Steve Parr's team is excellent. He and his son Shaun are great people. Our salesperson Bill was very nice and knowledgeable about the cars. Smooth, effortless transaction. Hope to do more business in the future.

Came in thinking I was going to buy my lease out due to the low inventory. Turns out I got a brand new car that I fell in love within my price range! Thank you so much Bill and the other people who helped me out with the process and it made it so effortless. I had leased my car from here previously and had a great turnout. Super glad to have the same experience again!

Yesterday I bought my first Kia. It's a brand new 2023 Kia Sportage. I was a little hesitant because my first experience buying a car (not here) was horrible but yesterday was an amazing day. The moment I got out of my car I was greeted by a very nice gentleman he then introduced me to Gabrielle our saleswoman. I told her what I was looking for and although they didn't have the car I wanted she did show me another car that I obviously fell in love with. Gabrielle is a very kind and helpful saleswoman she answered all my questions, met my needs and wants the best she could, showed me how to work all the cool new features in my car, talked me though literally everything and made me feel like I was a person, she didn't rush me or belittle me either.

I showed up here at 9:15 and had a car by 11:30 this car buying experience couldn't have gone better! Trust me this is the dealership you wanna be at everyone there is great. Thank you so much for all the help Gabrielle I will definitely be back if I ever need another car.

Buying a car isn't supposed to be this easy. We ended up with the exact vehicle that we wanted for a price that no other dealership could compete with. Shawn, Don, and Steve made the entire process seamless from start to finish and we were in and out in no time. Gone are the days of spending several hours at a dealership to buy a vehicle when you make that purchase at Brown-Daub Kia. Well done!

I made a 7:00 am appointment for a mechanical inspection of my Kia Forte on Thursday for that following Monday. I dropped the car off Sunday night. By noon of Monday I called and was told it wasn't ready yet. They close at 4pm so at 2:30 I got a ride to the dealership and was told it still wasn't ready. I waited until 4pm when they finally came out and said the car had an engine noise but they didn't know what it was. REALLY?

And just what do you think I brought it there for? They also missed that the rear defroster doesn't work, the gas gauge is off, and some interior bulbs were out. So what were they doing all day? Very disappointed in their service.

Took my Kia Soul for service and they are awful. Long appointment time waits, pricey repairs and the run around with issues. Thought a dealer would be better in handling service but better off going to a known mechanic. I would try another Kia dealer for warranty issues as well. Just don't like their service advisors and knowledge.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND BROWN DAUB KIA. I took my vehicle to be serviced and was quoted one price, and since I didn't get my vehicle fully serviced with them and they added a bunch of miscellaneous charges I was not quoted for I was quoted $128.99 and I was charged $275 and all they did was look at the vehicle nothing was fixed. Place is definitely a scam! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE

My engine went in my vehicle and since I had an extended warranty through Brown Daub, I had my vehicle towed there. When I called I asked about a loaner car and they didn't have any. It came about 2 weeks in that I couldn't get to work. I called again and finally I was told that my warranty covers a rental. My engine went on Xmas eve and I finally got a rental on the 7th of January.

It took a couple days for the engine to come then they had to order parts twice that I know of. The next weekend I called about extending my rental. I was told by Craig that he would look into it. I never heard back and apparently I only had 10 days max for the rental. If it wasn't for customers this place would not be in business. If they knew my rental was only covered for 10 days they should have had my car done, pay enterprise for the extra days, or had a loaner vehicle for me to use to get to work.

My car was finally done on January 26th. I had to pay enterprise $250 outta my pocket plus the $150 deposit on the rental. So $400 I had to pay because this dealership lacks service with their customers. I do a blog on social media and already expressed everything. I had a service manager from another dealership who offered his condolences and expressed his concerns that they should have had a loaner vehicle for me. I'll be taking my car there from now on. Brown Daub Kia just lost me as a customer and probably several other ones.

Visit Brown Daub Kia for a Straight up buying experience. Bill and Shawn honored their word and got us the car we wanted at the price we agreed upon. With all the craziness in the auto world today, it was good to see there are still Honest dealers out there. 100% recommend. Will be back, and send our friends and family from NJ to BD Kia! Ask for Bill!

I did not buy my Kia here, but I bring my Soul here for service. Their online scheduling doesn't always work so you're better off calling to make an appointment. Anyway, I think their prices are reasonable and the three years we've been bringing our car there, we've never had an issue with their work.

