My first truck buy, happened to be my dream truck at perfect timing and the salesman first sale!.Darnell did GREAT! I highly recommend having him on your next sale but other salesmen did great also.even went above and beyond came in on his off day to detail it and clean it before pick up. For some whatever reason their detail guy forgot to do his job.

I was treated extremely well by ALL staff especially Nick, Ryan and Robert. They worked in conjunction with each other. All were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was given a fair price on my new Truck (2022 RAM 1500). I would recommend them to everyone I know. I do not live near Monroeville, PA but the drive was worth it. Also, the Manager was very helpful in making this deal. I wish everyone at Monroeville Dodge Ram a very successful 2022.

I bought a used Dodge Grand Caravan from a different dealer at the end of February. In order for its warranty coverage to be honored, we had to take the van to a Dodge mechanic. Dave was our mechanic at Monroeville Dodge Ram and I am so pleased with our service there! They had to keep the van for about a week because they were going back and forth with the dealer and the warranty company. Dave (and other mechanics when Dave was out sick) kept us informed throughout the whole process.
They did great work on our van and I feel confident driving around knowing our vehicle is in good shape. Dave was patient as I figured out warranty information and talked over financials with my husband throughout the process of him working on our van. He explained the vehicles issues in a simple way for me to understand but never made me feel stupid. I will be taking our van there again for oil changes and future services.

Got a new Ram Limited here! Scott was awesome and made the whole process quick and easy. Just a heads up, all dealers that I shopped around with try to short you on your trade or throw a bad offer at you at first. You must go into the buying process knowing this will happen. Do some research on what your trade is worth and know the breakdown of what you're going to pay ahead of time.
Know that your trade value will lower the taxes you pay on your new vehicle also. They will always try to tell you "We just can't sell your type of vehicle" or whatever just to make it seem like your car is worth less. It's not. They know it and you know it. Just stand firm and don't listen to them. They will work with ya at the price you want. And I got the exact value I wanted for my trade in. Everyone else on their staff was also friendly and my new car is was in perfect condition when they gave me the keys! I love my new Ram!
