STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Stay away from all of the locations Trent Brandon and Luke will lie to you daily. If I could give this place zero Stars I would. Even though they made me think that I had made arrangements with them for my late payments they came and took my car anyway. They took my personal items out of the vehicle as well even though they said if I brought back the key I could get my personal items.

They stole my entire set of 10 frisbee discs. They also took my soft care cushions for my back problem. They saw me a vehicle with a bad battery which cost me my job because they misdiagnosed it at the chestnut location.

For the most part, they are good for a buy here pay here type lot.

Been dealing with Brandon for months on the right car for us Never pressured and ALWAYS treated with respect!

They have communicated clearly, the cars seem to be very mechanically sound and they stand behind them. And I can't say enough nice things about the staff!

After being treated badly at the north location off of nature center way back in January I swore I would never return. My current car is being totaled out due to a hit and run and was in need of another car, I decided to stop by the west location and I'm glad I did. Brandon was very helpful and was the other gentleman that I talked to. Test drove the suv and noticed a few things and will be getting them fixed by the time I pick up my new vehicle.

I will definitely come back when I need another car or to trade up for a newer one. Thanks Brandon and team for making me feel welcome and not pressing me with what I had to put down as a down payment.

Love this place don't get me wrong. had my car for a couple months, runs absolutely fantastic! Right after turning 18 I was able to be approved in 30 minutes for a vehicle! The only thing negative I have to say about this place is that Eddie and Kevin are gone! Now I can't go in and bug them every week anymore :.

This location specifically has the fastest and most efficient process. Employees there, especially the manager, helped alot and made me feel comfortable. Plus I got this nice v6 car for a great price! They also have awsome promotions too.

When I stepped into Auto by Rent, you could completely tell I was a nervous wreck. I had purchased a car one time before I went to auto by rent and was totally taken advantage of. I was just waiting for something to fall through the whole time I was in Auto by Rent but, it never did. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Brandon at the west location has been so informative, knowledgeable, and most importantly HONEST.

I enjoy calling to make my payments because he is always so cheerful and he remembers me as a person which always feels good. He asks how my children are, asks if I like my new job. It's super obvious that this isn't just a job for him. He takes time out of his day to listen to you. I appreciate Brandon and the rest of the Auto By Rent team. They are awesome. In my opinion, Brandon deserves an award or a promotion or something to recognize his greatness. Thank you Brandon! And thank you Auto By Rent.

Bought a minivan from the West side sales. The process was fast and easy. Both the guys were straight forward and didn't waste my time. Took it for a test drive and missed the CV joint ticking but here we are a week later and they are getting it into the shop to get repaired. They stand by their 30 power train garauntee and I'm glad I stopped in.

I purchased my vehicle in January & I love it! Everyone was so friendly to me after I had a bad experience elsewhere. We found something wrong with the car when we test drove it and they fixed it for me no questions asked, they even made a payment plan for me when I didn't have much for a down payment to get the vehicle I wanted! I definitely recommend Auto by Rent, as they are definitely the most cost friendly place I found, & had the best customer service I've ever experienced from a car dealership.
