What an excellent and joyful experience. Drove from San Diego and purchased a car from them. Felt like a family and was treated like a family. 1) I was unable to register online to make a service appointment because it did not work. 2) I was unable to reach a "live" person on the phone to schedule a service appointment, so I was transferred to an automated voice system. 3) I was unable to use the automated voice system because it did not work. 4) I repeated 1 thru 3 above. 5) I repeated 1 thru 3 above again. 6) I checked Yelp to see what happened to Audi Mission Viejo. OMG. 7) I checked BBB next, and they are rated "F". 8) Goodbye Audi Mission Viejo.

Just bought a preowned 2019 A6 3.0T. Price was reasonable and sales person was friendly. That said, I asked both the sales person and the used car sales manager to check the vehicle for any odors before I came down. I showed up, and the car smelled like cleaning supplies since it was just detailed. They were quick getting me in and out, and I was feeling good.
By the next day, an odor, think smoke, started appearing. It's strong every time I open the door. I asked them to cancel the transaction since no money had changed hands since it was over the weekend. They refuse. I get buyer beware and lack of cooling off period. What I'm explicitly unhappy about is the deception. They told me non smoker car, no odors, perfect condition. That's why I drove down for it.

They told me our dealership would never sell a smoker car and it was odor free and perfect. Only a day later to hide behind fine print and it's my problem. I'm so glad I didn't come here to read reviews first before going in last week since some of the reviews are brutal. I'm also thankful my experience was overall positive with a few minor things here and there. In fact, I daresay it was probably my best car buying experience so far. I dread going to the dealers because you don't really get to choose who's going to assist you. I've had a terrible salesperson before at BMW who tried to push cars with none of my requirements and then yelled at me when I'm signing papers with a different agent for a car I found myself.
So ya, I'm traumatized. But the 2 sales people that helped me at MV were both great. I learned my prefer way of shopping is online, and was able to locate the car I wanted in this weird car shortage market. Car was still at the port and so Luma helped me put a deposit on the car so I have first dibs. She answered all my questions since I never dealt with a car not physically available yet and during the 3 weeks wait she kept me up to date on timeline.
When the car finally arrived I had 24 hours to go see it. Luma tried to see if they can extend the hold so I can come on a day off of work, but her boss said no. I wasn't thrilled about having to make big decisions when exhausted, but it is what it is. I arrived after work to my "vip appointment" and initially panicked when I saw they assigned someone else other than Luma to assist me.
But Jeffrey Shem was amazing every step of the way. He clearly knew the car I was buying, and was patient with all my questions. Because he was so knowledgeable, I feel I can appreciate my new car a lot more with all the little details he shared. Even when the dealership closed for the night, he never rushed and was so thorough setting up the car for me.
He also followed up over the weekend and answered whatever remaining questions I had. So while I can't comment if I got a good deal on the car, I did leave happy with my experience overall. My one negative is just not holding the car a few more days so I can come during the daytime. Jeff said he didn't mind but I felt terrible making people work past their normal business hours.
Also they could have use the few extra days to process and detail the car a little better. Guess they were in such a hurry to sell the car they missed a few protective tapes and papers and sticky spots, but nothing I couldn't clean up myself. While I might avoid their service department based on the reviews here, I'd gladly come again to MV for my future car purchases. Oh, and I'm loving my new A3. Such a fun drive!

So good things first. We reached out to ask about a 2018 A3, and Aaron responded. He ended up sending us all of the information we asked for related to the car. This included a solid service history report (which was a big deal for me). So far, Mission Viejo rocketed to the top of my list for their customer service. We went to the dealership and met Donovan.
Totally knowledgeable. Even if he didn't know the answer to a question he went and looked for the answer. Very straightforward. Mission Viejo went even higher on my list. A+ customer service and I was totally excited.then comes finance person Ellen. We already had a pre-approved loan and wanted to use that loan. She tried getting us into a new loan, and we declined.
She asked again, we declined again. She asked again, we declined again and at this point I'm getting irritated. Long story short, we're pretty sure she got us a brand new loan (that we didn't ask for) instead of listening to us and using the loan we already had (which is what we were asking for her to do). I'm very irritated and upset.
It was misleading and made the experience much more stressful than it should have been. She was not straightforward, and she wouldn't give us straight answers (she danced around the answer). Love the car, love the first two people who helped us, but yea will probably not go back to this place for our next Audi.

