First Team Honda

I am very happy with my experience with First Team Honda and with Malachi in particular. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and didn't try to strong arm me into a newer, updated car. We worked with the one I wanted and I believe everything went through fairly. We even had some nice conversations in those long waiting periods as you wait for trade in evaluations, bank approvals, and etc. HIs manager did try to lowball me on the trade-in, but what is car buying without some form of negotiation. Overall, as Malachi stated, car buying is a big purchase but doesn't have to be super stressful. I believe First Team is committed to that.

Was going to purchase a truck today. Drove almost a hour to do it to find they won't finance the vehicle. Could of mentioned they would not finance before I drove almost a hour during rush hour traffic and paying $4 a gallon for gas Update I was so unhappy that I went and bought this baby. Easy peasy no problems no wasting time or gas. Financing was a breeze but that happens when your score is 785.

So first team Honda 's total loss. This is a much better truck anyway. So props to Streamline Auto on VA Beach Blvd. Go see JT he rocks! Response to the owner Your GM called me and left a message but I was in a meeting and couldn't answer phone. When I got out of the meeting roughly around 11:30 and called him back at the number he left me he didn't answer. So I left him a message.

I bought a 2022 honda accord EX-L and the guys there were great! D.A young was my sales person and Mark the general manager was awesome! I will be purchasing more vehicles from them down the road! Thank you first time Honda for getting me in my dream car!

Malachi was very informative and helped me make the best decision when purchasing my car. I ended up purchasing the 2018 Honda Accord sport and I absolutely love it. I couldn't be more happier than choosing First Team Honda as my dealer. I would recommend Malachi to all of my friends and family as he helped me stay within my budget and was very patient with me although I was indecisive. I didn't feel pressured at all like I did with most salesman which was a plus. I will definitely be back.

Tommy and Mindy at First Team Honda made my leasing experience easy, quick, and fun! They are both so caring and personable. I test drove the car, filled out all of the necessary paperwork, and was on my way home in just 2 hours. I've personally never had an experience so smooth and painless at a dealership before. I cannot recommend Tommy and Mindy more!

Dealership was honest and provided fairly competitive pricing - Pricing is probably the best you will get in the area. Ryan is a good salesman, I would buy a Honda from him and First Team again. Last note (Not specific to this dealership or their staff): if you've been out of the car buying scene for a while, keep in mind that buying a car is effectively now a seller's market thanks to factory production delays/COVID-19.

Ryan at First Team Honda really "went the extra mile" in helping us purchase a new Passport Transport edition. He is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious, spending an entire day (his day off, no less) with Susie and me during our decision making process. He allowed us to inspect and drive several other vehicles for comparison and was always eager to answer our questions. Kudos to Ryan and the entire First Team crew!

Went here after researching the dealerships in Hampton Roads area. This one was recommended by my bank as offering the best deals in the area. And my bank was right. I had an appointment but showed up early. I was honest about what I wanted and didn't want in my salesman. And the salesperson did everything that I asked. I never bothered to haggle the price because I was offered a great deal.

The sales person greeted us immediately. Interviewed me as to what I was interested in. They lease new Hondas for good price. Limited selection but new models arriving weekly. This dealership treated me with respect and did not dismiss me, simply because I wanted to lease, not buy. When I do purchase a car, it will be with this dealership.

Just bought a 2021 Civic Type R from First Team Honda. I could not be any happier from their service. My sales rep, Malachi was very helpful and made me feel like the purchase was more about getting me what I wanted rather than just making a sale. On top of the superb customer service from everyone, they definitely have the best deals that other dealerships can not beat!

They also have oil changes for free for the life of the vehicle which made it very difficult to turn down their offer. I highly recommend this location and will do business again in the near future! Thanks First Team Honda! -Dean
