These guys are such a rip-off! They mark their prices WAY up and then say they're on SALE! Prime example: The 2022 Tiffin Cahaba 19SC, 2-wheel drive Class A RV. They show MSRP as $228,995 and SALE price as $199,995. MSRP is really $205,995. I can get a 4WD unit for $175,000 at several other Dealers. Also, I have several friends who have purchased at Poulsbo RV before and have had nothing but problems with after-sale fixes and warranty work. Sorry Poulsbo, but you're not getting my hard-earned cash.

This review is especially for Stan Tacazon, a Senior Sales Associate at Poulsbo. Dealing with businesses, no matter what size, is all about relationships. Stan was knowledgeable, helpful, funny, and kind as he walked my wife and I through the whole RV selection and purchasing process. We had a lot of questions about a lot of different models. We also had our energetic young son with us! Stan was good-natured and patient the whole time, never pushy. He made what could've been a nerve-wracking experience into a great one. Thanks Stan!

Everyone at Poulsbo was fantastic! From the preliminaries of browsing, to finding our new camper (thanks Jeff! You were a lifesaver!) and the entire financing process (David was fantastic too!), everyone was so warm and friendly. When we swung by to pick it up there was a bit of a mix up with the hitch, and my dad got a bit upset, but they took great care of us even through that, going so far as to help us out with a little ball hitch so we could tow it home!
Special shout out to our walk through guy Jon, who took all the time to make sure we knew exactly what we getting into. From Aislinn and Mario, thank you so much! I'm sure we'll be back-- and maybe my mom will be too for that fifth wheel she's got her eyes on!

Be aware, RV's advertised on their website may not be as pictured. We sent a 3k deposit on buying a RV in good faith, but was so disappointed in the Rv's condition! Dead battery's, smelled like strong smoke, rear bumper was hanging on by luck. 85k! They knew we were coming. Spent gas and a ferry ride from Port Townsend. What a waste! They had a poor attitude and said we were picky. I would not recommend! Not a good experience!

We received outstanding customer service from the moment we stepped onto the lot. Stan Tacazon was our sales representative, he is extremely knowledgeable on all subjects pertaining to RV/Travel Trailers and showed us exactly what we were looking for. All of our questions were answered. The most informative and comprehensive expirenence came with our Walk Around after purchase.
That was conducted by Frank Baker, a Maintenance Technician who went above and beyond to explain all of the many features our Travel Trailer has to offer. He answered every question and provided insight and understanding that was much appreciated. This is our third time purchasing a recreational vehicle with Poulsbo RV. They have never let us down, treated us with the utmost respect and that makes us Loyal, repeat customers!

We live in Alaska and found a 2019 Jayco Seneca via the online inventory at Paulsbo RV in the Fall of 2021. Since we weren't able to see it in person, we asked a lot of questions via texting/email. This wasn't our first RV purchase but was our first time dealing with an out of state dealer. Our sales guy Jonathan K. was incredibly helpful and responsive - he even took a video test drive and showed us all the features. Sent the husband to WA to test drive it with Jonathan's assistance and it was a done deal!
The entire Paulsbo team were awesome and accommodating. They allowed us to keep the RV on their lot all winter and we even flew to WA in November and took it out for a weekend test run (Jonathan picked us up at our hotel!) before having it shipped to AK in April. Just got it home and couldn't be happier with the entire 7-month experience! I highly recommend Paulsbo in Kent, WA - you won't find better customer service Thank you Jonathan and team!

Just picked up our Motorhome after having new automatic levelers installed! The best thing about Poulsbo RV has to be McKenna Hinton, what a pleasant person she is, and knows their products! Also those who do the installing do great work! Those two attributes will ensure that we continue doing business there!

The Business Manager, Lorenzo Walker, was a treat to work with. He really helped me out with financing, protecting my purchase, and other helpful tips to make the process easy to understand. He made sure I understood what I was doing and that he is always there to answer any questions I might have in the future. This guy is a Rock Star!

We are newbie owners of a 2021 Tiffin Open Road 36 UA that we purchased at Poulsbo RV in Mount Vernon. We were very upset to have had some major problems this past year with our rig after three road trips. Mia, in the service department, has been so excellent in coordinating the service and making sure we can stay on the road. We think she has been very respectful, and genuinely concerned with our needs. Because of Mia and Mike Lee, our salesman, Poulsbo RV gets our highest recommendation!