I give 3 stars. The salesman was good but the finance guy added all the gullible crap no one really needs without disclosing it. I was buying this vehicle for my 68 year old mother and without asking he comes back with a price which included things like "wheel and tire protection" and "key FOB replacement" etc. which added about $75 to the monthly payment.

The car itself is great, but my mother drives maybe 200 miles a month and doesn't need all of that; key FOBs are huge these days, who would lose BOTH? Anyways -saw it right away on the paper work and told him we didn't want it. He came up with a scenario that if she somehow lost both key FOBs they would cost $300 each to replace. I said to the guy "I've bought many vehicles and never needed any of this stuff." His reply (in a more heated tone) was: "WELL I'VE SOLD A LOT MORE VEHICLES THAN YOU'VE BOUGHT!" - yes, I would hope so, being this was his career and he was in his 50s.

I had them remove all the crap they tacked on to the monthly price, but the math still didn't add up. The price per month of the vehicle (2021 Kia Seltos SX) was still $20 more than it should have been after the $75 worth of gimmicky stuff was removed. So I had them do it again. I was not the most popular guy in the building that day but I know the tricks.

They throw in all that extra crap but don't *really* mention it- but I caught it right away. I told my mom in front of the finance guy that this was "sucker stuff" - which it is, considering she has good insurance. Just like the "wheel and tire protection plan" they had added things like "free rental car" in the event her vehicle needed repairs for like $16 a month - when her car insurance already does that for like $2.50 a month.

I just didn't appreciate the sneaky way they didn't mention any of it yet factored it into the monthly price and the math still didn't add up after the finance guy left to remove it m, and came back with different numbers. He was not happy, and I'm sorry, but this is just business. $75 a month for crap she doesn't need over just two years is $1,800. The vehicle itself is fantastic though. KIA has come a long way!

Was interested in using this business to buy a car however everyone there seems to be sleazy, dishonest staff, the manager Sean is probably one of the rudest car salesmen I've ever met.

This place is no good. The finance department and sales team comes out and not listen to you. I hope no one would go here and fall for their lies. First, you cannot find prices for their cars. A year ago we needed a car fast, we went there thinking they would be fair and help you out. We bought a used car and thinking we got a good deal, and trusting them. and looking at everything we were charge almost like buying a new car.

We are not happy with the car, called to speak with a manager, they say yes come in the following Saturday and i would look to see what we can do for you and help. Went for the appointment, manager said hi to us and kind of threw us to the side. that the sales specialist will help us. The sales specialist had no idea what our situation was or that we had spoken to someone earlier about the car.

We felt like she was not listening to us. The sales manager asked, what can you afford a month?. We gave an amount and they came back with an offer that was more than what we told them. Again, we explained the situation with the car and it's like they were not listening to us. Seems like this happens here all the time. Don't go there. Find a place with better customer service skills and a place where they will help you.

Took my one car here for a couple oil changes and state inspections. Took my 16 Subaru STI there for state inspection. Vehicle has a factory turbo boost gauge that saves the highest boost you have hit on the overhead screen. You can reset this value on the screen. I reset it before dropping my car off to the dealers. Came back and found that the Tech had abused my car by taking it to full boost basically just ripping on my hard earned vehicle for their own pleasure. That is not professional at all.

Awful business practices, they prey on people with bad/no credit. I was 19 with no credit and they were the only place that would sell me a car, worst mistake ever. I constantly get spam calls about a car I bought here over 10 years ago, and sold it over 7 years ago. I'm sure they sell customers personal information. How else would I continue to get calls in relation to my Kia? Shame, avoid at all cost.

The service department is wonderful. I called in a panic when my car broke down and I spoke to Bill who is so easy to talk to he made me feel better right away. He said I can have my car towed there and to ask for him. I did and I couldn't be happier it ended up to be the catalytic converter and it was fixed quick also there was no charge it was under a warranty that I didn't know I had. I will always come back here there nice, honest and trustworthy. Thank you Bill

There is a first time for everything I suppose, so when cargurus directed me to this dealership in my search for a Genesis, I was surprised that I had to "register" with my email address and phone number just to see inventory. OK I thought, I'll play along. I get onto the website, only to find there are no prices, just a message "call for pricing" next to each car. OK, I'll bite.

