I took my car in for a simple oil change, when it was done my park assist sensors were not working properly. When I'm backing up the sensors would stay on for long periods of time, then when I'm driving the sensors would come on for no reason. So I took my car back to this dealership and explained the situation. They ran a diagnostic test and found out that several of the sensors needs to be replaced.
That cost would about $2 grand to fix. Like that wasn't bad enough, my car is leaking coolant and that has to be fixed which would cost me about $270. That's outrageous. I don't know what they did to my car during the oil change but the park assist sensors were working just fine before I went to this dealership. I'll be taking my business else where.

In the last 30 years i have done business in many GMC dealers in the area, but none as good as this dealership. My sales person Drew was amazing, got me the exact truck i was looking for and 2k below any of the other dealers in the area. Super clean, professional, and honest. I will definitely go back the next time i am looking for a new truck. And send all my friends looking for a no BS buying experience.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. The staff were able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. I did not know my new warranty information and Kai was able to track it down saving me more than 400$. The repairs were completed and my car works great. I will definitely return to Clyde Revord again. The staff are great.

I've bought and sold about 10 cars since I started driving. This was easily my best experience with any dealership anywhere. Matt and Terry treated me like a VIP from start to finish. I got a good deal on the car I wanted and for my trade. I'll start my next car search with something in the GMC line now that I know about Clyde Revord.

We had the BEST experience with Matt Leavitt at Clyde Revord! He is very knowledgeable about the different vehicles we were looking at and always had an answer to every question we asked. My husband is a tough sell, but he worked with us for hours to help us feel comfortable with our purchase. We absolutely love our new GMC Acadia Denali and would highly recommend Revord Motors and Matt to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I want to thank all of you for your reviews. We found a car here that we love. Jack helped us. His schdick was lame and he refused to even budge on the price. He was one of the worst salesmen we have Run into during our hunt for the perfect vehicle. In addition, he nearly sold us a warranty on a Canadian car which from these posts seems impossible.
On our way out the folks in front of us were complaining about the poor service they received, too. Thank you for your candor- you saved us a potential headache. For others- go at your own risk

I bought a car from Clyde Revord Motors the other day and it was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Both Derek and Drew were very helpful and didn't apply any undo pressure which I really appreciate. I'm very pleased with the experience overall. I would work with them in the future if I buy a new vehicle.

BUYER BEWARE! If you think that because they are a dealership that has been around for years you can count on quality, DON'T. If you're buying a used car definitely take it to your mechanic to check it out, they buy junk cars from auction and sell them for too dollar. I spent $26,500 and it's been in the shop since I bought it. The warranty isn't valid since it was originally sold in Canada, a week after I bought it I heard a exhaust leak $1800 to repair, after taking it to the car wash I discovered rust throughout $6000-$8000 for repair, Carfax said no accident, the front end has junk yard parts throughout with internal brackets bent and fiberglass cracked. I could have bought a 2020 right off the production line for the price I'm paying for this 2015 truck.

My experience here was surprisingly pleasant. I say that because I generally hate the process of buying cars (who doesn't?). From the usual sales guy who is all about being my best friend and calling me "stud" or "boss, " to the hard closer that comes in when you're not ready to buy and tries to make you feel stupid while giving you the "today only" price.
And then, the finance managers. Ugh. Revord was different for me. Trevin was my salesperson and he was very cool. Not pushy at all. Listened. Answered what I asked with no redirect or spin. When it came time to discuss numbers, Jason was very straight forward and respectful of me as a person, even when I initially did not buy. When I ultimately purchased, the experience was pretty streamlined and the finance lady was cool too (Jenny maybe? Sorry).
Everyone just seemed generally respectful to me as a person, not just an "up" that was there to get closed. It takes a lot for me to give 5 stars or 1 star, and literally the only thing keeping them from a 5 star was that they wouldn't give me quite what I expected for my trade. I did my research, I knew what it was worth, and we got somewhat close to the bottom of that range.
With a little higher trade value, I would've probably given 5 stars. Overall though, I would definitely buy a brand new car here again. The advertised pricing was also lower than anyone else in town without a bunch of gimmicks.

