Researched and waited for over two years before and during the COVID pandemic to purchase a Winnebago Travato when no dealers had them available. Lewis RV kept to their core values-friendly, honest, upfront, no games like other dealers are playing. Trusted them and made the deal over the phone; flew to pick it up in less than a week! Ray and Gregg Lewis, owners, completed the transaction smoothly.

The walkthrough was thorough and complete; everyone at Lewis was very knowledgeable and willing to assist as needed with before/after the sale instructions, including out-of-state DMV title and registration. I received a missing rug option shipped to my home very quickly thereafter.

They have a good deal of Navion inventory, new and used. But they don't seem interested in selling any. The staff aren't necessarily rude, but they come across as snarky and disinterested.

This place is great until you sign on the line. The walk through I received didn't cover everything such as how to put up the remi shades. After I got home and tried to figure it out and did a u tube video found out I was missing a part on the Sun shade. I called them and was told I must have broke it off. Nope. Wrong answer. They finally ordered me one and told me it's easy to install. Nope again wrong answer.

I had to have a special screwdriver that I didn't have. Ugh. Went to a friends garage and he put it on for me. After having the van for while I had some issues with it so I called to make an appointment to have stuff resolved including a recall on the awning. After leaving there getting some of the stuff fixed, I heard something rolling, the fire extinguisher. WTH.

I called them the next day and they said they didn't mess with it. Oh so it came off all by itself. I left a message for them again asking if my mud flap as covered until warranty. It is missing never heard back from them at all. I give you one star. My personal experience not a goos one.

I was shopping for a specific Motorhome with specific options. Through the grapevine I heard Lewis was one of the most honest dealers in the country. The RV I wanted was on 6-8 month backorder. But when I contacted Lewis they had the exact configuration I wanted. They quoted me a great price. Most of the quotes I got were 3-5% higher and I would have to wait. I'm from California, so we made deal over the telephone.

When I flew to Dayton, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the Motorhome, received a thorough briefing and was off. We had a minor issue a few days later with a broken plastic latch. They sent me one right away, no charge. After driving over 3000 miles, I'm happy to report everything works as it should and I have had no further problems. Most of the dealers near me had very little in stock and not the model I wanted. Further, people were none stop touring the existing motorhomes and they were filthy. Lewis RV, was just the opposite. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an RV. Good honest people to deal with.

Wonderful customer service, purchased our 2021 Mercedes Revel and Jared patiently walked us through the rig and explained the systems. Connie was a rockstar making it the easiest transaction in all my vehicle purchases.

All RV purchasers should expect an issue here and there, yet the team ensured that my purchase went smoothly and spent half a day going over all the systems to make sure everything was right.

They are totally rude unless your buying a new camper. Refused to touch any camper more than 10 years old. I just wanted a new awning. They tried to make me feel like i was a dirt bag because i rock my old school campers. F that its parked inside and fabulous. They could have made some money but their way to lazy! And way overpriced on campers.

Lewis is an established no-nonsense dealer. Had a great experience working with the sales person Connie, doing a long-distance purchase of a Winnebago Travato. With just a few e-mails back and forth, everything was delivered as expected, resulting in an excellent experience. Will update the review if I have any service or warranty work performed, otherwise everything is great so far!

Lewis RV is a hidden jewel in the RV business. I own an RV rental company, and I am constantly needing parts, repairs, or advice on how to keep my vehicles on the road and earning revenue. Ray Lewis Jr and the folks in the service and repair are unqualified experts in their field. Lewis RV has never let me down, and goes out of its way to make it happen, no matter what I need.

I have also purchased a motor home from them, and Connie on the sales staff is as excellent as the parts and service departments. They even send potential renters my way when they get a call from someone looking to rent an RV! I hope to maintain this business relationship for many years!

We recently purchased our first RV ever from Lewis RV. We did a lot of research and were impressed by the pricing and the selection of Class "C" motor homes available there. Our salesperson, Connie, was very knowledgeable about the product on the lot AND was very patient working with us as first time RV buyers. When it became obvious that she did not have the exact unit on hand that would best suit our needs, she was more than willing to order that unit.

We liked working with a smaller dealership. We truly felt that our patronage was appreciated, and we were more than another number on some salesman's monthly chart.
