Bought a car from here a few weeks ago and so far the service of the staff has been superb! Steve was very knowledgeable and it was a plus that he's not a "pushy" salesman. He gives you time to think things over and explains everything thoroughly. When I test drove my car, I could tell that it needed brakes and or rotors. Steve wrote up a "we owe" slip with all of my paperwork stating that he would take care of the brakes and rotors. Came back a week later (because of my schedule) and he took care of brakes and rotors all around and even threw in a free oil change. I'm very happy with my experience at New Jersey Auto motors.

Our recent experience purchasing a vehicle at NJ Truck & Auto was an unexpected pleasure. Steve made the experience a welcomed event. He was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, friendly and comforting. His insight and information he shared was invaluable. I have purchased many used and new cars over the last 40 years. each experience was different.

They ran the variety of acceptable to borderline harassment. From the minute we were greeted. test drive. and the credit approval process; Steve made the entire event unassuming, relaxing and often humorous. A uniquely rare experience at a used car dealership Virtually unheard of. Working with Steve was rewarding and enjoyable. Thank you for such a pleasurable encounter Also.

I bought my car almost 3 years ago from here and it still runs great. I was a little worried about the year versus mileage on the vehicle upon purchasing. However, after 3 years of city and highway driving my car is still running great. I've put in about $500 total. The service I've received here was GREAT! I had bad credit and decent income and got approved, with payments less than $250.

I was shocked, but it happened. My situations has only gotten better since purchasing my car. Still have payment left but still all worth it. They were very helpful and patient.

We just purchased our third car from NJ Truck & Auto and we are very happy with the vehicle. We never have any mechanical or any other issues with the other two cars, we still have one and the other one was unfortunately rear ended and totaled. Steve recommended the correct insurance options so we did not owe anything on the totaled car. Steve is very professional, honest, and friendly and works fast to get you into the car.

I originally gave this dealership a 1-star review, but since my primary issue has been resolved, I have upped the rating to three stars. When we first interacted with NJ Auto Sales, we had great service and communication. We landed a car we loved (with a few minor hiccups as soon as we drove it off the lot; thank god we got that warranty), and were happy.

After not receiving our plates by the time our temp tags had expired, it was nearly impossible to contact NJ Auto Sales. Between me and my husband, we contacted NJ Auto Sales 15x by phone, 2x by email, 1x by text, and 1x via this review just to get an update on the tracking of our tags. Although we are happy with our car, we will most likely not be purchasing from them again - however, we will recommend them to anyone looking for a cheap car. Just don't expect great service after the fact.

Salesman Steve was great with all the process of buying my vehicle. He was attentive to my needs and answered all my questions pertaining to the vehicle I found on their website. Steve was able to get me a great deal on a bank loan. I know several people who have bought cars from this dealership before and they all were pleased with their vehicles. Good dealership to buy a car. My credit was approved even before I got there. The car was in great condition just as promised by salesman Steve. No hassles. It seemed like a great team atmosphere. When I got there Steve was busy with another customer but salesman Larry showed me the car and happily did all the paper work. The next day I called with a question about the car and they immediately returned my call with the answer. Turned out to be a happy experience.

When I was down on my luck with having no credit, New Jersey Auto Sales came to the rescue. Not only did they help me purchase my first car but they also helped me finally build some credit. They got me a great deal on my 2006 Hyundai Sonata and they have been very helpful when I have questions. I love this dealership so much I've suggested it to many of my friends and coworkers. Even my own brother and my mother ended up getting new vehicles because of my experience. I couldn't thank New Jersey Auto Sales enough for all they have done.

I gave my rating because the salesman Steve was very professional and friendly. He mad me feel very comfortable with my purchase of my 2008 Jeep Liberty. The other workers were professional as well. The atmosphere of the company was welcoming and questions were answered. New Jersey Auto Sales quality of cars are nice and reasonably priced. This was my first car purchase.

We bought an SUV December 2012 after looking at several other new and used car dealers. Our sales person Steve was very helpful and the price was definitely right. They even fixed some cosmetic damage on the bumper and made it look like new again! Overall a great buying experience, I would recommend this business to all my family/friends. Thank you very much!
