For many years now Specialized has provided me with reliable repairs with professional and friendly service reps. However, I would ask them to improve their email notification system so that the email which says my car is ready for pickup is not sent until the car is completely ready, including the often-promised but sometimes overlooked (in my experience) car wash (for bigger jobs.) Specialized, I know you feel that my time is valuable, too, so please clean this part of your system up a bit.

This is my new go to place for my Mini Cooper! They are always very thorough and I can count on them to always get the job done. I've gone to other auto shops and have been greatly disappointed by their lack of knowledge on my car and lack of knowing how to fix or check issues. Not with Specialized Auto! They know what they are doing, they get me accurate quotes, and they are very trustworthy! I will not go anywhere else for my car!

I was able to make an appointment within a week if my request, was told to bring the car in at 10 and called at 3:30 and it was just up on the rack. They were able to evaluate and save cost by fixing a leaky transmission plug. I wanted to do a tune up but they said to wait as I had 5,000 miles to go before it was suggested. Service: Transmission

Honest to the bone. I've been with Specialized since 1995. I haven't always liked the news they've given me about the repairs my Volvo has needed however I completely trust it's what is required to have a reliable ride. They've never over sold me. They are a tight team (the entire staff) who have wealth of knowledge and experience with all things automobiles. If you want gold standard look no further!

I ordered a set of tires from a wholesale site, sent them to Specialized, and the installation process was quick, easy, efficient, friendly. Aaron was helpful and friendly. No nonsense, no upselling, no BS at all, got the job done in two hours as promised, and offered me courtesy Uber rides to the mall nearby where I hung out while the work was done. 10/10 would do business here again.

I used an online service to purchase tires and they were sent to Specialized for installation. Do to a mix up with the online provider, I had to call to confirm my appointment time, but they were easy to get ahold of and very helpful and cheerful. They communicated well and the hours made it easy to get my car at my convenience when it was done. I also had the tires aligned, which seemed reasonably priced.