Dropped of our RV van to have some repairs done. When we came to pick up the van we noticed that the paint on the awning cover was scraped off - very noticeable damage which was not on our van before. Since the repairs included A/C replacement, and someone had to get to the roof of the van, it is highly probable that the scrape happened during the work.
When I pointed that out to Scott, who was the service guy we dealt with, he became passive aggressive and told us that we have no proof the damage was done there even though we showed him a picture taken the same week we dropped off the van which clearly show no damage to the vehicle's paint. He said he will find out how much the new cover would cost and we can pay for the replacement - he never called me with that information, btw. We spent close to 6k dollars on the repairs at Poulsbo RV and received this rude and unprofessional and arrogant behavior. I do not recommend anyone to go there for repairs.

The experience I had at the Mt Vernon location was welcoming and professional. I was shown exactly what I was looking for and not dragged around to RVs that didnt fit my criteria. The salesperson and financial personnel were amazing and friendly. The team was more concerned with making the process easy with no pressure for me to purchase any extra items I did not need or want.
My salesperson also gave me some great insight and things to look for when purchasing an RV that proved to be very helpful. Also I would like to thank the technical team who spent hours going over the specifics of my RV and how to operate it safely and even gave me his personal cell phone number if I ever had a question or needed a quick reminder. That is exceptional service and just a nice offer. Thanks again everyone at Poulsbo RV.

I recently went in to trade in a travel trailer. Everything was fantastic from beginning to end. My salesman Bob, made sure the process was as quick as I needed the transaction to be. Extremely accommodating. Then Tanya, and David in finance made the paperwork part seem less. I had my financing in a matter of about an hour. Then everyone in service who added a power jack, and an anti sway hitch in minutes. The trailers speak for themselves, but it's all about the people who help get you into one! I would highly recommend Poulsbo RV!

What a great experience! Dale took his time and sold me the RV that fit my needs. And a handshake from him is his promise! David worked his magic in the finance department to get me the best interest rate and lowest payment. Frank spent an hour and a half with me showing me how everything worked in detail. I would've been lost without his knowledge.

Working with Kyle at Paulsbo RV in Kent, WA, was a pure joy and a huge success for so many reasons. His knowledge, patience and kindness made it fun and such a pleasurable experience. If he didn't know an answer to any of my questions, he would follow up immediately with the answers. From the moment I met him, there was absolutely NO pressure as his bottoms line was to find the right RV for how I would be using it. He hit it out of the park and I can't recommend him highly enough!

This review is for Mia in the service department! We lost faith in the service dept prior to her taking over our account. We had gone through a few service agents and a Service manager ( who are no longer there) before we got Mia. Mia saved the day, getting our service issues resolved and restoring our faith in Poulsbo Service. Everything Mia promised was taken done and with exceptional care and attention to Detail! Thanks Mia, your awesome! C & S Miller

We recently purchased a 2006 Thor Dutchmen Rainier 26FBDSL from Poulsbo RV in Kent. I'm pictures it looked like a great deal for the money and we were excited about adventures to be had. Upon taking it home a week later after a complete inspection and repairs to damaged items that we noted in the sale- we found more problems! The tale light didn't work, blinker didn't work, bathroom fan vent was broken, faucet leaked, the gray and black water tanks were over 2/3rds full, and several other minor things were noticed.
We hooked it up to a water line and watched as the RV flooded and began spraying water all out the backside of the RV. This prompted several phone calls with Jason, sales manager and David, manager. We brought the RV back the next day with additional issues: power tongue not working, flooding, water line leaks, and the minor repairs we had noted. Our experience with Trailers was questioned, no apologies were offered, and mass confusion over why a previous buyer had backed out a month earlier was blamed.
At the end of the day, assures by David and the service department that everything was good as new, we went back to discuss the repairs that were made and if this was a "lemon" when right off the bat, the power tip out stopped working. After we watched three service members use hammers under the trailer bang it back out for about forty minutes, we went back to David to say we too would not be completing the sale of this RV.
We were assured that everything was fixed and it was in "good shape." That if any additional issues came up we could bring it back and they would have goodwill towards us to fix things. No offers of refunds, lower cost, or warranties were given and still no simple apologies. We stayed in clear terms that we would not be purchasing and would like the sale to be terminated due to our lack of trust in the product they are selling and the work they do.
We were told a GM would need to sign off on it. Said GM was not available at that time and we could discuss it with them to see if this was an "option." We left without the RV and had the good fortune of having the GM call us about an hour later to terminate the sale. This took an additional week to happen. All I can say is if you are buying used- I would think twice! Especially since the same trailer we just return has been marked up in price and listed again on their website for some other unsuspecting customer! What a shit show!

