I have been dealing with Peter at Highline for 10 years. By far the easiest most convenient way to buy any car you want. Simply give him parameters of what you are looking for and he personally buys it at auction. You pay wholesale (his price) plus a flat fee that beats any dealer anytime without worrying about markup. They will take your car in for a fair price with zero hassle.
I gave my parameters, he found it at auction, called me and the deal was done. I drove in the car I had purchased fro. I recently bought a 2005 Hummer H2 from Highine Imports.

Sean made the purchasing process of my BMW 335I completely stress/pressure free and near effortless. He held the vehicle on good faith for two days as I waited to hear from my insurance company as I test drove the vehicle on a Saturday. Three days after the purchase I had a mechanical issue in which needed to be addressed however, I knew I purchased the vehicle "AS-IS". Sean and the staff at Highline Imports had me bring the car in that day, replaced the necessary part, without any financial obligations of my own. Highline Imports has stood behind their word and the vehicle I purchased. Highly recommend!

Found 2010 Dodge Challenger online and had it checked out by Lemon Squad. Staff at Highline was very helpful, patient and cooperative in all aspects of the sale even with delays in financing and out of state issues. One small problem arose right off the lot even after a test drive. They fixed it immediately at their expense. VERY happy with the DEALER and the CAR.
I'm getting compliments and I think they deserve some credit. I saw some previous bad reviews but I have no negatives. It was worth the trip from Florida for the car, I drove it home from Pennsylvania with no complaints. I am not related or compensated for this review in any way just to be clear. Thanks guys!

I recently purchased an Audi Q7 from Peter and Sean at Highline Imports. When I first walked in I explained to Peter my recent experience with another car dealer and how horrible it was. Peter was very good with me and helped me with choosing my car. He put new tires on my new car, sold me an extra set of winter wheels, helped me with financing, and helped with adding an extended warranty to ease my mind with some concerns I had.
Not only all this. I can text him when I have silly questions like what button so I push to change something on my screen. I am fully confident that if any issues come up with my Q7, he will be by side to help me through anything. Sometimes people are unreasonable and don't get what they want so they leave bad reviews for good people. Don't listen to that. They are understaffed because people do not want to work. Cut them a break. They are worth checking out.

Simply put, I could not be happier with my overall experience at Highline Imports! Peter and his staff were knowledgeable, professional, considerate and especially PATIENT with me. Peter even stayed with me until 8pm, until I was happy with my purchase! I went in to buy an AUDI--A6, and after seeking his opinion, bought an AUDI--A8-L, Quattro, instead. LOL.
I absolutely LOVE this amazing car, his prices were fair, and even a few months after the sale, he is always available, for any questions I may have! I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a quality, German made automobile.

Communication and customer service is horrible. Asked for pictures of the undercarriage of a car as I am out of state and a very long drive to come look myself. Had to call several different days to get to that point. They texted me saying undercarriage pics and never sent anything. Then never replied when I said I didn't get anything. It's like pulling teeth to get anything.
They obviously don't want to sell the car Edit for owner's response. I literally have a screen shot of no pictures and you not responding when I said nothing came through. It took me 3 days of calling to even get the text of "pictures" that I didn't get.

This is the 5 vehicle I have purchased from Highline imports, bough 2 BMWS and a few Volkswagens, and just purchased a 2015 grand Cherokee, the service is always spot on, and I would recommend this dealership to everyone, they don't have that car salesmen attitude, they truly want you to be happy and in the car you want. The owner Peter is very Knowledgeable and professional. Thanks again for a great Vehicle VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I just bought a car from there last week and I have to say I've never had a better experience! Thank you so much Kevin Ward for being one of the best and most knowledgeable car salesman I've ever had the pleasure dealing with! Definitely five star service and if you're looking for a car go talk to Kevin!

TDI was just listed on their website a few days ago. I contacted right before I left to ask if the car was available and noted I had a far drive in my email. They assured me it was. I drive 4 hours to see the car, and then after starting negotiation (pointing out how critical service intervals were missed and paint completely flaked off the whole rocker panel, tint is torn and bubbling, and tires have odd sidewall wear), they tell me there is already a deposit on the car from a buyer. Sounds more to me like they just don't want to sell it to someone who actually looks at the condition of the car. I'm sure the owner will reply and make up a story like it seems like they do for all of the other poor reviews too. Terrible experience. If the car actually had a deposit on it, you should tell people before they make a far drive with the intent to purchase.