I called and asked for the price of a 2015 Hyundai Genesis and was told "we are trying to make room for new 2018 models, so make an offer." I made an offer and was put on hold since the agent needed to check with the boss. She came back and said, "that sounds like a fair offer, when can you come in?" I figured something was not right, and against my better judgement I drove 52 miles only to be told after the test drive that the best price was $7k more than my offer over the phone.

The salesman then said he didn't know anything about my phone conversation or my $12k offer for the car. We always pay for our education, and that day it cost be about 3 hours of my time. But all was not lost, it was the first time test driving the Genesis and I really loved the car. After I left these bottom feeders, I drove to another dealership much closer to home and bought a fully loaded 2012 Genesis with 20k less miles.

I made a great deal with a dealership that actually posted real prices and didn't make me jump through hoops to register online. If you have too much time on your hands and like to listen to car salesmen try and tell you what a great deal you're getting, while showing you a piece of paper with four squares filled with numbers that don't represent the real value of the car you're interested in, if you don't mind paying more than you should, this is the place for you.

I can say I've had some pretty scary horror stories when it comes to car shopping! However, when I walked into this place, the vibe was super friendly and it wasn't like any ordinary car dealership! The person working with me was Heather and amazing is an understatement for her. She was extremely sweet, funny and honest! I didn't feel like she was trying to sell me anything either.

She gave me the impression that she was trying to help me and I can totally tell she had the best intentions for me at heart! She didn't even let me leave until I was 100% satisfied. This is definitely my dealer from now on! Thank you so much, Heather and Brown daub Kia! :

I purchased my 2017 Kia Forte S October 25, 2016. I am officially obsessed! For the first few weeks I was just in shock that I was able to drive away with such a nice, brand new vehicle! My boyfriend and I went in thinking we were looking for a used SUV. I very much wanted my next car to have a lot of safety features like the autonomous braking and rear back up camera but thought, with my credit, I couldn't afford it. Jordan and his team at this Kia dealership knew my credit situation wasn't unique and that they could help!

I love my new baby and the BF (who wanted a turbo charged sporty something) adores it as well! The sport mode is his favorite while I prefer to cruise in Eco mode. The ApplePlay is so cool and I got my auto braking, rear back up AND blind spot detection! I feel very safe in this car and would recommend it to anyone. literally anyone will enjoy this vehicle. Thank you, Jordan and the rest of my new family at Brown Daub Kia! - Mike and Meg from Phillipsburg, NJ

I'm posting a review 2 years after purchasing from Brown Daub KIA and. I LOVE my first brand new car! A reliable 2014 KIA RIO! I used to hear the commercials on the radio and I heard them so much I figured I should give this place a try. I went to Brown Daub Kia in May of 2014 when I couldn't get a car loan anywhere else and my turbo was going on my SAAB.

My credit score was VERY POOR at the time (540) but I did have a $3,000 down payment. I am very thankful to Brown Daub Kia for getting me into a brand new car that I very desperately needed! Without Brown Daub Kia I would have found myself purchasing another overpriced, used, headache, hunk of junk. The great thing is if you live close you can get free oil changes for life! 9/27/18 loving my Rio still :) I will be coming back for my next car I would like something a little newer soon.

This week I was fortunate enough to enjoy the hands-down most relaxing (really!) and favorable car-buying experiences to date. It is worthwhile to share my experience with all readers in hope that they too will leap at an opportunity for a great car from a reliable organization. The Car The Kia brand, over at least the past decade, has become highly reputable and all of the ratings I've researched online were convincing to me that this was worth ditching my Honda for.

The lease options that Kia is offering are incredible and too good to pass up. The Cadenza, the model that I decided upon, may not yet have the widespread popularity like the Optima, Soul, etc., but I assure you that will change as I keep spreading the word to my family, friends, and coworkers. Everyone that has seen my new 2015 Cadenza is blown away! Style: This sedan is luxurious, sleek, and the paint color options are wonderful (e.g., satin metal - a silver and gold blend).

The interior is stylish and creatively pairs modern and classic appearances. Two words: Moon roof! Performance: The drive and handling is smooth and silent. It "rides like a dream" someone that drove my car remarked. This type of acceleration is what I so sorely missed with my Honda Fit. Comfort: The Kia Cadenza nailed the comfort category! The multitude of adjustable settings and options to suit the driver AND passengers is perfectly executed. Technology: Arguably one of my favorite aspects of this vehicle is the high-tech vibe and available gadgets, which are abundant.

