Our service experience with Bish's was exceptional. My parents had a breakdown along the side of the road on the way to a camping trip. Trying to identify the problem over the phone is not an easy feat. Ken at Bish's was incredibly patient and helpful. I was able to send him pictures of the problem and he worked with me to isolate the issue. We were able to get a new part and get them back on the road on time to salvage our Father's Day weekend away.
I even got a follow up email from him after my parents were back on the road. Giving them 5 stars for our experience is without hesitation. And we will likely switch to their dealership for our future trailer maintenance issues.

One of the worst sales and service experience I've ever had. Don't let salesman Mason lead you to believe that they are in any way a good business. Once you buy your RV you basically are on your own figuring out how to fix any problems. I arranged to pick up the travel trailer a week in advance and Mason said it would be all ready for me.
I paid cash so I figured it would be in and out. Things wrong with trailer Storage door latch loose, screws stripped. Screw missing on exterior power plug and one cockeyed. Interior bathroom 120v plug installed crooked. Silicone in shower and countertop needs work. Scratches and nicks in interior most likely during install. Weird powder substance under bottom bunk mattress. Stains on upholstery. Booger on bathroom door. Looks like toilet was used. Exterior Dirty. Silicone rubbed all over exterior. Scratched exterior panel on fridge. Stains or defects on power hitch plastic.
Battery strap loose. Sticky stuff on floor. Underneath of trailer has excess insulation coming out. Not a clean install. Screen door coming apart. Overall poor craftsmanship. Now I realize that most of these are because of the manufacturer, but don't you think the people who are supposed to know about trailers would have this in order before letting it go to the customer? Clearly nobody at Bishs knows much about sales and service or even cares. It's a complete show. Don't go there.they suuuuuuck!

Upon arriving after 1 3/4 hrs. for a repair we were asked for our phone number and told they would call when ready for pick up. We took that meaning the work would be done yet that day. So we went driving around round and had lunch. After 2 hrs we went back. Our trailer was parked in the back and was then told it would be a few days or so and they would call when ready. which they did so we made the trip back.
A misunderstanding to say the least. I wish we would have asked if they intended to work on it that day or come back another day. The staff was very nice and did not know we had thought the repair would be done that day.

Top notch dealership. Brian in sales went out of his way to find us what we were looking for, get us what we wanted out of our current trailer, find us the best financing options to fit our budget, and even helped us make sure the trailer was hooked up as we were leaving properly. Matt helped us with any questions we needed answered that Brian could not answer, got us scheduled to come in the next day and pick up our new trailer, went through our paperwork flawlessly, helped us get additional things we needed on the trailer right away, and made sure it was hooked up properly before we left the lot. The customer service that we received at Bish's was above any other we'd previously visited. They go the extra mile and I highly recommend

This is our 4th RV purchase and by far the most pleasant experience. From the moment you enter Bish's RV you see and feel the difference from their competitors in the Treasure Valley. I wish we had purchased all our prior rigs from Bish's. We had the pleasure of working with from Mark in Sales. He was so great to work with. I would highly recommend buying from him.
His easy going attitude, professionalism, honesty and product knowledge made our experience outstanding. Mark was available and communicated with us, even after work hours. I purchased my RV trailer from Bish's in 2021. A brand new Grand Design. I also paid to be a part of their diamond member club. It took 7 months to complete minor warranty repairs on this trailer this last winter. And after the last "repair", I've discovered that the last few repair items were not repaired and were not replaced by new parts from Grand Design.
I also now have a rather large tear in my flooring under my slide out and a large dent in the corner of my rear bumper. I have left 7 voicemails with the service department over the last two weeks and have not received one call back. I've even asked the receptionist to leave a physical note to call me and still no reply. My final straw was not even getting a call back after leaving a message for a return call describing all of these issues and after two messages left over the last week, there is still no reply.
I believe they are under staffed and overwhelmed at this location in their repair shop; But that's no excuse for not fixing things under warranty, damaging my trailer and not even letting me know, and not returning any of my calls. I am looking forward to trading my trailer in for a 5th wheel Soon with any other dealership but Bishs at this point. If you are a person that depends on responsiveness and honesty rom an RV repair shop, I would strongly recommend to never use Bishs.