Jonathan Kitchel was our sales rep. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy. He was quick to respond to texts and calls. The only issue that came up was when completing the financial paperwork which was done by someone else. They kept making mistakes on the paperwork. Otherwise it was a quick and pleasant experience.

Tbis update applies only to the repairs done to my trailer and in no way changes my feelings from the previous reviews. Jake and Tony came out to replace the damaged arm of the awning, replace the mattress and brought the soap dispenser bottle (actually brought a new setup)! Both men were extremely nice and repairs completed. Thank you Jake and Tony!

Everything went great when purchasing our beautiful trailer except when we made an appointment with the finance department to do the final signing of the contract at 11 we had to sit and wait until 1 to finally get to get the paperwork done, now mind you, they have 2 people in the finance department. They offered us water, during our waiting time, the sales man Mike, was trying to keep us entertained, very nice man, but still you have an appointment at 11 and we had to wait until 1, no lunch offered, just water. Did I say that we got there right at 11, we had not eaten, it was constantly, we will be right with you!

DONT BOTHER WITH THE EXTENDED WARRANTIES. OR DO BUSINESS HERE AT ALL FOR THAT MATTER. I'm sure there are those more experienced who could probably tell you this, but seeing as how we just got first hand experience with this issue, I figured I'd share. The extended warranties don't cover the number one damage you'd want to have coverage for in the PNW- rain.
We are just barely outside of the manufacturer warranty for our 2020 R-pod, which has developed a leak and covered the interior of our trailer with mold over the winter. When I called and asked if this would be covered, they said, "ohhh, yeaaaahhhh. you're supposed to check the seals every 30 days, the warranty doesn't cover this." So, why the hell did your salesman tell me it was a "wall to wall, bumper to bumper" plan?
I paid for the top level extended warranty, and now, just over a year in, you're telling me it won't cover a dime? And what am I supposed to do, get out there with a 20 foot ladder and climb on the roof every month to make sure the seals are holding? I don't even know how to do that. Which seals? All of them? What am I looking for? Am *I* a certified technician all of a sudden?
Would it be acceptable if a year old car roof started leaking, and Ford or Chevy turned down the warranty because "ohhhh sorryyyyy, you didn't get out there with a vacuum and pressure test all the seals inside the main cab." It's ridiculous. And what's WORSE, is they don't even have availability to look at the damn thing for a month. Kinda wild, it's almost like they're making great money selling shoddy trailers to unexpecting suckers like myself. They'll say anything they can to get you to make a purchase, with all the extra bells and whistles to make you feel protected, then leave you high and dry when it hits the fan. Please.
Take your money elsewhere. I don't hate many things, but I loathe dishonesty, deceit, and blatant lack of clarity when making a deal. And the only thing worse than that is a salesman who sells you a trash product, then makes no effort to make it right. Every single one of these people give even the worst used car salesman a bad name. God in heaven please don't let my kid ever grow up and work here. I'll have no choice but to disown him. These values (or lack thereof) have NO place in my family.

KENT Location: My wife and I had an interest in a Class A motorhome to upgrade our Current Class A. We walk in and greeted and assigned to a sales rep who sits us down and began asking us about 25 to 50 question at one point I stopped him. The questions where related to rv usage vs what we wanted. As a experienced RVer, I pretty much know what my needs are then a 50 question before being shown a RV.
The sales rep stated it was part of their training, then I would say they need to fire the sales manager. This went on for 20 minutes before I told him enough is enough and I was annoyed with his questioning. My wife, grand child, daughter and I stopped the BS questioning and left without looking at the new Fleetwood Fortis we went there to see. After leaving Poulsbo RV kent we went to Poulsbo Fife and had an excellent experience. If you like games go Kent, if you want honest and friendly individuals go to Fife.

Their service dept only services campers purchased at Poulsbo RV. Is this a violation of the Magnusson Moss Warranty Act? A violation of their agreement with Forest River (and other camper companies) as a licensed warranty work dealer? Can a service department add extra requirements to a consumer in order gain "entry" for warranty work? They also over charge by $15k for campers, so basically you have to pay $15k to get on their "list" of people they will do warranty work for. Very suspect. Google the camper you want to buy and you can find it elsewhere for much less.

