Went to look at a vehicle they had on the lot, went in told the salesman everything we were looking for, gave him my GM employee pricing authorization code. Salesman comes back and suddenly the car is $3,000 higher than sticker price. Completely left out the supplier pricing I get, so when I ask him he said that was a market adjustment because of how fast these cars are selling(I understand working in a dealer) told him that unfortunately that's not how supplier pricing works.

The salesman said he would lose his job if he sold the car for the employee pricing, sales manager comes over and says that he needs to hold so much money per copy and that he will sell that car tomorrow and that he should just not accept my employee pricing. He says that he holds $2,800-3000 gross on every vehicle and he won't go lower than that, not really something you should be telling your customers to be honest.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had, unfortunately the salesman Will was actually nice and very familiar with the vehicles just sounds like he is being forced to take advantage of people.

Right from the door, Mark Hamilton took care of me immediately. He told me what the process would consist of regarding what the repairs, paint job, and the need for the vehicle to sit after painting. The repair shop did an awesome job on my vehicle. Furthermore, my vehicle was detailed prior to me picking it up. I would refer EVERYONE there. Awesome insurance job!

I've never wrote a bad review until today. Took my car for inspection was told my two tires failed and my other two were barely passing. I explained I couldn't understand how my front tires were measured at a 2 when I just purchased them last March due to a flat tire I had gotten. I was told the other two back tires were at a 0 and 1 which I didn't know at the time was definitely wrong.

I'm sure the back two may have need replaced due to me having them for a few years but to say I needed all four was a flat out lie. I kept the two front tires and come to find out they measured at a 7. I'm happy to know that your company clearly tried to take advantage of the fact I may not be knowledgeable about these types of things as a young woman. I've never had an issue with Century three chevy until now. If I could give a zero star I would. Will not be bringing my business back to your dealership.

They are very unprofessional and charge you for work you do not need done. I brought my truck in for an oil change and an inspection. I was told that it did not pass inspection and required some work totaling $1487.00 i declined since it needed no work. Years prior and I only drove it 105 miles in 2 years. I then went to pep boys where it passed inspection with no work required. stay away they are bad.

I saw a truck they were advertising online for $40,045. I called the number on their website and ask them is this the sales price for the vehicle. They said yes that is the sales price can we set you up an appointment. When I got to the dealership they set me up with a sales person his name was Mitch. He took down my information after I showed him the ad online.

I said is this the sales price for the truck he said yes. He said would you like to see the truck I said sure after taking it for a test drive they gave me the numbers to buy the truck. It was $2000 over the sales price given online and what Mitch said it was supposed to be. He said let me speak to my manager. The manager said there's an addendum they can put on it after they arrive.

I explained to him that I was told the sales price from their website and the person I talk to their website what is $40,045. Mitch also said that the sales price was $40,045. He said there's nothing they can do, the manager. They pulled the old bait and switch. I asked twice that the price was $40,045 and they lied about it twice. They wasted my time I cut out of work early and I missed my son's game because of their lies please don't Let them waste your time.

Sales representative Brandon Fox was very knowledgeable and responsive while I waited for the '22 Malibu to arrive. He kept me up to date through texts and calls. He stayed later to ensure I could pick it up on the day it arrived and even later to go over all the features with me. Excellent service!

I thought it was wonderful how my vehicle was taken care of, plastic on my seat, paper on the floor. But. I've been trying to get a call back from the young lady(Natasha) that I originally got checked in with since the date I was there and I get put on hold til I get hung up on or no answer? My check engine light has been coming on every now and then I know it isn't a gas cap or something silly like that, I need it looked into. Thank you, Cheryl.

Sales rep Brandon was a great help. He went above and beyond and always answered our questions over the course of a week. The trade in value for our vehicle was spot on just like their advertisement. Financing did great also. Got our payment and rate exactly where we wanted to be. I will definitely go back there to purchase another car.

I called them on 1-17-22 and spoke with Cody who is super nice in the am to test drive a used equinox and a used 2022 trailblazer for Tuesday 1-18-22 since we got 9 inches on snow Monday. I was really intrested in the 2022 trailblazer but wanted new but they did not have any new trailblazer or equinox but a test drive with a used one would help me decided between the 2.

