Excellent service with Daniel Airas. He was a great seller and made all the details of the purchase clear. When it was time to remove the car, a mechanical problem appeared, Daniel was super helpful and gave me all the necessary support for the solution. In the end I had to change my car. My only tip is to check if the car comes with a jack lift, as they were rented, people can take it. I only found out when I got home.

My wife and I had the pleasure of buying a car there yesterday. We dealt with Mario and Rudy and the experience was very pleasant and professional. We were also able to bring our dogs into the office while we did all the paperwork so they didn't have to stay in the car. We got a good deal on the car and would recommend anyone looking for a good used car to check them out.

I came here looking to get a car and Moses introduced himself to me and helped me out. He was very funny and actually let me test out the cars limits. I really appreciated it. He walked me through the entire process and helped me get into a 2020 car that was surprisingly low mileage for being a rental car. Needless to say if I need another car I would definitely come back here and work with Moses again.

I had reservations at this place and after driving 30 miles from where I live they did not have cars available. That's understandable being that expected returned car may not have came back, but what I did not like or appreciate was their customer service. When I arrived the lady rudely said "We tried to call you, we don't have any cars".
I looked at my phone and had a missed call from them approximately 3 minutes ago. I told her, "You mean the call I received 3 minutes ago." and before I could finish my sentence to see if there were any cars at another location she cut me off and kept repeating "We don't have any cars. We don't have any cars." I can understand not having cars, but what I don't understand is someone working in customer service that lacks simple customer service skills.
Common curtesy should have kicked in and she should have offered to find a car at another location rather than cutting me off and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Will never go there again. I get there's a shortage in people wanting to work, but companies that provide customer service shouldn't setting for any kind of workers. I was there on Wednesday, April 13th at around noon (in case management cares to look into this).

I've had such a good experience with my car purchase from AVIS. The sales person that helped me with my purchase was Dominique. I highly respect and admire seeing women in this line of work. Dominque explained everything about this process clearly and thoroughly. She made me feel 100% certain and comfortable with my decision. That was important to me because it brought me peace, dealing with other dealerships I felt pressured and uncomfortable.
She did not take long on my paperwork since I told her I was on a time constraint, she worked hard to get me in and out of there as soon as possible. I feel like I got the the best price for the preowned car that I purchased, it's in great condition and if there were minor flaws or things missing it was instantly addressed and fixed. Thank you for making my car purchase as smooth as it could be.
Everyone that I interacted with was kind, polite, and helpful. I spoke to Sal on the phone who was kind and relayed my messages promptly. I also spoke to the general manager, James and just like everyone else, he was able to help with the final details. I had a lingering smell in the AC vents that was quickly worked on. James acquainted me with his detail specialist, Mynor. Mynor drove out quite some miles, early in the morning on my timing.
He used a machine that helped eliminate all lingering smells and kill any airborne germs. He was super friendly and I felt very confident that he knew what he was doing. He explained every step of the cleaning and deodorizing process. I will be sure to let friends and family know of his work, he's a knowledgeable young man. AVIS has a great team on their hands. I don't often write reviews but I feel like my experience with AVIS was deserving of a positive review. Thank you for taking care of everything.

We recently purchased a car at Avis on Military Trail in WPB, the guys there were easy going and no pressure, and the price was the best in town, Daniel, our sales Rep. was so helpful and easy to work with and they even worked some with the final price. We are so pleased; it is a great car and would go back to Avis again.

Excellent staff, exceptional service, all questions were answered and my salesperson DANIEL ARIAS was a true professional throughout the entire purchase process. All staff members were attentive, and most importantly truly knowledgeable about their products and services. I purchased my car from Avis, Glendale in May 2020, in cash and never received my certificate of title. After further investigation, I learned that Avis Glendale put a lean on my vehicle for no reason. I contacted the lean holder who is perplexed by Avis's actions. This screw-up has prevented me from the ability to prove ownership of the vehicle that I paid for in cash.
In addition to the inability to sell my vehicle. I have been pushed through Avis's corporate maze, with no clarity, no empathy, and still no title!? Avis Glendale has yet to rectify this alarming situation - and clearly does not care, now that they have my money. Unfortunately, I am now forced to go to the authorities to report fraud and intend to take legal action against Avis.
The irony is. CarMax has been the only helpful party and has given me the most useful information to handle the situation. Buy and sell your car with CarMax and stay very clear from this shady, and fraudulent Avis dealership.

