I Just bought a car from Ron and Lori! It was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. They stayed past hours so my husband and I could test drive a vehicle. We did end up purchasing the vehicle.

Great hometown used car dealership. We bought ourselves a van from here about 6 months ago. The process was easy and the owners and salesman took care of us like family. Affordable Autos is the only place we will buy a used car in Springfield from here on out! Stop by and see them.

We started off the day frustrated, worried and angry because the vehicle we had purchased from another less than reputable dealer broke down on us far far from home. While we waited for a tow we decided to walk somewhere to get lunch and had just happened to pass by the Affordable autos lot. Obviously at this point we were distrustful and furious at every used car dealer on the planet but still we ventured on to the lot to look around.

We were pleasantly greeted by Bruce Williams one of the reps and we explained our situation. We had just spent over $1000 on a repair to the steaming pile of s.teele that sat in the Walmart parking lot up the road so a lot of our savings was gone. After just a short amount of negotiation, a few emails, texts and a little paperwork the gray clouds of this gloomy day of auto distress began to part and heavenly rays of sun began to shine down upon us.

We were able to agree on a mutually acceptable down payment and financing agreement. Bruce worked hard and went to bat for us with the financing department and within a short period of time we had a reasonably priced car with low miles AND some factory warranty still on it. We thought we would be hitchhiking home in a thunderstorm but instead we happily cruised home on a rainbow highway in a spicy little 2015 Ford Fiesta.

All kidding aside these guys really came through when we were in a bind and I will recommend them to anyone I know that is looking for a car. Thank you all so much for helping us out and giving us a fair deal.

Affordable Auto's gave the best rates and deals better than anyone else. And Bruce is an amazing salesman, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and a big help for any questions or concerns. Financing my very own car, at such a young age I had no clue what to even look for. Bruce was very knowledgeable! I don't write reviews. But I feel that after my experience with Mr. Elliot at Affordable Autos I should. He has helped us and taken care of us with our vehicle from the get go and continues to this day. I would assume that any time you buy a used vehicle there is the possibility of problems. I can say that first of all we have had almost no problems.

But when my purchased vehicle did have some problems, 6 months after we bought it, we contacted the mechanic and got it in for a look(it was the mechanic that Mr. Elliot had suggested when we bought the auto). Before the day was over, Mr. Elliot personally called me to give me the update on my vehicle. He made sure that I was taken care of. I have bought several cars over the years and this is the first time that the seller was concerned about my car months after I left the lot.

In addition to the mechanical side, when we were in the process of purchasing, Mr. Elliot went out of his way to get us a good interest rate with a good credit union. I have read some of the reviews and can only say that my experience was such that when I am in the market for another car I will go out of my way to buy from Mr. Elliot and his associates again.

We purchased my husband's Dodge truck from them. I had sent a couple of email's regarding the truck, John answered my questions but I was not hounded by him wanting to know if we and when we were planning on coming out and looking at the truck. We drove out on a Sunday looked at and it and bought it on Tuesday. We did not finance thru them we went through our our financial institute. John and Larry were a breeze to work with when I needed to appropriate paperwork to forward to my bank.

Upon us picking up the truck they were very friendly, open and honest. They offered to let us test drive the truck before we finished the paperwork and my husband declined (we had not driven the truck before signing the papers). We would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Keep up the great work guys! We will be back when it's time to buy again!
