Vans of GB is the best place in town to get wheelchair vans from hands down. Their service is exceptional and vans are always well equipped. I purchased multiple wheelchair vans with them and hope to continue.

Where to begin, I have studied & searched patiently & diligently for the past several years in order to locate "the perfect van" to suit my needs & lifestyle. Finally, I had fully developed the type/style: the size, the features, the condition, the price, etc. which would best support my specific needs. Early in December('21), I decided to check Craigslist, on the offhand chance that the elusive candidate I sought would be there.

Wouldn't you know, the exact van I coveted was there in front of me on the very 1st page; however, there was a BIG problem. It (van) was in Chesapeake, Virginia and I live in Charlotte, NC. That is a long way. Regardless, I called to inquire. Long story short (promise), what swayed my concern over the distance issue was the obvious experience, attitude & caring, professional spirit of the VOGB owner, Sharri! Craigslist does have it's reputation, so one must carry a healthy dose of skepticism with any potential ad, However, Sharri has a level of professionalism which exceeds what any van purchaser should demand when making such a crucial purchase.

She knows this fact, too, and it shows. We both went through the purchase process step-by-step &, when I finally arrived to her dealership 6 (six) hours from home, Sharri had made sure that I had not overlooked, nor forgotten anything. I drove home that day in "the perfect van" with dreams fulfilled, a happy customer! Thanks to Vans Of Great Bridge for being there when I needed you. It is a GREAT service if you, too, are in the market for a van.

I had a great buying experience from Vans of Great Bridge. Amazing selection and very knowledgeable of there inventory. Justin was great from day one of our search and helped find our match. Sharri assisted for a smooth transaction, and was able to answer all our buyer questions. We're happy with our Ford Transit. And they stand behind there product!

Had a great experience purchasing our first family van ever! Their prices are the best you can get. We also had a trade in that got top dollar. Highly recommend if your in the market for a van of any sort. Very friendly and kind people.

Great customer service and very friendly people. I drove 4 hours to this dealer because they were the only place that multiple vehicles that fit my criteria. The owner was the one that help me, she was great but unable to discount me $150 for MD tags. I mention her that I have a small HVAC business and that I would be buying more in the future, it did not make a difference to her.

She told me that she already has discounted me $250 because the van was not detail. Why should I have paid $250 if the van was not detail, thats not a discount. I hope Vans of Great Bridge keeps doing well and gaining more customers but also listen and help their customers. I dont think I will be coming back not becase of distance but because of how she denied to help me with $150. If you leave near by I do recommend this business.

We purchased a van from out of state. Both women I dealt with were pleasant to work with and consistently courteous. They were helpful with every aspect from letting us know how to deal with long distance paperwork and payment issues to checking the vehicle for cigarette smoke smell. I would definitely recommend Vans of Great Bridge.

It's a long story, but I will not be buying a van from this place or referring anyone to them. Poor customer service, not willing to negotiate, took their time with the approval process and I missed out on a van. However, I am glad I did not buy the van because it was way more than Kelly Blue Book. The vans are priced so you will be upside down as soon as you buy it.

I found a dealership who actually cares about their customers and was willing to negotiate and treated me with priority, unlike this dealership. It took them 4 hours just to run my credit and then another hour and half to call me with follow up information. They not act with a sense of urgency. Tammy was the contact for this situation.

My husband and I purchased a handicap van several months ago and it was a pleasure to deal with the people at this business. They had the perfect van that met all of my husbands needs and the price was great. We bought a mimi van many years ago and the service was outstanding back at that time as well. 3 months of searching for a Ford Transit van could have been saved if I had gone to Vans of Great Bridge first! What an incredible experience and a fantastic van! Tammy was awesome during the entire experience. From my first inquiry and throughout the entire process Tammy promptly returned every email and phone call. After driving 3 hours I was warmly greeted by everyone at VGB and received personal treatment that isn't common nowadays. Justin was a pleasure to deal with as well on my trade in and gave me a generous amount of his time explaining details about he van I was purchasing. Finally, to say the 2016 I purchased was in great shape is an understatement! What attention to detail! Nicely done VGB!
