I'm getting ready to take my car in this Tuesday. It will be my fourth trip to the service department since May. If they hadn't already done the work on my car for the current problem, I wouldn't be taking it back and once this problem is fixed, I won't ever be going back there for service or for getting a new car. My service representative has always been nice but I'm done taking my car in multiple times to get an issue fixed w/o it being resolved.

I just bought a maverick from village ford and the whole process from ordering my truck to driving it off the lot was effortless. They secured my loan, transfered my plate and tabs and went over all the features on my new truck. Jim Flynn was a great salesman keeping me updated during the wait and helped me every step of the way. If you're looking to buy a vehicle I highly suggest using village ford!

If you need a good new or used Car then Stephen Earhart is your guy! Bought 3 vehicles from him and all three I got at a great rate and it was smooth and effortless. Went in the first time to settle for any thing I could get and Stephen told me he could get me in the car I wanted and he did just that!

If you wanna buy a car from a dealer come here they try there best to get you approved and for the best rates they can give you just really all depends on your credit but these guys are great! They didn't have the truck I wanted in when I went in so I told Stephen from used cars to be on a look out for this specific truck I wanted well sure enough a few weeks rolled by and boom they got me approved the same day.
Also wanted a better warranty they had that too gold certified with Ford. They do the best they can to take care of you thank you Stephen, frank and Aaron for getting me in my new truck

My experience with village of FORD was an awful one. The girls at the desk were nice and welcoming. But The service manager did not even take a minute to call me and update me on the car situation. The car needed a hinge fixed something that shouldn't take no more than 20 minutes. It took two weeks with no updates. I called the service manager for two days to get him to respond to me so I know what to do about the rental. Called me after 2 Days with an attitude.
I needed the windshield fixed, they didn't even get that fix even after two weeks. The sliding door still not closing right. I will never take my car there ever again. To fix the hinge we were charge $668. Some thing that took them no more than 15 minutes. I know the owner probably nice I've heard a good stories about him but his service managers the one I dealt with dropped the ball. His name is Pete. The day I picked up the car he wasn't even there they didn't even know where my file was

The overall service was good. I just didn't like that the price listed on the invoice was not the final price, but a quote / estimated price. This should have been explained to me before I walked out the door. The other issue was me having to leave my vehicle there for a day to fix a recall after my oil change was complete. When I had an appointment for both.

I took my Ford Escape after a mechanic told me that I had a problem in the turbo which is the cause of coolant leaking and he advised me to take it to ford. When I took it they said the problem is with the hose and the coolant jug and they fixed it that costs 1000$. After 2 days the coolant is still leaking I took it back and they said that the turbo needs to be changed to fix the problem that will cost 2500$.
This is very unprofessional letting people pay for something that is not the problem. Wouldn't recommend, it will cost you a lot for nothing plus consider renting a car! Very unsatisfied. Your time is worth money! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIMEE! My car is done, after costing me 3500$ plus renting car for more than 30 days, the coolant is still leaking. If i contact them now they'll say bring it back for another month and it'll cost you (whatever).
I am really sick w renting car and taking my car back. This place is the worst place I've ever went to. I REALLY DONT RECOMMEND. Also, as I see the reviews are only good for the sales department. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

My experience at Village Ford was a good one. The pricing for their used vehicles are fair and their appraisal of my trade-in was also fair with the market. Tom, the finance guy, was upfront & honest with me and was decent to work with. All in all, it was a decent car buying experience and I would look to them first for my next vehicle purchase because of their fair pricing.

They've had my vehicle for repair work that they said they would only need 2 weeks to do which is already an unusually long amount of time as it is but I was willing to patiently wait for even that amount of time but counting today they've had my vehicle for 5 weeks now which is not only inconvenient but also ridiculous. They haven't even given me the courtesy of offering me discounted pricing in order to make up for the inconvenience.
They still expect me to pay full price even after having my vehicle for an unreasonable amount of time which I find not only unfair but it also shows the lack of value Ford has for it's costumers that patronize their brand. Buy American they say. Built Ford tough they say. Have you driven a Ford lately? They ask. You know who hasn't driven a Ford lately? ME! It's been over a month since I've driven my own!

Village Ford (Levell, Bob, and Tom) did an AMAZING job helping me with my first purchasing experience. They were thorough, ensured I got the best price, that I am covered in case of an accident and provided me support as I personalized my vehicle with Ford Accessories. Now. I've got one of the baddest vehicles on the road. It not only sets me apart from other trucks I pull up next to, but also gives me a sense of pride because I was able to make it my own.
I'd gladly recommend anyone to go have the Village Ford team help you with all of your vehicle needs but in particular with personalizing your next new 'whip' with Ford Accessories.

This is where I go for any service needs when I am at the work office, which is nearby. I have had regular oil changes and some minor service work on inoperable windows for up/down to sunroof issues for my leases as well as my owned vehicles too. Scheduling and service work is usually reasonable and fairly quick too. I have only bought two vehicles from here, as it's a bit far from my house.

