Tricked into buying extended warranty. Finance guy said w/o it, my monthly will be $291. With the warranty, it will only be $300.60. So I took it. When got home, I made my own computation and without the ext warranty, monthly would only have been $236! Bring your own LOAN calculator when you sit with Finance person.

I recently turned in my last lease and got into a new 2022 Murano. DANIELA M was nothing short of amazing when it came to every aspect of the process. She was knowledgeable and incredibly patient as I am extremely indecisive by nature. She made sure I got the car I wanted and kept me in the loop with everything. I could not be happier! I worked with John to buy my 2022 Nissan Kicks. I spoke with him on the phone a few days before I went to Thruway Nissan, and he was so nice. He was willing to fight for me to get the best APR and to make sure I get everything that I was looking for. He and Mike were so great to my mom and grandma that came with me. Overall, I would definitely go back.

Took my car in for oil change, tire rotation, recall repair, brakes replace all four sides and door molding repair.was told there would be a loner car for me. Needless to say no car available. Took two day for parts. Picked car up had to bring it back for recall part because they had to order it. Two weeks later day before scheduled repair brake lights came on major malfunction lights. was told to bring it in there would be loner for me again no loner they did recall checked why malfunction lights told me brake fluid was low. Hmm never had any issues with fluid til they did brakes.

I am not happy won't bring my Back. Only thought it was because if extended warranty but that was false. Done not going back there for third time. I'll take it to my mechanic and get it fixed the right way first time.

Excellent experience. Rafael Rodriguez was wonderful and assisted me in getting in a 2021 Nissan Rogue with no issues. Mike in Finance was wonderful as well. Andre greeted me and wanted to make sure everything was going well. It was a great experience at Thruway Nissan. I will recommend them to everyone looking to purchase a Nissan.

I believe Jen helped me. When I explained why I was there, she explained the mechanics of the problem and asked if I needed a ride. She called me when my car was ready and assisted me when I came to pick it up. All three times we communicated she was cheery and friendly, a pleasure to speak with.

If I could give it a zero I would. I went into thruway to be bought out of my 2020 Sentra Lease and get into a 2021 Altima lease for 199$, which they had posted on THEIR website. Now if they weren't willing to offer this deal it shouldn't be up there Because that is false adverting and it's ethically not acceptable. For starters I've been in the Nissan finance system for almost 5 years now and have never missed a payment and have excellent credit.

Apparently that does help you make a deal here at the dealership because they weren't willing to work at all. The manager took my keys and went to get an estimate on how much they would give me on my car and when the sales person return I was appalled with what number he was giving me. I was lowballed by nearly 5000$. The offer they gave me was lower than my Kelly Blue Book value which is even considered low to some people.

If the employee here are going around offering less than KBB they should be considered crooks. Now I would usually put this off as normal car dealership shady tactics however, my friend went in with the same car 3 days prior and was offered 18,500$ for his car that had nearly 5000 more miles on it than mine. Now I don't know what that's all about but that seems a little off putting to me.

I don't know if it was the way I looked or what the deal was but I was very disappointed and I do not live close to this dealership and it was a waste of my time. I genuinely went in there to make a deal and left empty handed and very frustrated. My current lease now is through them but there is a very high chance that is the last time I'm giving them my business.

Even before COVID these people were crooks. Called for a simple four point inspection and oil change.next thing I know some lady is telling me I owe them $240. They absolutely took advantage of my disability and ended up making me pay for some guy to drive my car and tell me my tires are thumping. They held my car for a day, making me have to miss work, and told me nothing I didn't know about.

The manager, Mike, was an incredibly bloated colonizer type, who you could tell is just the worst kind of human to interact with. Half the times I was in there I saw the head mechanic in building, NOT on the shop floor. Everyone's hands are way too clean to be mechanics. I took my car to a different shop the day I got it from this place, and the mechanic fixed all my issues I had.

I asked him about the tires, he said they were completely fine. I can only imagine how much they overcharge people buying cars. If you value your hard earned money, stay away from this place.

One star only because I have to. No stars at all for this dealership! I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I found a vehicle on their website i wanted to check out. I called and spoke with a very nice woman and told her I would be down to look at the vehicle. When I got there and asked for this woman I was told I would see whomever was available. Okay.

