I seen a car in their website that I was really interested in. Send info and was pre approved for the loan for it. Made an appointment to go to see it, look it over & test drive. I was prepared to put a deposit on it and buy it. When I was rudely informed by another salesman Brandon that his people where interested in buying it. Just the way he talked to me and acted was unacceptable.
Then the fact that I had an appointment for this specific and they sell it to the other people who came in to look at a different car and decided they wanted this instead. They had not signed anything, didn't have financing for it yet and no deposit on it. They just got there 30 minutes before I did. While my sales person Erik was very helpful and nice, I will never do business with this dealer for this reason.
I drove out of my way to go look at this car for them to basically sell it from underneath me. The manager that was there was no help either and basically sided with the other salesman. Complete and absolutely disappointed with this dealership that this is how they treat people. I don't care what the other reviews say about this dealer, be careful going here if they did it to me what is stopping them from doing it to you. I feel completely disrespected by this dealer

My employer has taken our work vehicles here for years without any issues. Staff has always been friendly and willing to work with us to get in vehicles when priority or unexpected services are needed. My personal experiences have been a mixed bag. After I purchased my vehicle from another dealer I had some warranty work done here, it went great and I left very satisfied.
My next service I requested them to change my engine oil using supplies I brought in and also change the drain plug since the previous owner rounded off the head of the drain plug. This was put in my RO and it was written down for all to see. However. They ended up changing my oil using their own stock and changing me for it and also forgot to change my drain plug. Had I not double checked this when checking out it would have gone completely missed by several sets of their eyes.
They ended up comping me the oil change minus labor and had to drain my oil again to replace the drain plug. They had to eat that too. All in all I was happy they made things right and were apologetic but their severe lack of attention to detail leaves me VERY hesitant to bring my vehicle here for any work other than warranty work. Their multipoint inspection also listed my tires as "green" with 8/32 or greater of tire tread left.
I know for a fact when I bought the car it had either 4/32 or 5/32 tread all around. Not very confidence inspiring or they just did the inspection sheet without doing any inspection. Reply to owner - GM service. Invoice # is CVCS126590 dated today. Please reach out to me by phone if you are serious. Thank you.

Originally purchased my 2014 Ford Escape in 2018, and have had no problems until just recently when I had a transmission fault light come on. After calling the service department and speaking with Ian he was completely honest and stated to me that my vehicle should not be driven but he wouldn't have any loaners available and offered for me to speak with my sales person which was Nick Nunemaker.
During this same conversation with Ian he stated that my car wouldn't even be looked at until 07/15 at the earliest. After waiting a few moments come to find out that Nick had left for the evening, but Brandon was able to secure me a loaner from Chevy side. After receiving my loaner, Nick then checked up on me since I had to leave a voice mail for him in between but he was so happy to hear I was able to be taken care of!
So I dropped my car off at Whitmoyer on 07/02 and they were able to take it in 07/05 and I was able to pick up my vehicle this evening! I was very impressed with all the care that was given, including contacting my warranty Costguard that was purchased through Whitmoyer! So thank you for all your hard work and I appreciated the loaner!

A colleague and I drove 250 miles each way to visit Whitmoyer Chevrolet for their reveal of the 2020 Corvette C8. The event was put on by Sales Manager Matt Beaver and promoted on social media by YouTube celebrity StreetSpeed717. Definitely a fun day and a great opportunity to see and sit in the new Corvette C8. I'm glad for the Whitmoyer Chevrolet family as they've become the #1 Corvette dealer in Pennsylvania. While I live in another state, I'll definitely consider ordering my next Chevrolet from Whitmoyer.