Wonderful experience getting a car. We narrowed down our search to a couple vehicles. The Sales Manager Kevin met us on arrival, showed us the cars and talked about their features. We test drove the one we wanted and it was a done deal. Paperwork took a couple hours, but I guess that is how it still goes these days. The dealership staff was all very friendly, the place was clean and had plenty of customers. Even after our purchase we were contacted by Kevin about the car and how we liked it. Service is top notch!

Bought a vehicle on the X-plan. Traded-in a vehicle as well, which was the first transaction. When it came time to finalize the new vehicle purchase, I had to ask for the invoice (which should have been provided as part of the purchase paperwork package). I noticed that I was paying $798 more than the X-plan invoice stated. When asked, I was told it was for Wheel locks ($399) and Door Edge guards (another $399). $399 for wheel locks?
The last time I bought a new vehicle, they charged me about $25 for wheel locks. When asked about the door edge guards, they gave me the same price. I researched door edge guards the next day, and I think I could have gotten them for about $40 in materials and maybe (maybe), $120 in labor in the after market. I happened to be using incentives that were expiring at the end of the month (transaction occurred on 9/30 at about 545pm).
I decided to just let it go instead of walking out and having to grab an Uber home. I will not be purchasing any vehicles from Village Ford anytime soon. Until Ford gets it dealer network to get rid of these charades, it will continue to the weak link in their sales chain. One saving grace---the vehicle is very nice.

My car was brought here after stolen. A month in, I am here for the 3rd time. No shuttle ready at my appointment time - so just sitting. After the first time, half the car was still messed up. After 2nd time, they didn't check electrical saying insurance didn't ok it? Now here I am - 25 min later just dropping car off. Not a happy customer. Never experienced poor service like this before

I placed my order in Village Ford 11.22.20. Two days later I received a quote. After some editions the total bill was a little bit over $700. I had a deal with Dave. He is definitely a very experienced salesman. It was easier to run over the list of parts with 20 some positions with his help. Then I started to wait delivery. First they told me to expect delivery on 12.02.20.
It was not real. Village Ford does not have all parts in their stock and they rely on deliveries from third parties. But they do not inform customers about it. So when I did not get my parts December 2nd I called them December 4th asking about where a package is. They told me that they hadn't even sent it yet. Why?! Still waiting for the last part to be delivered to their location from somewhere.
I asked to send me whatever they have. And I started to wait for delivery again. I do not know why Village Ford uses FedEx for delivery. It was terrible! Several times FedEx rescheduled date of delivery. Finally I received my parts December 12th, 20 days after I placed an order. Unfortunately one part was sent wrong: probably the person who completed the whole order made a small mistake and I got the part I didn't need.
And I had to buy it from a local dealer for the double price. I was trying to get credit for this part and difference in the price. Dave told me to contact the shipping department because his job was done. Now: it's very-very hard to talk with them over the phone. They do not pick up the phone, they drop a line, they do not react to voicemails, etc.
But finally everything came ok. All this time my truck was in a shop with an engine apart. I lost a lot of nerves and money. Experience with Village Ford was very stressful. Resume: Village Ford has a really good price on OEM parts, but keep in mind - it will take a while to get your parts. And ask Dave to complete your list. 3 stars for bad communication, 5 stars for Dave. Average - 4.

We had a fantastic experience! Our salesman was Joseph Celentino, he got us exactly what we wanted and in very timely manner, he was respectful and very comfortable to deal with, in fact, everyone that we interacted with was very friendly. We got a very fair deal and drove out of there with our new Escape car that very same day! This is absolutely the place to go to buy a car and I would strongly suggest dealing with Joseph Celentino

I called on the phone to get pricing for a service. I was transferred 4 times between collision, services and parts departments. No one could give me a straight answer. I already knew the price of the specific part I needed. I just need to know the price of labor. It is unbelievable that one could answer that question. I will not be doing business with this place again.

Once again we came in to buy a brand new car! Kim Ferguson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the needs of our family. This why we have always gone to her for all our automotive purchases. She will take the time to go find the best deals/rebates from Ford. As far as the Dealership.they have always been friendly and courteous to me, even when I go to the Bodyshop shop for oil changes.
Hey if you happen to need a lease or new/used car and hate the pressure of sales people following you, just go to Kim, no pressures or hassles, she'll take the time to answer all your questions. Tell her I sent ya!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I made a reservation to have 2 recall notices repaired. At the time of the reservation they confirmed the parts were in stock. Upon my arrival, I was told the parts were not in stock and they could not do the repairs. I had taken the day off work to get this done. They did not call to let me know even though they knew well in advance the part would not be available. It was a 100% waste of time. I consider their service department to be unprofessional, disrespectful of customers time, and completely incompetent.