I sat and waited for several minutes-not so long that I was getting impatient- and finally a young man asked if he could help me. I explained why I was there and that I had spoken to this woman and told her I was going to be there after work. He went and brought the vehicle around and oh my GOD it was disgusting! It still had garbage in it And there was some kind of disgusting mud in the cracks when you opened the doors! there were several scratches and some outright dings also!

I asked to speak with a manager to see if they would be willing to drop the price because of this. An assistant manager came out who didn't seem to even want to give me the time of day! He said they would not negotiate the price even with all the disgusting garbage and dings and scratches. I will never buy a vehicle from or recommend this dealership to anyone ever! I have never been treated so poorly in my life!

I purchased my first two cars there and everything was good. Then I purchased another one and I was not to happy with the things that where going on. Now I could see that you have a lot value but the service was ok but it was very slow and I paid cash for all of the cars that I purchased and all I have been told that my new car #. 2021 Maxima platinum was going to be her in two days and I was told that I was going to be able to to pick it up tomorrow morning and I don't know what is going on.

I had a long time waiting for my car and was going to get my money back but I didn't, They weren't honest about things that were going on I bought I bought 4cars for cash in the last 4 months for family members and they were not honest with me about what they were doing. I if you don't want honesty about why your car is being held up then you're ok.

They lied to me about what they were doing with my last 3 cars and I didn't deserve that.they should have told me what they were asked to do instead of being dishonest. I am going to buy 5 more cars in the near future and they will be Nissan, but they will be from Middletown Nissan they are more trustworthy.!

Amazing dealership! Went to pick up my 2020 Sentra sv, everything went smoothly, staff was extremely friendly and I fell in love with the car! Got a great deal and would highly recommend you get your Nissan from this dealership!

VERY DECEPTIVE! The finance person who worked on my documents was very pushy. I was overcharged by $1,000 and about $1,200 on a "service contract". I bought a used car last December 15, 2020 worth around $10k and I was expecting around 1-2k on top of it (for sales taxes, doc fees, etc.). But my invoice showed a total of around $15k (for a 7 year old car). They have very very vague explanations on the fees they charge. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!

Do not buy or think of buying a car from this place. My husband put a deposit down on a car and they sold the car out from under him. When we went to pick up the car they tried to say it would not pass inspection. When we asked to see it, they advised it was no longer on their lot and tried to talk us into buying another car. They already cashed the deposit check and refused to give us our money back.

I had to place a stop payment on the check. This place is a disgrace and should be shut down. They are all scammers in there. The employees are afraid of the manager. He pulled out money from a ziploc bag to try and shut me up. BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS PLACE

This is for the service department in itself. The original review was for the SALES department. I've come here a handful of times and I've never had an issue with car servicing. The last time I came, I had an actual CVT issue (The one Nissan extended the warranty for, since it was a recall) and they replaced it. I dealt with a manager, Mike Pussilano, and the word he gave me (In lieu of the cost/time/etc) was kept. The communication was great as well. I appreciate it.

After a bad experience in the beginning, Jerica, Jordan, and Cassandra ended up turning it into a great one. They are approachable and customer oriented. After leasing a car for three years I expected my customer loyalty to be appreciated, but the sales manager MICHAEL SMITH was very condescending, talked down to me, and all about the money the business was losing instead of trying to make a deal and get the car off the lot.

They have an extreme amount of inventory, probably because he will not budge on anything. If it was not for Jerica, Jordan, and Cassandra making the process so easy and stress free I would of not went back.

Awful customer service. Leased from here 3 years ago and it was great but now it's awful. I had multiple different appointments and no one knew what was happening, wouldn't cut any deals, and made us wait well past our appointment time (like an hour over) while most sales agents just sat on their phones. You will sit in this dealership for hours while everyone there just sits around and socializes with each other. I would recommend going else where and not even giving this place a thought.

Went to pick up my wife's Brand New Rogue and it was smacked up in the corner when one of their guys moved it. I get it, things happen but had they called me to let me know I wouldn't have left work early expecting to pick up the new vehicle. Worse yet they expected me to leave the lot like this. The salesman said oh don't worry it won't get reported so it won't go on your insurance or a carfax.