I enjoyed the experience, but feel like I was sold a car that wasn't safe to drive. I take some responsibility for not acknowledging the fact that I don't know much about cars. But my mechanic put the car on a lift and was visibly angry the car was sold to me in the condition it was in. He was even more upset when I told him they did a PA inspection there at the dealership and it passed.
I didn't expect for the car to be perfect, but knowing what I know now about the car Im lucky to have made it home safely from the dealership which is an hour away. Rear suspension springs rusted out, just hanging outside their housing. Not sure how didn't cause a inspection failure. Bubble's in two out of 4 tires which could have blown at any moment, again not sure how this didn't cause an inspection failure.
Don't assume you are getting a safe car, bought the car in January and already spent 2k on repairs. Update: It's funny how true colors come out when truth is spoken. 1. I live in Ambler, so the car hasn't been pounded on the mean pothole filled streets of Philadelphia as you say. 2. Car was bought on a Saturday, and was at Audi of Ft Washington that Tuesday (earliest appointment I could get) for inspection.
It is there I received dated video proof of how the car was sold. I'm no mechanic, but I seriously doubt I could unseat 2 rear springs that In most places would last the life of the car. Would be more than happy to send you the video from Audi's 15 point inspection. Picture of dated invoice from Audi of Ft Washington attached. 3. Bubbles in tires were discovered day after car was purchased (Sunday) and prompted me to take the car to Audi dealership to see what else may be wrong with the car that Tuesday. 4. Paperwork was done incorrectly resulting In me still not having an official registration or license plate.
When I called about issue I was told to call PennDOT. Have not received any incoming call from dealership since I bought the car. Like I said earlier in my post, I take responsibility for the car, I should have brought someone who knows more about cars, but let's not be petty. You've seen me in person, I have no reason to hide behind a keyboard and would be happy to come visit the dealership if that's where you really want to go with this.

It is what it is. I have purchased from Highline about four years ago and actually sold the car 2 years later for what I paid after a couples years of light enjoyment. Sure.there are some truths to the lower ratings you see (like prep fees and wait times. I will even believe the dead batteries) but the truth is always in the middle. And folks must be practical in their expectations.
Why anyone would by a used BMW or Audi for 10K as their daily driver, that retailed new just 5 years ago for 50k plus, and expect Toyota Corolla cost of ownership, is just asking for a rude awakening regardless of Highline's professionalism. If you have only 10k to spend on a daily driver car, especially if you are financing it, do not buy a used luxury car.
You cannot afford it. I repeat, banks aside, you cannot afford it. On the the other hand, if you have few grand laying around, a AAA membership and want a "fun" car to drive (not a daily driver), then proceed with caution. This is not a dig at Highline more so than higher end cars have higher end repair costs and, regardless of the used car lot, have histories sometimes not detectable until really driven after auction.
That said, never buy from a dealer that does not offer some sort of warranty unless the deal is "as is where is" and prepared to accept the risks as I was. Highline every once in a while gets some investment grade stuff in their stable. As they say, it if it seems to good to be true, it usually is.

The first problems that showed up WITHIN 24 HOURS on our 26,000 mile car that we were supposed to only pay Highline $6,200 for (ended up being around $7300 after the TWO "service charges" and "state safety inspection" that they do themselves in-house) were the gaping hole in the exhaust (despite the "safety inspection"!), a bad oxygen sensor, and bad variable valve sensors, that we paid another $600-plus to have fixed. SINCE THEN we have found that the entire coil pack was junk --- $250 for just the part ---- a spark plug hole had been stripped so the plug won't seat properly (the aluminum head will have to be removed to be repaired) -- and get this -- again despite that self "safety inspection" -- THERE IS A GAPING ROTTED HOLE IN THE FRAME MEMBER THAT WAS COVERED OVER WITH BODY FILLER AND PAINTED! Finally, the one and only key fob fell apart and cost $200 to replace and program.
We are now going to have an attorney file complaints with the State Attorney General's Office and one to have their vehicle inspection station investigated. We suggest others who have been victimized do the same.