Called Paulsbo RV in Kent, Washington for warranty service. They refused to book any service appointment, no matter how far out since I did not purchase the Winnebago RV at Paulsbo, Kent. Service told me "maybe some day we will start doing service on everyone's RV in the future". This is unacceptable for a dealership not to honer vehicle service for which they are considered a factory authorized Winnebago service center.
I called Winnebago to let them know and they agreed with me. Hope they have their Winnebago dealership taken away. I previously tried to buy an RV from them and they raised the price of the RV, at last minute, from 103K to over 106K saying that is what it cost to do a presale/service inspection on it. The response from Paulsbo RV is attached. The Winnebago manufacturer did not think it is OK to not observe warranty service. Also, I thought Motor Homes, by definition, are movable and can go everywhere in the US, Canada and even Mexico.
If I buy from Poulsbo, have a problem and on the East Coast of USA, am I suppose to drive 3,000 miles to Poulsbo RV in the Seattle area to get something repaired? I do not think this is reasonable. May you lose your Winnebago dealership.

I wish I had read these reviews before we bought our RV at a different poulsbo RV location. It appears they are all using the same sales tactics. We paid $10k to have the used class A we bought completely gone through and everything fixed that needed fixing. Never got a list of the work they did, but I saw for myself what they DID NOT do. Like checking the fan belt on the motor, which turned out to be shredded, installing batteries correctly, installing slide toppers properly, didn't change the engine oil or fix a windshield ding, etc etc etc. Total rip off.

Overall happy with my experience purchasing a used motor home and trading in both a fifth wheel and a tow vehicle (3/4 ton pickup truck). I feel the deal we got was fair and the people we were dealing with were nice. I did experience some of the common tactics dealers use to boost their profit like trying to sell over $10K worth of add ons, but i didn't feel unduly pressured when firmly saying no.
I don't typically buy extended service contracts. All they are is a gamble your luck will be worse than average as they set the price of the contract to ensure the underwriter and dealer make a profit after paying all claims. I do recommend paying close attention to the paperwork you sign. I found a few errors that would have cost me a few thousand more had I not been paying attention.
For example, the final paperwork I signed at delivery added $1500 for a tire warranty I had already said I didn't want. To be fair, I don't think this was intentional. I think it was left over from when I asked for a quote of all the extras so I could decide what I wanted, if anything. They likely just missed backing it out of the computer.
Some other minor distractions: (1) I paid $2500 for a pre-delivery inspection (PDI). When I questioned why this inspection is so expensive the business manager claimed he typically sees $7000 repair bills for service as a result of these PDI's. Of course, if that were true, the dealer would be losing money so I just don't believe that. I think what he meant to say is it's possible a PDI could result in a $7000 repair bill that would be covered by service, but I'm sure this $2500 is overall profitable and rarely costs the dealer more than what they charge.
For the cost of this service i would expect some form of paperwork as evidence the PDI actually checked what was promised and a list of items that were repaired or replaced. Without this paperwork I have little confidence the PDI was as thorough as promised, especially when there was an exterior light burned out I would have expected this to catch and the PDI also missed a cracked windshield, which I caught during the walk through.
It also missed a broken keyless entry lock which I had to replace myself. They replaced the windshield and made two other minor repairs. Overall not a huge deal, but hopefully Poulsbo will take this as feedback to help improve. (2) leading up to delivery day, there was no proactive heads up for what they needed me to bring. (Insurance on the new motor home, driver license, etc.).
I only got an answer when I asked. Of course nobody said to bring the title for my truck I was trading in so I didn't even think of it. Had I been given a heads up I probably could have found it and brought it, and saved the dealership some paperwork for a lost title. (3) on the day of delivery I had to wait about an hour and ten mins after my appt time to start the delivery walk through.
This wasn't that big a deal, but it would have been good if they could have called and said to show up an hour later since they were running behind. (4) the tech who did my walkthrough on delivery day was nice and knowledgeable in general about motorhomes, but not very knowledgeable about the specific differences of the used Jayco coach I was buying.
I presume this is because Poulsbo is not a Jayco dealer. No big deal, but there were a few Jayco specifics he didn't know about, cover, or got wrong. Nothing that would compromise safety, just convenience features like how the display can switch between Apple car play and the backup camera. He also up-sold me on a surge protector and gave me a "good deal" at $400 (normally $500).
I saw the same exact surge protector at camping world the next day for $350. No big deal, just a reminder to do some homework before buying anything additional on delivery day. As I said, overall it was a good experience, just a few things as mentioned above would have made my experience better.

