Just purchased a BMW X3 from Ianelli. Rob and Craig did an excellent job. The car is perfect! Craig and Rob kept me updated throughout the purchasing process. Although the car was a 2015, it looked brand new when I arrived to pick it up. The car inside and out was immaculate! Great place to purchase your next vehicle. They also have a great service dept!

As always, they did an excellent job mounting and balancing my new tires. They even cleaned my wheels.

Not a bad place prices are a little higher than other places but the service was well worth it!

Rob is by far the most talented European auto mechanic I've ever encountered. He's also very personable, communicative and professional within the industry. His professional diagnostics and advice are true and honest. I suppose this is why all my friends recommended him over any others in the area.

I bought my car from Andy on April 30th. The car buying process was extremely smooth and a fair price was negotiated. Andy was the salesman and did a good job at getting the car ready for sale. I was impressed with the timeliness and courtesy of all the employees I engaged with. Move forward three days and a engine malfunction light comes on. I call Andy and he speaks with his manager Rob and we talk about making things right.

So I took the car to a local BMW dealer (I live nearly 200 miles away). The issue was a common one in these model cars, so the maintenance was finished today, and I am to pick the car up tonight. Rob and I came to an agreement on how much they would pay for the repair. I am satisfied with the sale and this process. I only give four stars because the vehicle had issues within a couple days of ownership. Otherwise, the dealership is certainly a 5 Star experience. I would recommend Andy to anyone looking to buy a pre-owned luxury import!

I saw a 1990 Nissan 300ZX that they had for sale and I enquired about it. I live in Chicago so I had to rely on pictures and descriptions so I asked how the underside of the car looked. Andy, the sales rep I was corresponding with, put the car up on the lift and sent me detailed pictures from underneath the car! After some more questions and Andy agreeing to have a small exhaust leak fixed, I ended up buying the car sight unseen and having it shipped to Chicago. Andy got me a quote from a shipper they deal with and was inline with the estimates I had gotten online so I went with them.

The car arrived and was as nice as it was described. I took it to my local, trusted mechanic and he called the car a "creampuff" one of the best Z's he's seen. I wish that Iannelli was in Chicago because it's rare to find an auto dealer with such integrity. Thanks to Andy and Maria for all their help with me purchasing this car. Love it!

In the middle of a cross-country road trip my tire pressure light came on unexpectedly. Iannelli was able to service my car very quickly while providing excellent customer service and comfortable accommodations. This repair shop and dealership is unsurpassed in quality, efficiency, and courtesy. I've been bringing my 2006 BMW 330xi here for all my maintenance needs and plan on continuing to be a loyal customer. Iannelli's has performed regular maintenance (oil changes, tire and brake replacements) as well as resolved more serious issues (ignition coils, water pump, and thermostat) with my car.

They have always done quality repairs with OEM parts and a guarantee their work for 2 years. They also go above and beyond in service--my car always comes back washed and they give out loaner cars at no cost. Also, Iannelli's is less expensive and more knowledgable than the dealer (they've been doing European car repairs for 30+ years). I highly recommend Iannelli's for all car repairs and maintenance; you won't be disappointed. (Plus, for all the animal lovers, they have an adorable bulldog named Luigi that hangs out at the shop!)
