I purchased a 2019 BMW 430I from Elite Auto Brokers in April and I absolutely love it. My sales rep (Fred) made the car buying experience super smooth. I went back yesterday to get my door checked out. I was kindly greeted by Bob the moment I pulled up, parked and hopped out my car. Jared took it from there. Jared and the techs had my car out the garage and me on my way in less than 35 mins! Absolutely great customer service from EAB!

I bought a 2018 GLE from this place a year ago and found the service from staff to be good overall. My disappointment was in the little details regarding the vehicle upon delivery when I went to pick it up. Only one set of keys were provided. Cheap tires, on an expensive car seemed inconsistent with the word, "elite." Missing interior parts, i.e., sunshade clips were problematic. Cheap wax residue on vehicle also is not an elite presentation. If you are particular, buy your $40,000 certified used car from the dealer.

Experience with this business is just as I like it, spend minimum time with the purchase and deal with honest courteous people. Bob was the staff I contacted for my purchase. He was very pleasant, helpful with the purchasing experience and answered all my questions. Liat was wonderful with my son who was all over the place, even gave him coloring book and crayons to keep him occupied. Fred graciously shared his phone charger so that we could retrieve information for the transaction. I recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again if I'm in the market.

We purchased an Audi with super low miles and super low price which was still under warranty. After the warranty expired I was surprised to find out that the car also came with Audi care. I will definitely check the inventory here next time I'm in market.

I called to confirm if Red Mercedes-Benz A 220 2019 was still available before we made a trip because we live an hour and a half away from there. Fred, the sale rep, answered my call nicely and confirmed the Red Mercedes-Benz A 220 2019 was still available. We arrived next day which was on the last day of 2021 to see the Mercedes, was store in garage safety, and the color. amazing the cherry red which was 99% exactly the same as shiny as what we saw in online.

So cleaned, no damage noted inside or outside. Seems they really care about their cars and buyers, also willing to answer all questions appropriately. We made decisions less than an hour and everything went smoothly. I loved so so much driving with my beautiful Mercedes and highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