Forget any detailing at all, on a used RV purchased here. They clean nothing, though they claim they do. We were angry to end up with a filthy dirty vehicle - LOADED with disgusting black dog hair in all the fabric upholstery. It took us two days, to clean it up to make it just livable. Communication is wonky with PRV. One department doesn't know what another is doing. A frustrating experience, for us. We won't recommend Poulsbo RV.

I don't even really know how to say what I want to say. Hmm, I guess I'll start off with this. My family is a family who loves camping. We LOVE it. We owned a travel trailer and decided to upgrade to a class A as we felt it was better suited for our family. My husband passed by this dealership on the way home from work and so of course he told me about it and we were so excited to see if they had any Tiffins.
We first looked at it on their website and found one that we liked and wanted to look at and possibly purchase if it was perfect for us. As we arrived, we saw many other RVs that caught our eye and were pretty excited to see what they had. Our excitement ended there. We walked towards the office and saw two salesmen. Neither greeted us. Went inside, no one greeted us. so we tried to look around for the RV we wanted to see.
As we looked around, we saw more salesmen walking around. None greeted us or offered us any help. Why is this? Did they take one look at us and thought we weren't serious to buy one? We look young, sure, but I mean, how can you really tell anyone's ages for sure? What does that matter anyway? Did we look like we can't afford an RV? Did they not want to greet us because we don't look like them?
I don't want to pull the race card, but what else can I wonder? Either way, it seemed like we were pretty discriminated against since they couldn't even bother to greet us. Very interesting and very disappointing, really. By the looks of it from other reviews, seems like this is a normal thing for them to treat their customers. Really weird for a business to act like this, honestly.
Have they heard of yelp or google reviews? They're putting a bad name to ALL their other locations because we will never set foot on a Poulsbo RV ever again. A bit of advice: a little kindness goes a long way, but they've really put a bad taste in our mouth and a sunken feeling in our hearts.

Went here today to take another look at a RV that we have previously seen at Poulsbo. Explained to the sales man that we just wanted to take another look at it to be able to compare to another vehicle we are thinking about. He insisted that we fill out a questionnaire about the price we wanted to spend, what we want our payments to be ext. We have already done this and have narrowed it done between this particular RV and another, hence why we want to see the inside again.
Long story short, after going back and forth for 20 minutes about this pointless questionnaire and how he didn't want to disappoint us, he actually did disappoint us because my baby woke up while waiting and we left. So thank you for making up our minds. Looks like this time we will be making a purchase with a different dealer vs Poulsbo which adds on their "PDI" of bullshit.

We went in and looking for a small trailer for a lesser amount. Well that's not how it goes. Their selection was amazing even during the Covid hoax. Mike Lee (salesman) showed us a bunch of different options and knew the product in and out. We settled on the trailer that my wife wanted. After we bought it they do a walk around with you and hook everything up.
We got to work with Matt. That dude is smart. Showed us everything we needed to know and things we had no clue about. I would definitely go back when we are ready to upgrade.

If you are looking to buy a motorhome, I suggest passing up Kent Poulsbo RV. My experience there has shown me that who I worked with does not show integrity, is not trustworthy, and does not show ethical business practices. My experience in the last couple of weeks was horrible. There was a lack of business practices due to selling a motorhome from underneath me.
While supposedly, we were work on the sale. They sold it to someone else even with a financial deposit down, and I signed a purchase order. They sold it before they had the dignity or respect to tell me that they decided to sell it to someone else and kept my financial deposit during this time. They played games stringing me along with keeping the deposit until the other sale was final. I'm highly disappointed in this business and would not recommend them.

We purchased our first Class A Poulsbo RV in Kent The sales person was knowledgeable, polite and listened to our wish list of what we were looking for in a RV. He told us about the different manufactures and what set each RV apart from each other. They even brought in 3 different RV's from other Poulsbo locations. They respected our price point, no pressure to view RVs out of our price range.
The complete staff from the GM to the sales manager to the finance manager to the service department was top notch. The sales and service team helped us out in any way they could to make our experience pleasant. This was not your typical car dealer experience, Poulsbo RV was there to sell us a life style. I would highly recommend Poulsbo RV to anyone in the market.

Have been looking seriously to purchase Vilano Fifth Wheel and stopped in to work with an expert right after they opened so they were not busy. Steven Sullivan basically ran in front of us, opened three fifth wheels. Did not speak to us unless we had a question, and did not know the answer to any of the basics. Pretty much determined that we will NOT be ordering anything from Poulsbo RV. Very disappointing.