I called again 4:00 pm 1-17-22 to say please have vehicles cleared off from Snow and be ready to test drive. I arrived 9:15 am and first vehicle was a 2019 equiniox and Mitch D greeted me with a Pen's Beanie hat, He was nice but I had to wait 15 minutes for him to clear the Snow off the equinoix and than I had to re clear the front seats for some left over snow.

He did try and sell me the used 2019 equinox ( sales 101,) but I told him I don't want someone else's problem's. They somehow could not find the 2022 trailblazer despite them saying it was there at 4 pm yesterday, and I arrived at 9:15 am after the Amway sales, RAH RAH rally meeting. I would say they could do better and it should have been a better experience.

My personal issues were the following and the reason I walked out of the dealership something i have never done before and I bought 7 new vehicles and 4 used vehicles in my life so far. 1. Wearing a Beanie hat while sitting inside waiting for an UP. (Opportunity.) 2. Not clearing off the car before I arrived and having to wait 15 minutes. 3. Not having the 2022 used Trailblazer like I was told it was there, yesterday at 4 pm. 4. Trying to sell a a junk used car, in the equinox when I want New. 5. Telling me that ordering a 2022 equinox would take over a year when today on 1-20-22 two other dealers said 3- 6 months due to backlog and chip shortgage and employee shortgage ( normally 2 months.) 6.

No management call back, or follow up for leaving, I gave them 2 days. I will do another review if they call and want to do business but they better have a really good deal to do so, anything less is a waste of mutual time.

I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR HERE. Professionalism is horrible here. my husband and I went car shopping recently and our sales person Victoria made our experience HORRIBLE. She constantly hit on my husband right in front of me. It was so uncomfortabl, she then took our information and started to text him personally. I finally got a hold of the office and told them and they did nothing about it. Transferred me to multiple people and nothing ever happened. Very bad service, im disgusted and we decided to get our car art jim shorkey in north hills. customer service was fantastic.

I set my appointment up on line for a state inspection and intermittent engine issue. They called to confirm it right away and the day before. I was greeted warmly and only an hour later the inspection was basically done and I had the diagnosis and repair costs explained. I was allowed to speak to the mechanic who was knowledgeable and professional.

I only had to pay a reasonable percentage and the car was ready to go in a couple hours. These were all new people since last year but the service was still the same high quality and I will use them again. Great job guys!

Reviewing just for customer service. Clarence was friendly and helpful. He was not pushy and made us feel at ease. I received another offer elsewhere and did not get a vehicle here, but wanted to leave a review for the experience I received. It was a lot better then the numerous dealerships I went to that would barely look up from their desk to help me.

Horrible customer service with pushy and inexperienced sales people. They try to put you in cars way over budget then yell and get an attitude when you refuse their offers. My husband and i went in there with an exact price point he wanted to be at, and they completely ignored that value. Our "sales person" who was inexperienced and didn't say a word to us during the test drive sent over another guy to try to up-sale us on a brand new car that we didn't come there for.

Extremely cocky individuals who try to con you into their sales methods. Absolutely will not be referring them to anyone. Very dishonest sales associates with huge attitude problems. Take your business to a dealership who values you as a buyer! There's many, many car dealerships out there.

I use to work there and I sold my sister a used van it had bad brakes broken latch and the air conditioning didn't work they told me it was a good vehicle to sell her well they charged her to fix the brakes even though it had a brand new inspection sticker and I offered to pay to fix the air condition they took over 800 dollars out of my check and all they did was put a can of coolant in which cost 24 dollars at most!

I quit right after that! I watched them rip person after person off! They are not a good dealership to buy a car from or work there! If you want a good deal on a Chevy or Ford or used go to Latrobe Chevy I worked there also and they treat people right and give people good deals all the time! The owner Lud is a great guy the owner for Century 3 Mr Aufenburg is not a good person and let's his managers rip people off and he lives in Texas so your money isn't helping locally! Trust me do not do business with Century 3!

I only had my car for 9 months and it officially died today. Please, get it checked out professionally with a diagnostic check or be out of $6000. This dealership should be ashamed of themselves. Greed over honesty.

Probably the worst experience I've had at a car dealership. Salesman that did not listen to my request. Could not get the vehicle, a brand new one, started due to a dead battery and then could not get it jumped to start. After I left, one of the managers called me and started to chew me out for leaving. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Stay away. Run away. Too many good dealers close by to deal with these guys. I received a reply from Century 3 that said please call and discuss with our GM. I called and left a message but he did not call back. I guess his people have been trained well by their GM who has no concern for follow through either.

