The service department is horrible. I was there about a month ago and Andrew was wonderful. Recently, I had to bring my Jeep back in. I worked with Mike. Rude and cocky. He didn't place a claim for the work on my Jeep with my warranty, I had to call them that myself. I overpaid by $300. Luckily, I was reimbursed. I'm still not sure why I had to do his job.
Then my Jeep had scratches on the hood after the work was done. I called Mike twice and then emailed him twice before he even acknowledged me. He told me I had the scratches before I took my Jeep in. I didn't. I asked him to prove that. No response. He did tell he'd help me find an auto body shop. I don't need or want his help. No concern, no nice words. Nothing.
I'm lucky I got acknowledged at all. I emailed Jeff Deacon hoping for some answers and, shockingly, I've been ignored. Last time I'll go here. I only went here because I have a warranty and I figured they'd have the parts in (but they didn't). I have an excellent mechanic and I'm so disappointed that I came here instead.

As a new Jeep owner, this is my first trip for service. An oil change and tire rotation. Jennifer greeted me and my kids like were old friends. I previously owned a BMW and have had 6yrs of luxury dealership experience. So far Deacon's has surpassed my BMW service saga. My appointment was at 2pm today - we pulled out of the parking lot at 2:49pm! Wow unheard of SERVICE Thanks to the ENTIRE SERVICE DEPARTMENT & TECHNICIANS

I normally hate going to dealerships and dealing with the whole sales process but I really enjoyed my experience with Deacons and with Ethan directly. Everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly and working very hard to get me exactly what I wanted and more! I would definitely recommend them and will come back to this dealership again!

The shop was able to get my Jeep in pretty quickly & at the last minute, was able to address some issues I had before my warranty ran out. The maintenance & repairs were done well- I'm very pleased. Andrew did a particularly good job of providing great customer service & answering all of the questions I had.

By far the best buying experience I've ever had at a Dealership! From the moment we walked in the door, everything was a positive experience. Our Salesman Steve was busy with another customer when we arrived & multiple Salespeople including the Sales Manager went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable while we waited. They were very attentive but not overbearing or pushy. From start to finish the process was smooth & enjoyable! I highly recommend Deacon's CDJR if you are in the market for a vehicle!

I stopped into the express lane one morning to have my tires rotated. They gave me a time estimate and were done in that amount of time. The best part was that the waiting room had a play room for kids. My little boys were able to play with toys and read books, which kept them occupied and happy! I will definitely have all of my service needs completed here!

My experience purchasing an actual vehicle here was great. Jeff got my family into the perfect van we never thought we could afford, was extremely friendly and it was the best experience I've had buying a car. The service since, however, has left a bad taste in my mouth and we will not return to this dealership. My first service was due to wiring being messed up, which they told me was from a rodent.
I was told a specific price, and waited an hour and a half longer than I was told with my toddler, and when I asked why my bill was double the price, the gentleman said "no, I told her between this or this", and walked away. I left in tears, frustrated. A month later I'm having more wiring issues, and my husband takes in our vehicle. After we waited two weeks for the appointment and my husband waiting two hours - we were told we'd have to schedule to come back in - in another two weeks, because they want to take a deeper dive into it.
They said the factory coats the wiring in peanut oil, which attracts the rodents - which is frustrating in itself because the repair price was insane. Two weeks later, we take our vehicle in for our 9:30 appointment. My husband was told it should be about two hours and they'd call when it was ready. So we wait. Around 2PM - we call, since it was well past the two hour mark, for an update, and we're told the car hadn't been looked at and they probably won't look at it today, but that someone would call back.
No call. Thursday was a holiday, and then Friday rolled around. Again, we called in the late afternoon as we had not heard anything. My husband gets a small update, no real answers, and said they'd call the next day. Next day comes, no call. So Monday rolls around and we FINALLY get a call stating it would be done the following day. Great! Only to not hear from anyone until we called late Tuesday afternoon, stating it's still not done, and would be done the following day.
We arrive Wednesday, one week after our car went in for what we were told was a 2 hour fix (to which the man who we spoke with said he never told my husband that time frame.). I asked the gentlemen why they schedule appointments, when they don't service the car that day. The day we took our car in, which we had to wait two weeks to even get that appointment, they didn't even look at it.
He said that was normal. And that they're busy, which I understand - and I said I can be patient, that's not the issue. It's my husband has to keep rearranging his work schedule because they couldn't for one - look at our car at the time THEY SCHEDULED us - and two, bother to pick up the phone and give us a quick call. I asked why there was such a lack of communication - and I was given an attitude with the response that there was nothing to communicate. My 2 hour fix turned into a week of frustration. Don't recommend this service center.

Jeff at Deacon's hit it out of the park, even in these in these low supply times! He was able to get my wife the jeep she wanted for the price we needed. Add to that the incredibly clean showroom, friendly and prepared staff, and timely communications, there's no reason I can think of to buy a jeep elsewhere. This was the easiest and fastest car buying experience I've had in 25 years. Thanks Jeff!
