I searched for two years for a low mileage CTS V6 3.6L AWD Coupe. I was super excited when I saw that Beach Auto Brokers had a 2012 with less than 35k miles on it. I called and spoke to Axel. He was great to work with and kept in constant contact with me knowing that we were driving 4.5 hours each way to purchase the car. He was very knowledgeable and great to work with. The entire staff was super friendly, honest and great to work with as well and I would definitely buy from them again!

By far one of the greatest places I've been in regards to buying a vehicle. Axel was patient, kind, and an all around great guy! He took the time to make sure what I was buying was a good fit for me and was very hands on throughout the entire process. It didn't feel like a normal buyer and seller deal, but more of a personable exchange. Adam was great too when it came to additional questions I had. Great place with great people.

I had a great experience working with Anthony Krug to purchase a truck and trade in my car. He was very genuine and willing to help me throughout the entire process. By far the best experience I've had at a dealership Axel was an absolute legend. Not only did he go above and beyond but he was super professional and very easy to talk to. Wendy made the signing process a breeze and was very informative about the whole process. The whole team was very helpful and willing to work with me to get me into the car I wanted and never once tried to upsell me or put me in something I didn't want. 10/10 would highly recommend to any one looking to get a new to you car.

I definitely would recommend Beach Auto Brokers to anyone looking for a vehicle. When you get there, make sure to ask for Anthony Krug. He is straight forward, honest, and genuine about looking out for your best interest when browsing vehicles in their inventory. He helped me, a young single mom, get into a vehicle I never thought I could have. Not only will he wonderfully entertain your impatient two year old, but he also jumps through hoops to get you the best deal and discount.

I am a person that does not leave reviews. And hear I am. This message is for new mothers. If you have a new baby and need a reliable vehicle or even just a little extra help Do Not Purchase a vehicle from here. I bought a vehicle from here and one month later The transmission had issues. We were on the side of the road on a road trip 6 hours away from home in the freezing cold with my infant in the car.
We called three days before my 30 day warranty was up, was told to take it to the shop immediately. We took it to the closest shop as soon as an opening was available and asked the mechanic to send in a diagnostic. But because the mechanic took two weeks to get our car into his schedule we were denied help with the transmission issue even though we told the BAB we were experiencing issue before the warranty was up.
It was also thanksgiving weekend. One month. It's a shame, here I am one month later with TRANSMISSION issues and then hands are "tied". So all transactions have contracts and you get what you signed for. Just mother to mother to you're better off buying somewhere else.
