We had a great experience shopping here. Our sales person, Mike Uhlman, was able to answer any questions we had quickly and accurately, both before and after the sale. This is a very professional group of people, from sales to finance. We were in and out very quickly the day we picked up our car. We initially started shopping at two Acura dealerships closer to our house.
They didn't seem interested in going over any information on the model we were interested in ( which hadn't been released yet). But they did want to take our order. The sales person at Schaller took the time to discuss the product with us before and didn't rush us to make a decision. It was an easy choice to purchase our MDX type S here.

Great experience at this dealer, someone was right there to help me and they made it effortless to buy the vehicle I wanted. They had all the paperwork done and ready for me when I went to pick my car up only a day after I found it online. They definitely work hard to get you the price you want. Was very happy with my experience at Schaller Acura. They made the experience easy and were very responsive. Specifically, Mike Uhlman was exceptional and made sure my CPO car was in perfect condition for me (and even removed a small dent for me). I would definitely consider buying from this dealership again.

Thanks guys your all AWESOME! Service department Joe D. Took my car in on time and I wanted to multitask so what he did was he drove me to my nearby Client help me get my equipment out of my vehicle and I was able to introduce Joe to my clients. Then Joe took my vehicle back to the shop to get it serviced. When my car was done Joe drove it back and I must say the car was washed looked great and they even found something else that I needed to have done on the car asked me for my approval did that in record time and returned to pick me up at my clients after I serviced them drove back to the shop as simple as that. So glad I got my vehicle at Shaller Acura in Manchester couldn't be happier with my car and the way it runs.

Schaller Acura, thanks to the salesman Pedro, Brian in finance for making my 2nd vehicle purchase smooth as my first. A team of professionals and attentive to the customer. Purchased a 2018 MDX used with very very low miles, then went back and purchased MDX Aspec. Both are fabulous vehicles. Thanks to the service department, true professionals. Will definitely recommend this business if you're looking to drive an Acura, no matter the model.

I continue to be amazed and impressed by the level of service I receive from Schaller Acura. I leased another Acura and one of the main drivers to select Acura is the service level I have received over the last few years from Schaller. From the initial experience of buying a car, to the after sales service you receive as a customer on maintenance, I cannot recommend them enough! They are outstanding!

We just purchased our second vehicle from Schaller Acura of Manchester. Once again we were not disappointed. They are professional, knowledgeable and answered our every question. Our salesman, Mike, was thorough and very congenial. He was transparent when discussing trade in value and when negotiating back and forth on the final price. He went beyond what was expected in order to make his customers get the "deal" they wanted and drive off their lot with the vehicle of their choice.

Rachel and Teri were awesome with setting me up with the MDX and deal/price that I wanted. So much so that, even though I was planning on getting an MDX next year, I bought one this year instead. After the test drive and handshake, Brian whisked me through the paperwork and Teri had the keys in my hand in no time flat. All three people were very professional, easygoing (not pushy) and took care of everything.

I just but a new RDX and couldn't be happier with the experience. There was no pressure and it was an easy communication process, both in person an via email, to negotiate a deal. Everyone I interacted with was extremely nice and respectful from the sales person to the business manager. I have similar expectations for the service department.

I had a flat tire on my Acura and took it to a local tire dealer but they didn't have any in stock - I then called the Acura dealer (same one I bought the car from 1 1/2 years ago) - it was the end of the day on Friday and they said if I brought it in right away they would take care of it for me - they were so nice as usual and 1/2 hour later I had my new tire. Great service - Thank you!

The service staff at Schaller are always friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. I've been going there for 10 years with never a bad experience. The recent remodeling has improved an already nice waiting area. Drinks, snacks, magazines, newspapers, and TV make the time move fast as you wait. If you buy a car at Schaller, the service team will ensure you enjoy your Acura for a good long time.

I sent in an internet request and was contacted by Teri. I made an arrangement to test drive a 2016 RDX. She had one ready to drive when I got there, took plenty of time to explain the features of the vehicle, went on a test drive that covered all types of roads (back roads, winding roads, rough roads, highways). She encouraged me take the time to try all of the features.
She took her time, didn't apply any pressure and provided all the information that I requested. She was one of the most pleasant and thorough sales reps I have ever dealt with. I have to say that this was the best test drive experience I have ever had. Though I did look into another Acura dealership prior to going to Schaller, based on the high level of service and information (vehicle and pricing and trade-in), I wouldn't consider going to anyone else. The RDX, and Schaller, are definitely on my short list. Thanks Teri!

The service department has been beyond expectations since 1987. They are friendly, honest, amiable, and trustworthy. Dave, Brian, and Joe do a great job. They don't take advantage of me, always make me comfortable, and do their best to accommodate my needs. I bought my first car from Schaller Acura in 1987. I serviced the car in Manchester for 12 years.
I bought my second Acura in 2003, I still get it serviced there. I bought an MDX for my wife in 2010 and we service that at Schaller as well. I would bring any Acura or Honda here for service for as long as I live in the area. Thanks guys!

I purchased a 2010 MDX from Schaller. The sales side was pleasant enough however the service department does not stand behind the vehicle nor support the customer. The vehicle developed a wind noise that the service department says is normal or they can't hear. We took a loaner to compare and the loaner is the same as our car use to be. The dealership has stopped working on the issue while we still have a brand new $50,000 vehicle with wind noise. Feeling abandoned.