Nice people but I found the service department to be highly organized. Had an appointment scheduled for three months, then I double checked the week before to make sure everything was still on, then I checked my car in the day of. Was called a couple of hours later by the service department and informed that the part needed for my service wasn't actually in stock. Essentially, wasted all that time and energy planning around my work schedule for nothing.
Kind of a joke - I guarantee SOMEONE knew they were out of stock before I got there, so the fact that they allowed my appointment to remain scheduled, allowed me to check out a loaner car, only to have me turn right around and come back, speaks to my impression of this service department.

I took my car yesterday for service and repairs Service adviser was new to MV Audi, but was experienced and caring one, he listening to issues I had and took care of my car the same day! I was supper happy how fast they had my car ready. He explained what had been done and even had technicians fix a previous software problem I had. BEWARE of technician who's email is GACKER@AUDIMV.COM If I could give zero stars I would. They won't take you in for service if they don't make money from you. I have Audi care and called in to get my camera fixed because out of nowhere it goes pitch black when it's hot and sunny out. I've had this problem before and they tried to fix it with a software update and that obviously didn't work.
I called in and this tech tried so hard to not take me. He said "I'm sorry if you're still having issues with your camera, but we charge to run diagnostics" and I was like "well, you guys never fixed and I have Audi care" Then he pulls out my file and he claims that my coverage has expired! When it hasn't yet! I thought that was odd and told him I would call him back, although nevertheless the problem never got fixed so they would have to do something about it.
Well fast forward days later, I find out my coverage is not expired yet! Super shady individual, watch out for that technician who wants excuses to charge you. I am going to call and complain to corporate. Whoever runs this place is putting a bad name to Audi. I am going to tell them to check ALL these reviews. I am also going to take it a step further, screenshot them AND email them to corporate and post it on the BBB. You want to try to be cheap and sneaky? You will get burned. GACKER@AUDIMV.COM

I received a letter from the NHTSA, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, stating that my vehicle has been recalled because of a defective airbag inflator that could "kill or seriously injure you and your passengers if it deploys". The letter further stated that I need to immediately schedule an appointment and stop using the vehicle, that parts are available now and that alternative transportation would be available if needed. Needless to say, I was alarmed as my kids need and are using the car on a daily basis.
So I called Audi Mission Viejo explaining the situation and they informed me that the earliest appointment they could schedule was about 4 weeks out. I told them this was not possible because I really needed the car and the letter stated I should immediately stop using it. They really didn't care, they said there is nothing they could do, and it was only the passenger airbag that was the problem so I just shouldn't have anyone riding in the passenger seat (remember what the letter said - "kill or seriously injure you and your passengers").
So I guess if this dealership doesn't make enough money repairing a car it's just not a priority for them. They really don't care about the health and safety of their customers. Stay away!

Be very careful with these folks. The management is very sketchy. Before you sign your agreement make sure you negotiate as much as you have power as these guys do anything and everything to rip you a part and get as much money as they can from you. The management put us through hell for 24 hours and ripped us off at the end as our hands were tight since we already signed the agreement.
I can't stress enough that you should and you are for sure able to get discount from these guys. There are much better dealerships in OC and around OC that you can go, get better price, five star treatment that you deserve and overall better experience purchasing your next Audi. We had extremely terrible experience with Audi Mission Viejo. Best of luck!

