Dropped off first thing in the morning for a warranty part replacement (that we waited 6 weeks to get), new tires and oil change. They called us at 1pm to say that they only had 3 of the 4 tires and also didn't have a chance to install the new part. Then they had the nerve to suggest that we set up another appointment weeks later. Complete waste of time and fuel and they didn't even seem aware of why that might be an issue.

Took my car back 3 different times for the same issue. Third time around they fixed it. My car had been Not fixed for over 6 monthes including waiting on parts then repeat visits for not being fixed. They are the only place I can take my car to or else I would go anywhere else. But they are the only dealer and they are 20 miles from me. Over $5000 in repairs too. Just gross. Absolutely horrible.

Had warranty repairs, 12 point inspection and oil change. Had to fight over a diag fee that warranty covers. Got car back and the oil change warning was not reset. 2 tire pressures were low and windshieldwiper fluid was about empty (guess that wasn't part of the 12 point inspection) Just not a good experience at all.

Bought a vehicle from them in 2017 and bought a warranty from them. I traded it in a year ago and I am still waiting for them to call me back so I can get my refund for the unused warranty. I call and leave messages monthly without a follow up. Also, make sure they go over numbers with you on your trade in. All I saw before going back to finance was my payment. They lowballed me on my trade in. Not a very truthful way of doing business.

I have been a loyal customer. 3 Jeeps. I got new Jeep fever but had very specifics on what I wanted, at a time when used cars or new with my specs are hard to find. But my dream Jeep was located. Dominic is a very caring helpful sales person. The entire team worked very hard to get this Jeep in my driveway! And bam look outside now and see my Jeep I didn't think I would find! I took my Jeep in for a repair to the oil filter housing, a known defect with the engine that Jeep has done nothing to remedy. I called several dealers for an estimate and South Hills Jeep quoted $800 when others quoted at least $1000. South Hills Jeep was considerably farther, but the price difference made it well worth it. When scheduling the appointment, the estimate was once again confirmed.
When the work was complete, they increased the cost to over $1000, which they said is standard for the work and should have been the estimate. I told them I was give the estimate twice of $800. They asked for the name of who gave me that estimate, but it was several week earlier and I simply didn't remember. Their service department essentially accused me of lying.
The repair also required my oil be changed. The day of the repair, the service department included in the final cost of work before starting that this was complimentary. When paying, I was charged for it. I showed him that I was told it was complimentary and they basically didn't care. AVOID THIS DEALER! In one repair I was give two different inaccurate estimates for cost and they simply don't care about the agreements they make.
Find any other dealer or mechanic for work. Potential Resolution: The dealer can live to their word and refund me the difference between what I was told the cost was on multiple occasion and what they required I pay.

I avoid South hills Chrysler Dodge in any costs because of the terrible experiences I've had over the years with the service department. I can see having one bad experience but having this happen over and over where you are like to and treated like your second class citizen because you have an extended warranty.

Service department is terrible to deal with. I've been lied to by service managers and told the things that are covered under warranty were not covered. I literally had to prove to them things were covered before they would fix it instead of them doing their research themselves. Go out of your way to avoid South hills Chrysler Dodge

I hate to be this person but I've been having issues reaching them regarding financing. I bought a car from them two weeks ago after trading in another car they claim to be cutting me a deal and want to have me tell all my friends and family about them and how I did them a service. They never sent in the payout for my car that I traded in and my old car payment came out after I bought the new car I've been trying to reach them every day for two weeks no one will return my phone calls and I have no idea where the payout for my old car is and I'm scheduled to have my old cars payment taken out again in another two weeks and no one will return my calls. I've always heard good things about them and I wanted my experience to be better but the customer service part just isn't there

Took my Jeep in for inspection they told me that I needed 2 front tires that they were wearing unevenly which didn't make sense to me why they did not catch this when they were supposed to rotate my tires at my last oil change. Found out that It were not rotating my tires. Every time I go in there there iis always some kind of problem I would not recommend them to anyone they really don't care and just tell you whatever they can just to get you out the door.
They will tell you. You have a free oil changes coming because of your experience. You do not get it Instead they tell you that the person who promised you the oil change got Fired because of shady stuff. What kind of company passes the blame to someone else like that. I can honestly say I would never buy another Jeep from them.

Went in today for an oil change and a 5 tire rotation which I have had done religiously every 5 thousand miles. I was told that the spare tire's tread was too deep to be rotated with the other tires. When I stated that makes no sense as it's been rotated every time through and this clearly means it was not. I was told that the tech documented that they did a 5 tire rotation so there is no way to prove they did not. Obviously, the spare tire was not rotated at my last appointment, which is upsetting considering my Jeep was there for over 2 hrs. Lastly, upon leaving I found my tire cover to be halfway on covering the backup camera (which could have damaged it or it could have flown off while I was driving causing an accident). I was really happy with the service up to this point and was content to make the drive but now I'll just go to a dealership closer to home.

I don't think I have ever had an easier car buying experience. I told my salesman Ed Bloskis what I was looking for and How much I wanted to be paying monthly and he made it happen with no need to go back and forth a bunch. He had me fill out most of my financing online ahead of picking up my Durango and it was a quick 30 minute pickup at the dealer. This will make me want to buy all my vehicle from here in the future.

We just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from South Hills Jeep on Route 19 and could not be any happier with our purchase. Our salesman was Mark Edwards who was outstanding to work with. He answered all of our questions and was extremely patient with us as we wanted to test drive several models to compare.