I was extremely pissed. I told the salesman I didn't want it. He was confused. He asked why don't you want it, said it's no big deal we can fix it. A car is probably the 2nd most expensive thing people buy and it was damaged. Then the sales mgr was like no worries we have another one. I said I thought this was the last one. Well according to the salesman it was, all lies.

He says this type of thing happens all the time. Hold on a minute if this happens all the time I think you should re-evaluate who you have working for you. So then he brings it up front and it's full of tree sap and assured me they'll make it right. I go to pick up the car the following day I notice a scratch on the roof. They just brushed it off and said oh you get a $500 lease grievance so it's no big deal.

Oh and it's missing the front bumper tow cover. They pop the one off the banged up one from the previous day and said they must of missed it. When we get the key fobs I was like this isn't the same car from yesterday, I took a pic of the number on the fob. The salesman said oh yea your right. The one with the sap needs to get re-painted.

So if I didn't say anything you would've lied again. I ended up taking the car cause I'll return it in 3 years since it is a lease, but I'll never buy a car from that shady place ever. They could care less about you, their just trying to move cars. I get it but this is like my 15th Brand New vehicle and will never return. It's obvious they don't want return customers.

Stay far away from this place. They lie and are scam artists. Should've just listened to my instincts and left after the 1st car was smacked up. Worst dealer I've ever felt with. Never again.

Stay clear from buying used vehicles from these guys! 9/2018. Bought a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. Told me it had 2 keys (only one given) Had a trade in but wouldn't take it off the price of the new car (had to come back days later for a check). Did get the extended warranty for it (Thank god! You'll see why later). They don't even give u a copy of warranty info or bill of sale.

Say it's all on a flash drive they hand u. Warranty info not on the flash drive. 1/2019. Received 2 tickets in the mail for a violation of the trade in I gave them (somewhere in the Bronx). I don't own the vehicle! Got them squashed, but still.come on man! What are u doing with these trade ins and where u storing them? 2/2019. Huge amounts of white smoke coming out of exhaust.

Bring it into dealership because it's under warranty. They find nothing wrong, topped my fluids and said if I still see smoke up to 500 mi later bring it back. 2/2019. Not even 150 mi later, smoke is worse. Bring it in and find out I need a whole new engine. (This is where u need to fine tooth comb your warranty). Warranty company will replace the engine of equal value.that's right. You're about to get a refurbished engine of almost the same mileage. Took them 3 weeks to locate the engine and install it.

Best part about this is that I was able to drive around their 2019 Rogue for that time as a loaner. 3/2019. Got my car back but am smelling antifreeze. Bring it back in, and they tell me an animal chewed a hose that's underneath the engine. Really? In the two days I had it back an animal went straight for that hose? Lol. Whatever. Warranty didn't cover it and had to pay $150 to have it changed out.

Thinking about trading it back to them at this point but they say I lost $6000 in equity in the 6mo I had the vehicle. Paid $17000. Only offering me $11000 to trade it back. F that. 5/2019. Driving down the road at about 55mph and my vehicle shuts off like I turned the engine off. Bring it back in and it's an electronic component in that rebuilt engine they put in. Warranty doesn't cover it. $325 charge. 7/2019.

Battery dead and not holding a charge. Changed the battery out myself. 8/2019. Tires worn on front. Changing them out myself. I understand the last two are regular maintenance, but haven't even had the vehicle 1 year yet and all this has happened? Bad luck or bad dealership? Maybe a combo of both. Cross your Ts and dot your I's at this dealership. They don't include any oil changes and are very quick to make u a deal. My advice? Stay clear of this one and go to Kingston Nissan if u want a Nissan.

They won't even answer the phone call after you purchased. And what they said is not gonna happens. Be careful, Stay away from this company! Dirty business ever. especially The financial manager mike. He is real bad, every time I called he always said he is busy, will call me back, but he never did. They won't care about you after you purchased the car.

This place charged me 2500.00 for a warranty they never told me about. I was too busy having papers shoved in my face to sign, that I was not careful in reading any of it. I had to buy 4 brand new tires and get an alignment after I bought my car here. I am not a car person and I trusted the dealership to sell me a car in proper condition. The tires that came with this car were bald and I spent an additional 900.00 buying tires only 6 weeks after purchasing this car They cannot be trusted. Please just go else where for a car.