The impressively large, bright touch-screen display (centered in the leather dashboard) is perfect for GPS navigation, reversing camera, and listening to various music apps from my smartphone. That brings me to mention the wide array of bluetooth capabilities and keyless entry, which makes commuting to and from work a joy. A few other favorite tech features worth mentioning are voice commands, heated seats (all of them!), and heated steering wheel. Durability: Impressively, this sedan does not sacrifice safety features and durability for the sake of style and luxury.

Well done, Kia! The Dealership Organization - Gary Lee's Brown Daub Kia My Salesperson: Christine deserves plenty of credit for making the whole experience so memorable. Her approach was the benchmark of what We seek out in any customer service interaction; she was professional, presentable, well-spoken, and experienced. Chrissy (as I now refer to her), is knowledgeable about the vehicles, finance options and opportunities, and maintains a very personable and conversational attitude; a far cry from my last car purchase which was overwhelming and impersonal.

The best part about Chrissy is that she didn't stop there - get this - she even delivered the Cadenza to my home after our deal was complete. One of a kind! The Deal: The precedent was set with this financial deal; the BDK personnel were transparent, flexible, and very considerate of my specific personal circumstances/needs. Robbie, in particular, was so patient and thorough in exploring all of the possible options before we agreed on exactly what deal I felt comfortable and confident with. Robbie managed to get me qualified for this beautiful Cadenza with an affordable monthly payment despite my less-than-desirable credit rating.

The Family Organization: The customer-dealer relationship that Gary Lee's message promotes is genuine, and is evident by the number of repeat customers I've personally met. It is very respectable how this organization continues to demonstrate their commitment to the community through numerous, varied charitable contributions. There is a guarantee of quality - in both the car and the buying experience - that has been very reassuring to me, especially given the large financial investment.

It is the customer service that truly sets Gary Lee's Brown Daub Kia apart from the rest. Thank you to the friendly, accommodating BDK family that made this one-of-a-kind experience a reality!

PLEASE READ***** we moved from California to Pennsylvania recently. We needed an SUV. We are credit challenged to say the least. We went to Kia in Easton. They told us that we could get what we needed. The 1st visit my husband wanted to trade in one of our cars. The sales man said that if we walk away or surrender the car we could be fine. My father-in-law co-signed on that car.

So he would be financially responsible for it. My husband left. They continued to call pretending that they care and want to fix the situation. They said we needed a co-signer. We brought one. They came back stating that we couldn't use her because she lived in California. They said that they were gonna let us take the car home. We did. They had us sign papers that to our stupidity we signed without reading.

So before we left the dealership I asked them if we were going to have to bring the car back? Sales lady says " non we are gonna, make a deal." I would have NEVER taken the car home had she said that they were trying to finance we would have taken our cars home. 5 days later they call us saying that we cannot get financed. Never asked us to bring the car in. Said give them a couple days.

Which we did. And yes I was extremely upset and let Ray the manager have it. So Armon called my husband and basically said that we need to bring the car back because it's like we stole it. That we can be charged with grand theft auto. No one ever asked us to bring the car back. They kept saying that they are trying to get us financed. At this point we have spent our payment that we had ready for the car that we were gonna trade in on oil for the winter.

We are new to the east coast and we didn't do our homework with these guys. However, they should have never taken advantage of us the way they did! My husband said he is not comfortable driving a stolen car back to the dealer. They need to come get it themselves. I wanted to talk to him and ask him why they are so shady. That we are going to talk to a lawyer he then proceed to tell me that he will call the police and report the car as stolen.

That we signed papers taking a "loaner car". Well they stated on the papers that they were repairing my car. Which NEVER happened! I took both keys home with me. They had no access to my car. So now we are financially in trouble. I understand that they have rules to finance but to threaten us and lead us on like that. It was horrible! They are not good "FAMILY " people.

We are a family of 5 that live paycheck to paycheck. We were trying to get ahead on our bills and now we are HURTING! Do not go to these people. Please! We were very naive to trust them and we should have never signed the papers. We thought they wanted to help our family and they took advantage of us.

I was looking for a specific used vehicle, and I found one on their lot through a search engine (cargurus.com). They didn't have a price listed, so I checked their website. They require you to register just to see their inventory. I decided to send an e-mail asking for a price, giving them the benefit of the doubt. 4 e-mails later, still no price.