Owner makes excuses for deceiving the public then rationalizes them. If Peter had ANY business acumen, he would realize his deceptions are going to cost him his livelihood. BBB will eventually take action as well as the attorney general. If anyone who has been ripped off wants to join forces against slick Petey, maybe we can get a class action suit!

Drove over 4 hrs each way! Ron could not be more rude to us. Mini Cooper was outside, he finally gave the key, we unlocked it and went to start and it would NOT start. Of course, he thought we could not use a clutch. He tried several times too, then asked Mike the mechanic to come, he went under the hood, used a battery pack and did an adjustment.
Then they said, oh it was the wrong key! No way, it unlocked the car. Never said sorry. While their other employees are testing riding a Mustang doing burn outs in the parking lot and racing up the road. Not vey professional and maybe why the car had an issue. Obviously, we did not purchase and the Manager and Ron are not doing this company any favors.
Thank goodness we decided to see the vehicle instead of having it shipped! Also, Ron was very annoyed with us for opening the door and their 40 lb cat ran out the door, smart cat-I think it was a warning!

Bought a truck from this dealership. Got the temp registration only to find it was completely messed up. They got my address info wrong and never filled in all of there dealer info. I never got the permanent registration as the state sent it to the wrong address they had. This was in Nov and I still sit with a truck now that I can't drive in April.
They were little help stating they had sent in the renewal extension and did all they could do. The new person said the person who did my paperwork was "no longer" with them. That's not my issue nor do I care. Still working with Penn Dot to resolve the issue.

You will regret it. Bought a car here and regretted it. I should have known better based on the reviews. Make sure you read them.especially the ones about finding the problems after you drive off the lot.they are there and you will pay for them. Bought a car from this place. They fixed the front brakes. Two weeks later had to replace them. The exhaust literally had caulk or gasket sealer that wore out a couple weeks later.
New exhaust needed. I had looked at another car or two here. One had the front grille tied on with a zip tie. Another had and oil leak. They polish them nicely, they look good in the advertisement. But bring a mechanic to check over every single inch of the car or you will regret it. Better yet, go somewhere else that has a good reputation. Don't make the same mistake I did.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever been to. I called this past Saturday to tell them I am going to come Monday to look at the 2006 Range Rover they have for sale. Monday morning (this morning) called again to make sure it's still available. They said it was and I started my two hour drive there. When I arrived at 4pm, they took me to the car and it would not start.
The salesman said "oh it must be dead" 3 battery packs later it still wouldn't start. Now they had to get their head mechanic. After another 45 minutes they still can't get the car started. Gave them a whole weekend to let them know I'm coming and they can't even get a car they offer for sale to start!? After sitting at the dealership for an hour and a half after a 2 hour ride all I was offered was "we're sorry. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

BUYER BEWARE, is what you need to keep in mind when you shop here. When I test drive the truck I saw that the sunroof didn't work. We negotiated that they would fix it, and they did. But that is where the good part ends. I bought a Dodge Ram pick up 1500 truck this past Nov. 2017. Now 3 months later I'm finding the truck had had significant water damage, though the title is clean. Because, I was not able to test drive the truck on the highway, I didn't discover there is a front end wobble at 60mph.
I was excited that I had heated seats in the vehicle except the driver's side doesn't work. Either the belt or some pully is jacked because it just squeals full time now under the hood. And to top it off, the check engine light has just popped on this weekend. This is what has prompted this review. 3 months in and I'm really tired.

