The staff at either location are great. They will go the extra mile to help you out. We had to get a replacement title befire we could register our vehicle and it seemed like no big deal to them. There are a couple of minor restrictions and special steps you need to take, but they're well worth it.

Gotta be honest, bought a couple vehicles back in 2006, 2007, from Premier auto, now Cars r us. No major issues, very happy experience then. Just bought a vehicle June 1, this year. First week we had it, broke down, they supposedly fixed it. Following week same trouble, they fixed it again, supposedly. Since then problem every 2 weeks or so. Husband spoke to them today.

These are two responses he got, they're washing their hands of this vehicle and us, and when you buy from a buy here pay here place, they don't have to stand by their vehicle, their product. Where is the human decency. Then my husband was told that we're late for out August 1 payment, hard pill to swallow when your car doesn't even run. Got taken good this time.

I would advise folks to rethink this dealer. Just wanted to get an alternate vehicle that didn't come right out of the gate with so many troubles. Decency, compassion, gone. Greed leads the way. Such a shame.

They didn't seem like they were very willing to help in selling us a vehicle. They also wanted twice the amount in interest finance than what we got somewhere else. I also got the feeling they rather talk to my husband than I when I was handling some things while he was stuck at work.

This is the most offensive experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Just like all dealerships they act like you are getting this great deal. They may have decently priced vehicles however they really get you on trade-in's. My vehicle I attempted to trade in is selling on average out of dozens of similar trucks around 21-22k. They are telling me that is not true and they sell them for 15 there so they can only offer me 11.

Then they go on to tell me they valued my vehicle through NADA over 17k. So let me get this right. You can get 17 for it but you will sell it for 15 and you want to offer 11. Meanwhile all the other dealers are selling the exact same vehicle for 7k more than you are allegedly selling it for. I took my vehicle to multiple dealerships today to see where I was at and they were almost 30% lower than my lowest offer.

Basically they go off what they think they can get your car at at auction so thats what it is is worth. Auction prices. Not value. NADA doesn't matter to them unless they are selling. If they are buying its auction prices even though they said they would not send it to auction. Thank you for wasting my time, laughing in my face, degrading my intelligence. Regards, B. We haven't purchased a vehicle from a dealership (used or new) in 35 years. Because we don't like shady used car salesmen we have purchased vehicles from individuals these many years. We appreciated our experience at Premier. Our salesman, Alex, went out of his way to provide us with detailed pictures in addition to those provided on the website. Alex was quick to respond to our questions.

We were driving 2.5 hours. and didn't want any surprises. We found the truck to be exactly as he described it. The dealership had taken pains and expense to replace and update parts and components. The price of the truck was more than fair.

Premier Auto Outlet is a bunch of crooks. They lure buyers in with low prices, the warranty details on the window have expired, so they want you to but a warranty from them. Also, they want the buyer to finance with them so they can charge a high interest rate. Once they couldn't sell my son a warranty or finance the car, Premier Auto Outlet refuse to sell him a car. They wouldn't negotiate on the price of the car.

Great to work with. Chase is the best. Great pricing and they stand behind their sales. I have purchased 10+ Cars from Chase over the last 10 years or so. I have no reason to look else where.

We received excellent, friendly, and professional customer service when our car needed extensive repairs. Their quote was about half of what we were quoted elsewhere and they made the entire process incredibly easy! From beginning to end, they did everything possible to take care of my family's needs. When we do purchase a new vehicle, we will most definitely be working with Premier!

I was traveling through and my radiator started leaking. They checked it out and realized it was a slightly different problem. Had my car diagnosed, fixed and on the road in 2hrs-- during a holiday rush. Can't say enough positive things to reflect how truly wonderful they were.

This was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. The people at premier really care about your needs and do what ever to help get you the car you want. Counting the test drive and finance application I was driving my car off the lot and headed home in about an hour. There were no hidden fees, sales pitches, hype. Just helping me getting into a high quality automobile. I highly encourage everyone to stop in when you are shopping for a new car, see how a dealership should treat customers. When they say "lifetime customer" they mean it.
