Grismer Tire

Typically this place and the service has been great. For some reason, I assume too busy, it was not the same. Oil change usually tops off the fluids i.e. washer fluids etc. This time it wasn't done and they didn't apply the next oil change sticker to the windshield.

Had an appointment scheduled at 12 PM for a wheel alignment. Drop the vehicle off at noon. The gentleman behind the counter asked when I needed it back I told him I needed a early afternoon. Waited till 2:30 PM and no one has reached out to me. I called and my vehicle still has not been in yet for the wheel alignment. I thought a purpose of an appointment is to get the vehicle done at that appointment time but in this case it was not.

I was told that they were having some IT problems, but the gentleman that took my information when I brought it over for the appointment wrote everything down. This day was the only day that we had available to work around our schedule and now I have to find somewhere else to get this wheel Alignment done. Will not be back.

Mike and staff were so friendly, changed a fuse for me on a Friday afternoon with almost no wait. Didn't even charge. Nicest experience I've had anywhere 10/10

Grismer Tire gives top notch service-they always get it done fast and right the first time. Jeff the manager does a great job and communicates often to let you know how things are going-prices are reasonable as well. I bring all my cars to Grismer even for routine maintenance. Very satisfied customer.

I had purchased tires, which included 4 free oil changes. Called about bringing car in for an oil change; they said bring it over. Got same day service with no hassles and no bill. What's not to like?

I took my ford escape in (on Black Friday, 2021) because my engine coolant low light kept coming on. Grismer "fixed" the issue. 3 days later my light came on again. The mechanic topped off my coolant. One month later the light came on again. The manager said to bring it back in and he would help me out. They showed me a piece they had to replace. Problem "fixed." I was not charged anything for this last repair.

The manager did make sure to say that any issues moving forward would be new and he stated, "That is why we have a business." This morning, two weeks after my free fix, the same engine coolant level low light came on. I've spent around a thousand bucks and have been dealing with this same issue for months. This is my first and last time at Grismer. Save yourself the headache and just go to NTB, I've never had issues with them

Always friendly and quick to discover any issues and solutions for my vehicle. I have been treated with honesty and fairness. Instead of going to my Toyota dealer I take my RAV to Grismer!

These guys were great! After being turned away by NTB the guys at Grismer got us in and out in less than two hours for mounting 4 new rims with a 20 dollar savings and no appointment. I've found my new tire and wheel shop!

I love this place! Always honest, never pushy or salesy from my experience, and always treat me with respect and kindness. I know my way around car and tend to do my own work on them, but Grismer in Bellbrook has never made me feel stupid for asking questions of something that I don't know or assumed that because I am a woman that they can get one over on me.

I really appreciate their team, timeliness and willingness to work with my schedule while still making sure the job gets done and they are really affordable. So glad to have them as my car care team!

Drove into Dayton from Chicago on Friday and woke up Saturday morning with significant tire problems. Was able to get my car over to their place. as it was Saturday and needed the car back before 3 PM when they closed to drive back to Chicago. Extremely professional and realistic and they delivered such that I was very impressed and pleased

Great work on my brakes and service, however when I got in my car there were grease smugges on my white leather seats. I removed them when I got home.

This was my first time visiting this business and I was extremely satisfied and happy. The staff is very professional and friendly. I felt the services they provided were very good and I did not feel like I was overcharged or made to feel I needed services that weren't necessary

Tore through console, glovebox looking for key lock could have simply asked where was. Then screwed with instrument cluster and rearranged settings. The tires and alignment were fine just very disappointing this was a result. Furthermore broke handle on son's car when it was in. No effort to acknowledge.

I will be more careful in dealing with Grismer in the future. After having having two tires installed, I drove home and read the service invoice more carefully. I noticed that Grismer had added a charge for a "tire owner protection plan" at $17.03 each. I had not requested this plan nor was I told about it by the service writer. I need an auto service center that I can trust completely and one that will not suggest products and services of questionable value to me.

The Grismer team gave an Expert evaluation of issues with my recently purchased used car. The manager, Jeff, is great. He gave an honest explanation and recommendations. Happy to find a shop that is knowledgeable and experienced.