We purchased our Heartland Northtrail in May 2020 from Bish's Meridian. From the point of sale (very rushed by the rep) to service (near impossible to get an appointment), everything about Bish's has been a let down. Even when we call, we never get through to anyone. This is our second season that has been impacted because it takes months to get in for an appointment and the service department doesn't fix everything we bring our trailer in for.
For our latest appointment this May, a service rep called asking what the issues are because none are documented on the appointment/request. The service manager made the appointment for us! And my husband completed an eForm for the appointment detailing the issues. They ended up fixing only 1 of the 3 issues we brought it in for. Our camper still doesn't work due to electrical/battery issues Bish's couldn't find or fix. Also, the heater doesn't work because of how Bish's "fixed" it last year, so we would have to pay again for them to fix the issue they caused!
Come to find out in discussing these frustrations with neighbors and friends, many of them had the same issues and will never buy from Bish's again. Wish we would have known that in May 2020. This place is a joke. For anyone considering purchasing an RV from Bish's, just notice how 99% of the positive reviews are from people who just purchased.
But the negative reviews come after people realize how absolutely ridiculous Bish's is. Also note that they have not been accepting appointments for about a year now unless it's camp critical. And even then it takes months to get an appointment. Bish's should stop selling RVs if they can't even service them. I 100% recommend avoiding Bish's.
There are so many other dealerships in the area with excellent customer service and plenty of camper options. We will never buy from Bish's again and neither will our neighbors, family and friends.

Absolutely amazing experience all the way around! From the front desk, to sales to service. A+! Not pushy at all and very customer service oriented. Levi was our salesman and he was awesome! Very attentive, knowledgeable and really listened to our wants/needs. Joey was our service guy who walked us through how everything works on the camper and he did great! Will definitely buy from them again! Highly recommend!

Yeah, Pretty place with 10 sales guys waiting to pounce. Sales guy Shannon was great to work with. But when it came to finance guy, I felt like I was in a slick used car guys office. Selling insurance and warranty for $5k for a 10 year old truck camper, with 10 signatures. The GM needs to step down from his high horse and treat customers as if they are always correct.
Even if I was right. I paid part of the invoice with cash from my camper that I sold. You would have thought I just robbed the bank for the money. Got a certified letter that they reported me to the IRS for paying with cash. I will pass next time. Diamond Club is BS. They did not even call me back.

I don't know where to start, from sales to service at Bish's Grand Rapids, were outstanding. Beginning with Scott in sales, Matt with financing, June and Eric in service to Robbie, Cody and Nick with the new camper prep and orientation. We traded our camper for a new camper and the transition was seamless. They treated us like family and we will recommend them to our family and friends.

Bought a brand new $40K+ trailer last week, took it out for the first time this weekend - there is a water leak flooding our kitchen and delaminating the wood work and baseboards and strangely. Bish's won't return Service Dept. Voicemails or emails. If you can't provide service for the products you're selling - you shouldn't be selling them!
Multiple friends told us not to buy anything from them but we didn't listen -- perhaps the person reading this won't and we'll help save them the frustration and wasted time and money on something that should be easy and fun!

My wife and I just bought a new camper form Brian Lewis and it was an amazing experience! I highly recommend Bish's and Brian if you are looking for a new RV, they were great to work with and gave us an awesome deal, when everyone else was trying to gouge us on price because of low inventory! Everyone was so patient and helpful, going through everything in detail when we came to pick it up! We couldn't be happier with our purchase!

I would like to thank and compliment the people at Bish's Grand Rapids for their help with my Flagstaff trailer purchase. at a very reasonable price. I found their web site to be very easy to navigate and useful in my search. Brian Lewis our sales man was there to answer questions, send pictures, help decide what should be in our trailer starter kit. give us a through face time walk through, also a full video walk through for our files and arrange shipping to me in Washington. Bish's is right next to another RV place, and I'm so glad I stopped in b/c it's my fav RV place in the valley. It's a new beautiful modern building! Inside is welcoming and stocked with free coffee drinks and snacks! The customer service is professional and friendly! And if it weren't for me deciding to hold off on buying an RV, I would've bought a $35,000 Prowler from them, which was my fav and had the best features for the price compared to the other lots I looked at. A barbecue grill on the outside!? And huge tv in a spacious real-looking living room, with modern interior? That was the one. Maybe next summer;

