I had a huge problem early in the morning before work. My key broke in the ignition, was stuck, and my vehicle would not fully turn off. I called the service department, that opened early , at 730am. The person I spoke to listened to my issue and asked me if I could make it there? I did, and was helped by nice people that fixed the issue in a timely manner, and did not cost an arm and a leg. They got the key unstuck! They are great to work with!

I Purchased a used car in Early January. An engine light already showed up on the second day I had it. I've been struggling to get this car checked out, I live 3 hours away from the dealer and I constantly have to be traveling back and fourth (asking for day off work) to get this issue resolved. The saddest part is that I haven't even done the first payment on the car.

I understand car problems happen but I would at least appreciate the dealer helping me get this issue resolved or tell me what I can do. This has all been very stressful for me as this was my first big purchase. I have to take my car and leave it at a Hyundai dealer for a whole week, and I wasn't able to get an appointment until 3 weeks from now. This whole situation is putting me in the same position as I started, car less.

The whole purpose of me purchasing a car is so I could stop stressing over transportation. I'm sure the car will be okay but I'm not very happy with the experience I got overall. I believe a dealer should care for its clients even after selling a car. I just wanted to share my personal experience for any first time buyers.

We had a very pleasant experience at Foundation Chevrolet. I had explored their website prior to visiting in person and I found that quite user friendly as well. Jay had the car ready for us and let us explore the used Subaru Ascent without interference. We didn't feel any pressure to purchase after returning from the test drive. He answered all our questions and explained things if needed but not in a condescending manner.

They gave our trade-in a worthy price. Hunter in finance was the quickest I've ever had after 4 previous car purchase. You can't beat their lifetime warranty on major parts either. I would definitely recommend them in the future.