3-4 years ago I was recommending everyone to this Chevy dealership, but I won't anymore. Just leased a 2019 Equinox from here and everything about the experience was horrible. Now I know why the guys I use to work with from here left to work at other dealerships. I've always been loyal to chevy, but once this lease is up I will never go back there. Salesman was typical, their factory manager was also there giving "deals". Was treated like just another sale.

My sales guy had to leave, so someone else helped us finish the deal. After 2 hours of waiting, they pulled a different car up than the one I test drove (my request, I wanted another color). I was RUSHED out of there, the guy told me "sorry, I wish I had time to go over the controls with you but we are trying to get out of here", because it was closing time.

I got home and lifted the back cargo panel and there was someone's stuff in the car! There were scuff marks in the back inside and on the doors. It was DIRTY. Took it back and all they did was take the stuff out. Didn't offer to detail. Just said "sorry, it came from another dealership". So they don't look in a car before selling it?!

I should have listened to my guy instinct to leave while we waiting an hour to sign. I'm beating myself up over it. DON'T GO HERE. If you really want a Chevy, get it somewhere else.

As of 2/5/19 I have not had any response back from this dealership about the issues that still remain with my car. 1/4/19- Scheduled an appointment to replace brake light, turn signal light and Tire Pressure Indicator (TPI) that was malfunctioning and not reading. At the appointment, parts were replaced and issues were fixed and I was "All set" The TPI issue reoccurred the following week and 2nd visit was scheduled. 1/18/19- At the 2nd appointment it was decided that the replacement parts were not "learned" correctly and the system was reset.

The TPI light was not longer flashing and again I was "All set" Following week the TPI lights all turned off (all 4 tires now not reading) and then the check engine light has now turned on. A 3rd appointment was made. 1/28/19- At the 3rd appointment it was determined that 2 additional TPI parts needed to be replace and an additional charge for parts concerning the check engine light.

The following week the TPI lights are still malfunctioning. I immediately followed up with the Contact Us Link on the website to explain the issue. I left a message with the service department the same day as the email. I again left a voicemail at the dealership with my contact information and the reoccurring issue. I do not trust this dealership to fix this issue, but I have paid for all these repairs already so I guess I am the one out of luck.

They have not reached out to address the car issues or the sub-par service I felt I've received and every time I visit the website a salesman feels the need to reach out and sell me a car.

These people are completely clueless to everything they do. They wanted to pay off my vehicle and slap an extra 3 grand on top off the loan THEN apply it to my current loan. When I asked why no one could give me an answer, they also didn't know if they finance through themselves and I also talked to about 4 different people to get some quotes which none of them could do without a collateral. definitely would not recommend my worst enemy to go here

I'm giving a one star rating because of what happened to me earlier today. The service was fine and good but here's what went on. My vehicle was done getting the spark plugs replaced and as I pulled around the corner one of the employees that took one of their vehicles in for a wash pulled out very quickly and rear ended me on the passenger side back door with my 2 yr old daughter in the back seat nobody got hurt thank god.

The guy hopped out of the vehicle and went and got 2 guys who I didn't know I'm guessing one was a supervisor and this other guy had the nerve to say to me "didnt you see him backing out?" I couldn't believe this POS said this to me.

Took my girlfriend to buy a car and they tried to sell me a BMW. They won't tell you the price of the car or even try to negotiate. They wanted $5000 over blue book when I did the math on the offer. Then you agree to a payment with the salesman he comes back with $60 over what you want to pay, then you agree to $20 over what you wanted to pay so they come back with a $1 less then the original offer but now with a higher down payment!

What bazaaro world do they make deals in! Then even closing my girlfriends deal they had us sit for 4 hours and wait for financing. The salesman left for the day leaving us sitting here. I will never come back or recommend anyone to go through this nightmare!

This place will make you want to pull your hair out. I took my car in for an inspection and oil change. It was confirmed by two people here (the cashiers and staff are very unprofessional) that they changed my oil. Well they didn't. Make sure to check that they changed it before you leave. I didn't realize they didn't do it until later on when I got a code pop up on my chevy spark screen saying my oil life is under 5%.

This could've really damaged my vehicle. Also be sure to read each piece of paper they have you sign and listen to what they say. They speak fast and sneak stuff into what they are saying. I highly suggest going elsewhere if you are planning on buying a car or need any service done. Their coffee tastes like shit too.
