DSU Peterbilt & GMC Trucks

Very disappointed in service department, have had our truck since march 16 2022 for suspension work, after suspension work was done around end of April, they said ecm had failed, Cummins had ecm in stock when DSU received the ECM they could not seam to program it, 3 weeks later they have it installed in truck but they cant communicate with the ecm, truck was running when dropped off for suspension work? i will update this review when we get our truck back, but for know DSU IS NOT THE REPAIR SHOP I WILL EVER USE AGAIN!

Ever since DSU sold service is below par. I wont be back. I suggest going to Weston GMC in Gresham, the top employees have relocated there. I feel sorry for the remaining employees. Weston is top notch and I've been going there for years.

When I had questions, there was always someone to answer them. Love this place can't wait to get my first custom Peterbilt.

Very friendly and reliable. Got a part for my husband's truck very fast and much cheaper than what I'd pay at my local dealership.

I have to give this shop a 5 star shout out for the electrical Tech department they are miracle workers for electrical bug issues took my 2005 Chevy Colorado to a different Chevy dealership they had it over 3 weeks could not figure out the problem. I brought it here they figure the problem out in 1 hour and 30 minutes had it fixed within 1 business day. And a 5 star shot out for customer service

Review is for service center only: Overpriced as most dealers are, not great at diagnosis with vehicle's. At one point they did not even lock the MANUAL locking hubs to engage the 4 wheel drive. Just clicked over the switch in the cab. Had a front driveshaft issue. Said it was fine, it wasn't. They were unable to diagnose a clog in the ac line also. Customer service is decent, turn arpund time for work is good WHEN they know what to fix.

I bought my truck here about a year ago. It was the most hassle free experience buying a car I have ever experienced. Their focus is more commercial sales so there was not the standard hours of negotiating that is to be expected from a normal dealership. I would highly recommend DSU for anybody looking for a GMC truck.

The company I work for has purchased quite a few trucks from these guys. They're always great for warranty work. The shop guys John and Dave are great. They have helped me on multiple occasions. They're open late. Most of the time they can get something in next day. The parts guys are awesome as well, extremely helpful and friendly. I have worked with Vinny on quite a few things as well. He's always prompt, friendly and willing to go out of his way. Great place

We took our NPR in. We had just got a new motor and our mechanic is great but NPRs are so unique there were still some issues. We took it in and the gentleman we worked with could tell right away what he thought was wrong. I guess when you install a new motor you also have to reset the timing. This had not been done. They also discovered the throttle was going out.

They knew what they were doing and got it fixed quickly. My husband prefers to be constantly updated. He called daily the service people always took his call. No voicemail not "I'll get back to you" top notch quality service. It was more affordable then we thought as well. I will come back and post the names

These guys are the BEST! We had some engine problems while passing through Portland recently. The service team ran diagnostics and immediately identified the problem. We were on the road again I short order. We were in a somewhat desperate situation and an unscrupulous shop could have really taken advantage - but not DSU. Instead, they charged us a very reasonable price for the quick and flawless repairs.

The truck ran perfectly and easily made the entire trip without another problem. We owe a huge THANK YOU to the service team at DSU. If I could give them 100 stars rather than just 5, I would. Highly recommend DSU.
