Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and an attorney shall be called. Vehicle needs new transmission. Dealership refuses liability or responsibility. Warranty covers used parts only. Dealership takes advantage of people's needs, passing through vehicle's that are unreliable

Wow! AMAZING SALESMAN! I had Hunter help me throughout my truck buying process. I work in the OR so all of our communication was through email. He was able to process everything I needed prior to arriving and all I had to do when I got there was take a test drive and sign my name. These guys will NOT jerk you around. My girlfriend saw her dream car at Your Auto Source, and stopped in to take a closer look at it. Had a great experience with them all around I had previously bought a vehicle from a well known auto place and in a year the engine blew and I'm a single mom of 4 Chad did everything he could to get me a second auto loan and a great vehicle to fit everyone. The sales experience was awesome and Chad was a big help in purchasing my first car on my own as a young adult. He helped me figure out the best deal. BUT, I have had nothing but problems with my car since I left the lot. I have had it for 5 months and it's been in the shop 4 times and cost an arm and a leg each time. They seemed to cover some information up about the car and over time, it is all starting to break and of course my dealer warranty is up. Very very unimpressed with the car and the lack of knowledge about the background of the car.