Anyone have problems like this? If any believe they sold me this vehicle with all of these problems! I bought this 65,000 mile 2014 F-150 King Ranch in Oct 2019 w 60k extended warranty at Village Ford in Dearborn Michigan. Drove it a couple days and check engine light came on. Today is Dec 1 and trucks still in the engine shop! Valve spring, Head, rear window, and AC evaporator. Everything's covered so far including rentals. This has been a pain. Glad I got the warranty

Just skip having your vehicle serviced here. Other dealers will care more. Dropped off for an oil change and a loose fitting that needed to be tightened and fastened and the oil change was done, but nothing about the fitting. I made sure they were made aware before I went and they did nothing. Additionally, they didn't wash the car or anything so it seems like a lack of care from village ford.

Wait for it while checking my fluids my oil stick was asphalt black. When I paid Village Ford for tire rotation, oil change and fluid top off no maintenance was completed. My oil was never changed just like my tires we're never rotated and fluids never topped off. Very disappointed in Village Ford quick lane service. When mod offered me a free oil change I paid just did not happen.
Will check dip stick before I leave quick lane. 10:53 am checked car in for services never received, spoke with Jason M about a situation I knew had noting to do with race or gender because I have meet other customers who are now no longer customers Village Ford does not discriminate well done on that. Anyone's $$$ is up for the taking. @ 1:26 pm service person says have to pick up oil filter will be 40 minutes okay I wait past the 40 minutes ask for update told parts ordered oil filter and when it comes quick lane put on.
So little senior me goes to parts the person looks my # up and states we gave them the oil filter okay I go back repeat what he said customer service person says let me check mi d you we are talking minut seconds we have it. Another Mod very, very tall handsome person says your car will be finished we have the filter so I say my car is no longer in the bay just waiting for my invoice.
The young lady say's can I mail your invoice I say no I'll wait because what I do know is if you can't print my invoice you can't print any. Why would I leave without it seeing how when Quick lane say's we will do generally it means no can do even if you pay us. Jason M stated he would send via postal mail a gift card will keep you posted and to all a good night.

I bought a CPO Explorer from Village a year ago last January. Had a few issues, so I brought it in. Jim Burton took great care of me - even helped me track down the most recent proof of insurance to help me get my truck in to service and get back to work on time (completely outside the scope of his duties, and also taking up his time). I, like many, have been left with a bad taste in my mouth from dealerships in the past.
I gave Village a shot because they had the vehicle I wanted (found it online), and are close to my office. Jim kept me apprised of repair updates, and assisted in executing a quick pick up when I only had a limited time to swap the rental for my truck on my lunch hour. Thanks to Jim, and his kind and thoughtful service, Village will now be my dealership of choice.
I would recommend choosing Village for your purchase and service needs. They are great people, from the reception desk to the rental station. Thank you Jim, and Village Ford!

Let me start by saying, this service department is shady. We took our daughters car in for it's 3rd transmission issue and a banging/whirring noise in the front end. We have an extended warranty with a 100$ deductible. After a week of the vehicle being there, we drove the 13 Focus up dropped it off on Sunday evening and wasn't called until Wednesday evening to say the vehicle needed a battery to be able to read the code.
Let me say again we drove it up there. I went and purchased the battery for installation as it was not covered under the warranty; I get that but we were placed at the back of the line. They called the following Thursday-ish and stated the car was ready that the clutch had to be replaced in the transmission, they stated the mechanic took the car for a test ride and it was all fixed and were charged $118.34.
No sooner did my husband drive it to the end of their drive the banging front end noise was still there. He returned back and took the SA; Jim for a ride and oh yes there's that noise still but "someone" test drove it and it was all fixed, but the one of the original issues on the first work order was not fixed. Him re-wrote up back up for the same issue (sway bar)and then there was an issue over parts price; the warranty company only pays MSRP And they are in the business to make money and had to mark up the parts and charge us the difference.
After days of going back and forth the SA was able to lower to MSRP; and when we are called again that the car is ready- my husband gets there and they want to charge him $113.? But they couldn't say why, just misc charges.when he asked to talk to a Mgr the cashier goes and talks to the MGR who comes back and says I have to charge tax. On a warranty? That's a no no!
Never again will we return nor will they ever touch out 2 Fusions, nor will I purchase another Ford from them. And this app made add one star just to post, otherwise it would be none!

Quite a few years back I needed to buy a car and have it delivered to my daughter in California. The dealership in East Dearborn on Michigan Ave said they couldn't do it. Oh but Village said they could. So we put our down payment down and a few weeks later the car was delivered to a dealership in San Diego. THREE months that car sat on a lot and they would not release it.
We had to make payments for a car we couldn't have. Finally California explained to me NOT Village that to release it we had to pay California sales tax. To purchase it in Michigan we had to pay Michigan sales tax. NICE. So really, the first dealership was correct. Moving up to three years ago. I found myself back at Village Ford for some preposterous reason. Was looking to trade in a 2006 Fusion SEL with 48k miles. They offered me a whopping two grand. I was irate. I love my 2006 Fusion and am so glad I ran away from those con artists. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!