The best car dealership I have ever been in. I tryed to weglend and haggle but i just could not. I made price comparisons and they were literary 10k under everyone else and they knew it. They gave me top dollar for my trade so, it was a no brainer. I specially recommend Daniel Arias, cool calm and willing. They didn't charge all the dome fees other dealers do, paid taxed, tag and paper work fee and I drove into the sunset. Best car buying experience ever.

Was looking specifically for a Subaru Forester and Avis seemed to have the fairest pricing out of everywhere I searched. When I went to see the car, Moses was super friendly and helpful. My brother and I both agreed that it was super refreshing to not be pressured to purchase the car or any upgrades, as we had both recently experienced that from other places.
Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the man who helped me the day of purchase, but he was very patient and nice as we asked a bunch of questions about financing options. Dominique was also an amazing employee to work with at the final stage of the purchase. It was overall a great and speedy process! My brother said to remember this experience because I would likely never have such an easy and pleasant car purchase again in the future.

Rarely do I EVER leave a place knowing every ones name. This just happens to be one of the places and times where I did. Jillian provided great support through my application process. She was thorough and understanding to the kind of vehicle I was looking for. She also was not judgmental on my personal credit profile. Gabriel was engaging, polite, and had a great sense of humor that made the time fly. Daniel was very educational, supportive, and direct with how the process is with purchasing a vehicle that was once a rental, Lastly Rudy was thorough in understanding and getting me the right type of financing deal. EVERY single member of this Avis Team had a hand in the purchase of my 2020 Toyota Corolla LE.
It only had 31k miles, it still has Manufacturers Warranty! My family and I couldn't be more grateful to Avis and this staff particularly! My car was cleaned and ready to hit the road. Thank you Avis of West Palm Beach! A hour and a half drive from Miami North was well worth it!

Website was totally wrong. Multiple cars listed that weren't on lot and/or completely different trims than specified. Told me they had the car I was looking for. Made an appointment to come see it. When I got there they "couldn't find the keys." Told me they'd call me back when they had an answer. Hours went by. I called back and was told that car was being loaned out.
They said I could come in and look at a couple that were the exact same but different color/price/mileage. None of them were the car they told me it was. I've wasted an entire 24 hours now looking at their website, making appointments, and being given the run around. Please, do not waste your time with this business. Miserable experience.

I am giving Avis a 1 star review bc I received this letter in the mail 2 weeks after having my vehicle. There was no phone call prior to this notice or an communication from the dealer. The letter is dated for March 27th and I received it March 31st there were 3 business days before I received the letter in which I could have been contacted. After having a mini panic attack and gathering myself I called my lender to see if there was anything wrong with account there wasn't.
Then I called my sales person and asked if there was something that was wrong with my contract he said he would call me back. I then called the number on the document and when I called Dominique she stated that there was nothing wrong with my account that if after 10 days the lender doesn't respond to them that they have to send out this letter.
Another letter explaining this would have been amazing or even yet and email or a phone call. Her only excuse was "oh we've been busy." I understand being busy but this letter caused me unwarranted stress that is not necessary right now. We are in the middle of a pandemic life is hard as it is. I was afraid I was going to be without a car once again after finally having saved up enough money to purchase one.
This lack of courtesy or communication on their part is unacceptable and I would not recommend. Another thing when I first went in to view the car only one of the representatives was wearing a face mask everyone else was simply indoors pretending that there isn't a pandemic going on. I asked one of the representatives if he could cover his face since he was in very close proximity to me and his response was "oh I get tested every week" as if that's important. I am happy with my car but did not need the level of stress that this letter gave me. The lack of communication and consideration for the buyer is where I draw the line.

