Young Chevrolet

I like young Chevy however I need a truck for my business and they were able to find one for me. I needed a bill of sale to show my bank for approval. It was after the bank had closed so I wasn't going to hear back until the following day. I was in the process of getting everything squared away through my bank and they let me know someone else was going to buy the truck.

I didn't even get 24 hours to try and get things set up on my end. No I didn't put a deposit down because I didn't have the money at the time. It was looking like the bank was going to help me with it but they had already sold the truck to someone else. I signed a bill of sale that they put a date on but they said because I didn't go through the finance portion that the date didn't apply to me. Not sure why they would sign something that they aren't going to honor.

Had a really good salesman talk to me. Was a very fun guy to talk to, got along really well. Didn't seem like I was talking to a salesman it was more like a friend, he answered my texts on his personal phone at one in the morning to help me out and get me into the car that I want. Would recommend if ever buying a car from Young Chevy to go through Donald green, can't stress this enough. Did great work for me.

Scott Cheney was the sales person who helped me. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He showed me all the great features on my new vehicle and he explained the process of leasing versus purchasing. I will recommend that all of my friends go to him for their next vehicle.

Moses was absolutely fantastic! He went over and beyond to help us decide on what vehicle best for our needs. This included driving over to another dealership so we could do a side by side review. He walked us thru every step. And was very patient as we compromised on cost. As for the sales manager and finance officer, they were awesome to. They were warm and personable. The front desk had a smile for us from beginning and end. If you want good service, great people, and a good looking vehicle, I definitely recommend Young Chevrolet.

Will Peterson was my salesman today and he was fantastic! Was able to answer every question I had, he was patient with me and willing to put in the work to get me the vehicle that I wanted well within my price range. He didn't procrastinate or beat around the bush he was very honest and upfront and was never pushy. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking

Had a fantastic experience at Young Chevrolet. We were lot surfing trying to find a good vehicle to get our family into, and pulling in Trevor waved and I pulled up, and was immediately impressed with the service. He made sure we got what we were looking for, helped us a get the best price, and even kept our kids entertained! You can tell it's a family first environment, and it really helps to make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend a trip to Young Chevrolet to anyone in the market.

Service appointment made with excellent advice offered during interview. Car was serviced and made ready for pickup before anticipated. It was a pleasure to converse with the adviser concerning the items that were necessary for the 75K service without upsales being induced. Items to be accomplished at 100K service interval were deferred. Thanks a bunch!

Working with Brighton today on purchasing a new Chevy, was great! He has a wonderful friendly additude and great happy personally that is really refreshing. Had this dealership do the battery recall for my 2017 Bolt and I'm very happy with the service. After calling around to a few other clueless dealerships and having one closer to me bungle the software update. I decided to call around. Young Chevrolet knew exactly what I was talking about. They ordered the battery immediately which took a few days to arrive, and then they replaced the pack in one day. I've had it back for a while and have had zero problems. Looks like they did everything right and I appreciate it.

Once again I had some repair work done on my Silverado High Country at Young Chevrolet Body repair and they did a fantastic job. I of course used Paul there and I can't say enough about him. He's one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and he's so honest. He goes the extra distance for you with the insurance companies. I'm very satisfied with the results and of course Paul. Thank you Paul for everything you do and did!

I am happy again with a Chevy dealer! I used to be with my former go to in woods cross, but after the handed over from grandfather to sons then to their sons the customer service and caring about customers dissapeared. The folks at fast track are now doing all my oil changes along with a front end alignment and a transmission service. Great service for a competitive price, even accepting other area businesses discount coupons. My next chevy truck purchase will be from these guy as well.

My boyfriend came here after blowing out a tire. He was priced $1,300 for a new tire and repairs which was ridiculous. Called Walmart and had them look at the car and they told me they could repair and replace everything for $300. As a college student with a tight budget I would not recommend this place. They over charge and wanted to do so much more work on the vehicle that had nothing to with the tire or damage that needed to be repaired.

They started talking about replacing lights and wires that had no problems for a few extra thousand dollars. So glad I towed the vehicle out of this establishment. It literally saved me over a thousand dollars not to go to these people.

Has to take my 2020 Chevy Tahoe in for service, for an oil change and other stuff. So I was trying to get service at the Young Dealership across the street but they been booked forever so I found out that Fast Track is part of Young GM, so I decided to come and as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed; Blake was awesome; he really took care of me and made me feel comfortable and like family.

He explains everything to me and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He also was able to find a good deal for tires on my other car my Jeep, and I am going to bring that in next week to get those tires installed. Really appreciate his honesty, and the way he made sure to explain everything to me. He even showed me all the fluids in my Tahoe and told me what needed to be changed and what didn't.

The technicians were all very friendly and waved to me and said hi. I will definitely be back to get my Tahoe checked here. Thank you to Blake, and also to everyone else that works here. 5 Star customer service.

I've been to Young's Fast Track for oil, emissions and basic safety (tires, lights) services only, though have visited several different times, and they have always been reasonably prompt for service time turnaround -- though I have set an appointment all except once. Service has always been professional and friendly. And the waiting room with the fancy coffee machine and fresh popcorn makes the wait comfortable enough.

Don't come here unless you have nothing going on the whole day. Lol. Took over an hour just to get an oil change even tho I had set an appointment for a specific time. Did not inform everyone that they were running behind or give us the heads up of the long wait time. I know things happen & a lot of times they find other things that are damaged & need repair, but it wouldn't hurt to just let their customers know the situation. I know a lot of people left there not too happy with the service they got. I myself will be taking my vehicle elsewhere from now on.

I've been here twice to get the same tire checked for a leak, my air pressure gauge and tire sensor on the car both tell me the tire is low but they can't find a leak. today's wait for a quick fix is now over 2 hours and no one has touched my car in 40 minutes, I've asked what the hold up is and I was told they are balancing my tire, that was 30 minutes ago. This is not the first time I've waited here for hours for a simple fix do not give this place your business. never again
