Metro sales has horrible customer services. I was lead to believer that if we needed to cancel on of our printer/copiers before our contract was completed it would be no problem. Now I am being told it will cost me $7,000. The sales rep did a hard sale on the front side and now takes no accountability.

Technician was came quickly and did a very thourough job of not only fixing our issues but cleaned and dusted the unit. He gave me some tips on better printing and walked me through the Metro sales website on how to program destinations for our staff printing needs. He was patient and friendly.