I am truly sorry to have to write a negative review about a company that has been around as long as Avis has been. Today is 1/25/2021 at 10:54 a.m. I visited Avis Car Sales 2 days ago on 1/23/2021at about 6 p.m. to buy a 2018 Kia Soul+. I am an older man recovering from injuries, but I need to find a car I can rely on which I will be able to carry tools in the back because I need to go back to work or I will become homeless in 2021.
While inspecting the car with a salesman named Moses I noticed that the vehicle did not have a spare tire and asked why it did not. Both Moses and then the person who generates paperwork to consummate deals, Dominique told me "new cars do not come with spare tires" (even a donut spare). Really? Not. I had the funds to buy the car in my pocket when I went there intending on purchasing the vehicle. Additionally, when the paperwork was generated listing all the charges I noticed a $499 charge which I didn't understand, so I asked what the charge was for. Moses brought over an extended warranty pamphlet telling me the charge was for the "Platinum level" warranty, but upon re-thinking presenting this pamphlet, he brought out a "Paint Warranty" pamphlet which provided. something that did not make any sense, so I crossed off the charge of $499.
There was a "simple math" mistake on the "additional charges" sheet of $10 which I pointed out. I can't remember how he explained the mistake, but it made ZERO sense a mistake like that would be made, then DENIED. Ok, I thought. No biggie. I had to wait until Monday morning to get the cashier's check(s) to buy the car, but as I thought about how many lies I had been told, I thought. what else were they lying about?
Between sneaking in additional charges, then both people lying about how new cars do not come with spare tires. along with not seeing and correcting a "simple math" mistake I began to wonder if these people are capable of being honest AT ALL. What else can I possibly say? Monday morning, LESS than an hour ago at 10:35 a.m. I received a text message from Moses informing me they had just sold the Kia Soul! That's what!
I can understand salespeople emphasizing the positives when selling something, but blatantly lying? Is this the new norm? I began wondering what other lies or misrepresentations were being made to sell this car? Had it been in an UNREPORTED accident and the car was repaired "in house" by Avis, and that is why it appeared to be a good deal?! IF YOU GO TO THIS PLACE TO BUY A CAR, DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Update to prior review: My original Salesman Sal Did contact me and they made me a second key for my vehicle that I bought from Avis. I do appreciate that this was done but it did require me to make a trip to Avis for their key vendor to make me a key and remote, I live far and it only happened due to my complaints and effort I had to make. I am glad I got it so I won't have to stress if anything ever happens to my key but it still was a inconvenience when this could have been agreed upon when I first bought the car, something I asked for and was met with excuses, I attached a new pic with 2 keys now! Woot Woot

This was one of the worst experiences as far as customer service I've experienced. If you are looking to get a car picked out for you and have to take it in whatever condition they send you to save a few bucks, this is for you. It seems like a good deal until you deal with their inexperienced sales agents over the phone, who don't know the process any better than the customer.
By the time you figure out how the process works they call and say that you are only getting 2 test drives, so take what we send you or Avis doesn't want to work with you. I dealt with an agent Alex Bazzi from who knows where in the country, be careful, he got his lunch money stolen in school and wants to bully and push around the customers. Maybe you will get lucky and they will send you a car that isn't thrashed, stained, dented, chipped, and overall subpar. BE CAREFUL!

Under new management just a few days ago! This place is run by a top notch man! Our Subaru started to fall apart shortly after Disney departure. Google said this was the closest Avis to the dealer. The sign say sales but they do rent cars and moving vans! We walked in with no notice and he hooked us up with an excellent one way rental with efficiency and kindness. His employees wife was in the hospital so rather than running understaffed, his wife was able to fill in to keep everything running smoothly. Such exceptional service!