My first mistake was purchasing my travel trailer from Bish's. the sales experience was wonderful so I had high hopes. From the warm welcome to the lanyard you wore around. pre sales inspection poor job.kitchen faucet did not work. they never tested it. algae in the pump filter as well. at least turn the water on guys before you sign it off as good to go. Service. waited 8 months to have a repair done. they ordered the wrong part. my service member Josh was conveniently off that day.
I had Tim who knew nothing about my repair or what was happening he refused to to offer any options to me and also REFUSED to call a manager. offered me his email. Said he was home for the day? Unbelievable. it was like they were scared to call the mystical manager ( asked multiple people to do so) or were firmly instructed to never call him or her.
Lesson is this is a garbage show of a business. save yourself some trouble and use someone else for buying and service. I hope your experience is better than mine. I would drive it to another state before bringing it buying from here again. A little effort goes along way.guys.

Changed my mind on Bishs. still think service dept needs to be addressed, but the sales & finance dept. those guys are doing amazing. I did say that Dinko & Chase were awesome to work with & I still think that. While Bishs isn't perfect ( again service dept ). I do think overall they are doing a terrific job

Wow, what a waste of time and 21K. I purchased a used 2021 Jayco 183 RB trailer from Bish's on October 11, 2021. It has been a few little things and now the slide will not open and close we have since had to cancel two camping reservations and the trailer is in need of what could be a significant service. We didn't get t use this trailer once. Diamond club is a waste of time, you get a call center that can't tell you the time let alone assist with any issues. service after the sale has been non existent with a every attempt unsuccessful. Dealers that are willing to sell garbage will continue to do so. They will clearly sell you a trailer that have not taken the care to properly ensure works properly. If they sold me crap, they will do the same to you.

They have great selection, products and service, BUT ever since C-19, no phone service really. Will tell you that they'll call you back, but do not. Can't help, too busy, not enough people, BUT like everywhere else, it's not their fault. The employees are nice, very helpful and do try to be diligent in their work for you. It's always best to go in.
Ask for Zack N. He is the best at explaining things and if he doesn't know, he will find out. The service desk, Torrey E., he's very hood at what he does because I grilled him. Lol. He hates me now. During this crazy time of RV sales, I was fortunate to stumble onto Bish's RV of Meridian during my search for a Jayco Jayfeather. After contacting them through their online inquiry form, I was introduced to Mark Carter via email response. Mark is courteous, professional, and hardworking. This was my first time going out of state for a vehicle, so I had some anxieties around the situation (I'm located in CA).
Even though I wasn't quite ready at the time, Mark still spent his time to go over the process and my options so that I would be well-informed and comfortable when I was ready. Once I was ready, Mark and I discussed my deal on a build-to-order unit direct from the Jayco and I put down our deposit to get the order going. Unfortunately, Jayco (and other manufacturers) eventually hit major supply chain delays.
This pushed my expected delivery out by 2-3 months. With limited options, my wife and I were ready to cancel. Fortunately, we found a similar floorplan produced by Sunset Trail that was at a Bish's located in Lincoln, NE. Mark and team offered to transport it to their dealership if we wanted the unit. We decided that we wanted the unit and we proceeded with the deal.
The entire process from beginning to end was smooth despite issues outside of their control. Everything was incredibly simple. I couldn't ask for more! Thank you to Mark and the Bish's staff for a great experience!

Walked in to get a look at some of the Class C's and Class B's on the lot. Approached by a salesman who seemed immediately irritated. After explaining what I was there for, he scoffed and gestured to the lot door and said "they are just up front there. They run about ninety-five thousand dollars, " and walked off without another word. After walking out to look at some of the RVs, was approached by another salesman who had loud rap music playing from his phone.
As he stepped into the RV we were in, he made no motion to silence the music on his phone and instead just talked louder over it. We asked about seeing the inside of the RV parked next to the one we were looking at, and he shrugged and said he wasn't sure if it was a client's RV or even if it was for sale, and that it was definitely locked.
He left to find the key and never returned for the half hour we were on the lot after that. We looked over some of the used inventory, but most of the RVs on the lot had not even been vacuumed, much less fully cleaned before being put out for display. We left hoping we hadn't picked up any bedbugs. I would not shop here again, much less purchase anything from here.

We picked up our motor home yesterday and I can't tell you how incredible the entire staff was. They treated us so well, from finance, to the inspection, to parts. They are incredible. I realize this can be huge, but please look here, they treat you so well. I referred our neighbors to this dealership as well. Thank you so much for a great experience.