Just purchased an F150 from this Scam Squad, not even two weeks ago. Drove it back to the Philadelphia Area the evening of purchase, and I noticed the buttons that should be illuminated on the radio don't work. Odd, but whatever, that's minor. Start to drive it a bit more throughout the week, and guess what? The truck starts sputtering and shaking, and all of the sudden stalls out at 30 mph.
No Power Steering/Brakes, just pray to Christ I don't Rear-End someone at the upcoming stoplight. Turns out, the Plugs and Wires needed replacement(but "our techs make sure these vehicles are completely gone over, from top to bottom, before they even hit our lot"). Bullshit. Cost for plugs and Wires: $625. Hours later, I'm driving to pick my daughter up from school, and BOOM! Knowing that something failed mechanically, I pull over to see what the hell that noise was. Turns out, the Right Rear Shock Bracket snapped completely off of the Rear Differential Tubing, and was dangling next to my rear tire, only being held in by the carriage bolt on the top of the shock housing.
Now I'm driving to pick my kid up, with no suppression, just leaf springs, on the right rear side of my truck. I turn around and go back to the shop that replaced the plugs and wires for me, and send my wife to grab my daughter. Once at the shop, the mechanic puts the truck on the lift, and immediately says it needs a new rear. How the hell is that even possible?
The bracket that snapped was not a replacement part; it's a factory fabricated bracket, that was rusted through so bad, that cleaning it up, cutting it off, and fabbing in a new one, would be more expensive and labor intensive than actually dropping the original, and installing a new rear; AND because it was in such bad shape, even less reliable.
Now I'm absolutely FUCKING LIVID. Cost of a Used Rear with Installation: $1,259 It was not my eyes that failed me upon initial inspection of this vehicle. It was all shined up, looked great inside, outside, under the hood, under the vehicle; it looked great. This Rag-Tag, Bullshit Used Car Dealership scammed me. The entire underside of this truck is coated in a "Rhino Lining" type of material, that isn't necessarily an uncommon feature for trucks to have in the Northern Part of PA; due to excessive salt on the roads, and heavy snows throughout the winter.
I was aware of that. However, this coating was put on recently. So recently, that after scraping off up to a two foot section of it with my technician, the frame itself, and an entire bed support bracket, crumbled in my hands from being COMPLETELY rusted through. Heed my sincerest warning. This is not a place you want to do business with. I'm so confident that they knew what they were doing when they sold me this truck, that I didn't even bother to call and ask for reimbursement. I'll eat the bill, and flip this piece of shit just like they did to me.
In the long run, I pray that anyone who finds a car on Cars.com belonging to Highline Imports, continues to scroll through to a reputable dealership; because these guys deserve to fold tomorrow. STAY AWAY, and thank me later. Thanks for nothing Highline, you fucking Jerkoffs.

Do not buy from this place looks good but don't be fooled. They do not stand behind the vehicles they sell and warranty is a scam. Please do not buy. If I could stand outside the place every day to stop people from buying from this dealership I would but unfortunately that is unrealistic so this is what I can do is warn you this way. Stay away

Bought a bmw z3 2.8 from them 6 months ago. car is amazing and drives very well. but even after i arrived ready to buy the car the service was piss poor. i paid for the car in all green cash and they told me to get lunch while the paperwork was being finished.i came back from lunch an hour and a half later only to find they had not even begun to process to paperwork or fill it out. i had to walk into an office and demand the paperwork be done or i was leaving before they even started to move. great car, terrible service

Is it possible to give them zero stars? Found a car for my son from their online inventory. I live an hour away. I called, and made an appointment to see the car in an hour. Told them I was leaving and on my way. I arrive, only to see the car we called about driving off the lot. I go inside and they ask if they can help me. I said yes, I called an hour ago and made an appointment to see the car that just left.
They tell me it just sold. Huh? Then why did I call and make an appointment to see it? His response: "well, it was available an hour ago when you called, can I show you something else or take your name and number?" Are you F-ing kidding me? You just wasted several hours of my day. You know why used car dealers have a sleazy reputation? This is why. You are perpetuating the sterotype. Now reading other reviews I'm glad that happened. It seems like shopping there is nothing but trouble. Be warned.

I bought the car of my dreams from this place. I dealt mostly with Peter who was always friendly and straightforward. The other staff members were very nice and helpful. Buying the car out of state was a bit scary for me because I wasn't able to look over the car myself before making a nonrefundable deposit. However, Peter went above and beyond to send me photos and videos of the car rolling and up on the lift at the shop so I could confidently make my decision.
On arrival, the car was in immaculate condition as described on the ad. I paid a more than fair price and could not be more satisfied. The paperwork took about 30 minutes and we were in and out in no time. Also, they have a very sweet cat inside the building who greets customers. What more can you ask for? Highly recommend.

I am pleased everyday that I get into my Infinti G37 convertible that I purchased at Highline Imports a month ago. The professionalism and courtesy was the same from the boss to the guys detailing the cars. I had no problems here but then again finding an adult driven one previous owner with low mileage and a clean car fax was a plus too. Thanks Highline, I really love my G37!