Matt Leavitt is a great salesman. Very knowledgeable about about the vehicles I was interested in purchasing. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, and I appreciated his patients with my many, many questions! I am 100% satisfied with my purchase, and would recommend anyone coming in to purchase to ask for Matt. Nyev Diaz was very helpful in going over all of the many features of the truck I purchased.
I am old school, and all of these new gadgets and safety equipment are new to me. Don't be surprised if I take you up on your offer to return for a refresher course. You guys were great! Scott & Dana Monson

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited back in August 2018, with 47xxx miles on it. The sales experience was great, and I drove away with a car I loved. A little over 200 miles and two weeks later, the check engine light comes on. I call Clyde Revord and they recommend taking it to Rairdon Dodge as it will be under warranty. I find out that the Jeep is a Canadian import, and so will not be covered under warranty.
I ok the repair work hoping that Clyde Revord will help me out with the $2,7xx bill. After numerous calls to the dealer I was shuffled around, promised they would into and get back to me next week. It has been almost six weeks since my first call and at this point I am going to leave a Yelp review to let others know what to expect if they run into a similar situation. Disappointing.

Horrible experience, avoid this place! I walked in with preapproval ready to go. It was a Sunday so they said they needed to wait till they could confirm loan, OK, and then tried to pressure me into changing to third in-house loan people. I said no, I'm good I like my bank. So all the paperwork is done and its Monday, get a call saying they won't release my new car to me until the money wire hits their bank, or I could fill out a credit app and get a loan through them.
So long story short, I bank through USAA and have been for 25 years, and they held the car for a week before they would release it, and made me feel like a criminal or they must really get a good kick back so they do it to force you to finance through them. I will NEVER go back there, what a joke of a stealership! Wish there was a neg star rating, cause that is what they should get.

The staff at Revord went above and beyond in helping us buy our car. Dan and Jennifer stayed well after closing to help close our deal, had fantastic attitudes, and the entire experience made our 2.5 hour drive WELL WORTH the time and effort. Thank you, thank you. I would gladly make the drive again!

Wow. What an easy experience. It started with Kennrot in the internet sales. I was credit challenged. When I arrived at the dealership Tom greeted me and showed me the car I was interested in (Buick Encore). I test drove it and was Sold. He had the paperwork ready. No BS. Just a great deal and no messing around. Then I saw the finance guy. I'm sorry I can't recall his name It was on 4/27 if that helps. Again no messing around. Signed the papers and away I went. Tom Showed me every little thing on the Car before I left. I will be a lifetime customer now. Thank you all.

Short and sweet version: went to this dealership to test drive and possibly buy a used SUV, that was listed online. Other than being a little overpriced, the initial salesman (Dan) contact and test drive went well. Things went downhill when Dan made the comment "if you don't buy it, the 2 ladies in the other room are waiting for it". Typical cheesy dealership sales pressure tactics, which I don't respond well to.
I brushed that off because Dan seems like a nice guy, and I believe the pressure was prompted by his sales manager. After a brief side phone conversation with my wife, we decided that this vehicle was not for us. I walked back to Dan and told him we are going to pass on this vehicle. He said that he understood, and respectfully tried to save the sale. Dan then walked me to another office and introduced me to Jessie (cheesy sales manager). Jessie's response to me passing in the vehicle was "that's fine, we'll call the other girls. They'll buy it". WOW, that was sad.
He could use a nice long class in professionalism, but little is expected from car salesman anyway. Do not buy from this dealership. They only care about making a sale and getting paid. Their immediate attitude change, when I didn't buy, was displayed clearly. I'll take my money elsewhere, to much more respectable dealers.

I was all ready to give this place a great review. The salesman we worked with(Keith I think) was great. Really nice and helped us out. There was an issue with the AC fan and they agreed to fix it. I was also under the impression that they checked out the vehicle prior to it being sold. During the fix of the fan they messed up the tail gate. But they owned that also and fixed it.
They get one star because this weekend the brakes went out. I had it towed to a shop and today they let me know that the front brakes are jacked up. They said someone slapped some new brake pads on there as a band aid to a larger problem. Now the calipers, rotors and whole system need to be fixed. Its gonna cost us over $600 and we have had the truck less than a month.
From talking to the guys at the shop this issue has been there a while and only and idiot would miss it. So my advice don't trust there used cars. The people are great so a new car should be fine. But buyer beware on a used car.
