Words can't express the outstanding experience we had with D&D RV. Not only did they go above and beyond what was expected of them when we purchased our travel trailer, they went out of their way to help us after our truck broke down 30+ miles from them. They came to the rescue and followed up with us throughout the night to make sure we were OK. There are not a lot of people who would do that. From first talking with Stephen at the Dayton RV show, then having him reach out to us when the model we were interested in became available, we could not have asked for a better buying experience. When weather and/or outside commitments delayed purchasing and taking possession of our new fifth wheel, Stephen was very accommodating. Our walkthrough with Cole was superb and very detailed.
He took his time and explained everything thoroughly, and he allowed us to take as many notes as we wanted to. Every person we talked to at D&D RV was very friendly and helpful. I have already referred others to them, as I think they are top notch when it comes to customer service.

WONDERFUL PEOPLE! Had a truly amazing experience dealing with d&d and all of their employees! Everyone was so kind and we got exactly what we wanted for a FANTASTIC price! A few weeks ago I was on my way to a trip, my trailer brakes were engaged but not working due to an error in my brake controller. It was 4:50pm (they close at 5pm) I called and spoke with the service manager. He gave me some recommendations on what it could be. I was about 10 minutes out from the dealer as it was on the way to our destination. I asked if I could use there parking lot to check what he recommended.
He said yeah no problem. I pull up at 5:02 on a Friday they were locking up, Kyle came out checked what he recommended and it wasn't that. I asked if it could be my wiring harness for the controller since it was already in the truck when I bought it. He said let's give it look. He ran inside and came back out about 1 minute later and said it's the wrong harness for your year.
He had one for my truck and just traded me for the correct one and got us on our way. I don't know many if any dealerships that would do that for you. I love this dealership and the way they were willing to help us out to travel safely. Cannot recommend them enough! We bought our camper in November it was 2014 261bhxl wildwood x lite.

Huge kudos to the team at D&D. We have been looking for a camper for years, inquired about a few, but didn't make the decision to purchase until this year. Steve did a great job of working with us, being patient while we shopped, and finding the perfect balance between giving us the information we needed & letting us explore/shop on our own. When we came to finalize everything, the service guys were super thorough, showing us everything we would need to know and gave us great tips to have on hand. Definitely recommend shopping with them if you want quality service, fair pricing, and enjoy supporting small, family owned businesses.

Outstanding experience. D&D RV was extremely helpful and honest. A family owned business that made us feel very comfortable in our purchase. The sales manager, Steve, the service manager, Kyle, and the technician who did our walk through, Adam, were knowledgeable, friendly, and very straight forward. Steve was very communicative. Kept us abreast of every step in our order and delivery.
We are not newbies but this is our first fifth-wheel. They gave me confidence to get on the road and enjoy. D&D is a bit of a drive but well worth it. Don't expect a big fancy building. Just excellent service and an honest sales process from a family owned business. We will be doing business with them for a long time.

From start to finish this was the most pleasant purchasing experience I have ever had. At D&D they take care of their customers. We were first time RV Owners and I will never purchase from anywhere else again. Travis is up front and wonderful to work with. He will get you into the perfect unit for you and your family. Speaking of Family that's how I feel about D&D RV they just added another family member to their family for sure!

I don't usually write reviews, but the service I received from Trish at D&D RV was so above and beyond I had to express my appreciation. From the moment I first talked to Trish on the phone, she was so informative and so attentive that I felt immediately she truly cared about helping me out. I was picking up a trailer at a nearby RV dealership, and I needed an auto sliding 5th wheel hitch.
I was torn between two brands (Demco and Pullrite) and Trish went over the pros and cons to each. She even researched it further and got back to me. She had all the right info and ordered a hitch that was perfect for my truck/trailer combo. She then inspected the delivery once it came to make sure everything was there because I was driving from out of state to pick it up.
Once I got there, her and her team allowed me to install the hitch right there when I picked it up. When I noticed I forgot to bring a specific tool to install it, one of the parts guys let me borrow one. The whole staff at D&D RV was amazing, and I only wish I was closer so I could do all of my shopping there. That kind of amazing customer service just doesn't exist many places anymore.

Wonderful family-owned small business. They provide a great balance of being available to help and answer questions but allowing you to browse on your own. We bought our first travel trailer through Darlene at D&D in 2008. This was the first place we went to when we started thinking about selling our old one and purchasing a new one this year. Travis provided great customer service and helped us find the perfect used travel trailer at the best price we could have hoped for. Thanks.