My car sat at this dealership for 6 weeks and not one thing was done to repair the car. Monique Leneker was the service advisor and what a joke she is. She lied over and over. Didn't communicate with body shop, insurance company or me. And the few times she did everything out of her mouth was a lie. While on my way there to pick up my car with a tow truck by my side, I was told she said I couldn't pick up my car I was going to have to wait until a tech could advise that car was ok to move.
What a joke either a tech was on vacation, or Monique had a day off or they don't have enough etron techs. So when I did show up with tow truck and saw her face to face it was a little tougher to lie though she still did try. Thankfully I rescued my car from this horrible service department. Stay away from this place if you would like your car back within a month. Go to any dealership beside this one even if it's not convenient. Trust me! The only reason there is one star is you can't post a review without putting one

Customer service and honestly is dead in this dealership. It all depends how to manage a place and apparently customer service manager does not care about his or her job. Good luck if you need to talk to a service advisor. They are not honest about the services has been done to your vehicle. I am very sure nine of ten things that they say has been done, is not even been touched.
Please look at the images about my experience. I have been told air filter and the container has been checked and cleaned. Is this cleaned in your opinion? Tire air pressure has not been touched, windshield fluid has not been filed, and so on. I have purchased five services in advanced from them and it was waste of money. Stay away from this dealership.

I loved my Audi - it probably saved my life when someone ran a red light March 15th. I'm having difficulty finding one with the same package. I found one here at Audi Mission Viejo, but they want to charge me $17,000 over MSRP for the one they have. That is just greedy and unethical Audi Mission Viejo. DON'T GO TO AUDI MISSION VIEJO UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY $17,000 OVER MSRP!

It's very simple for me. Tell me what you're going to do. And then do it. Denny what's the consummate professional. He explain to me the timeline on getting the car looked at, he was early on giving me an explanation on the work to be done, very explicit about the cost, the car was returned me 3 to 4 days earlier than I thought it would be returned, and they took 10% off the bill due to a couple unforeseen expenses. All in all a great experience! More because of the rep who is handling the case then the dealership!

This is my second Audi and even with the lack of labor and supply chain issues currently being experienced by everyone, Monique (my service writer) managed to get my car in and out in a matter of a few days. I was bracing for two weeks! That was two new tires, an oil change and checking out another issue. I needed a loaner car, they didn't have any, so they drove me to Enterprise and paid for a rental car. Nicely done. Way to under-promise and over-deliver Monique. Fantastic customer service! I'll definitely ask for you next time.

BUYER BEWARE, ASK IF THERES A MARKUP ON YOUR VEHICLE DURING YOUR FIRST CONTACT WITH YOUR SALESPERSON. I put a deposit for a vehicle that was being shipped to the dealership. We talked MSRP the entire time, no mention of a markup. I even upgraded to a higher trim to get first right of refusal. Well, the vehicle arrived today. I was supposed to be at the dealership on Friday to take delivery.
I asked the salesperson the out the door price.he said "by the way, my manager said there's a markup on this vehicle". I would have not continued my relationship with these people if they mentioned a markup at first contact. I get that there's a high demand for new vehicles right now, so MSRP is reasonable. But 22.4% markup of the vehicle cost is obscene. Good luck MV Audi.

Jon Tiplea, our salesperson, was very professional and helpful. We had specific requirements regarding vehicle year, mileage, features and color. Jon found us the perfect fit without pressuring. We really had not planned on purchasing a car that day, but because he was able to match us with the specifications we were looking for we walked out with a car we are very happy with. We were able to complete the transaction in very little time thanks to his expertise.

Prior to change of ownership I had great service, Anthony was awesome but I unfortunately sent my mom to this place after the new ownership and they have failed in so many levels, Service is awful, they made a huge error when submitting her paperwork to the DMV for her license plate it took them a year to fix that issue. We have countless complaints about the sales manager and service manager both very unhelpful. That explains why the lot looked so empty. I will never purchase an Audi from Audi of Mission Viejo.

I had a great experience at Audi Mission Viejo! it was my first time there and the staff were really nice and informative. I came in for maintenance and I was happy that there were several options in terms of the service. I didn't feel pressure to get the most expensive one and Jorge was very thorough with everything. After I left, they sent me a text to keep in contact with him for the period of the service.
I assume this is standard now but I didn't get this text to the other Audi dealership (Studio City). When I came to pick up my car, I spoke with a very sweet woman who helped me get sorted out with the payment. Then we started talking about our lovely children. It was brief, and I just appreciate these kinds of interactions. It didn't feel force or scripted or fake.

I wasn't expecting to be an Audi owner last night, but I walked in, test drove an Q3, and drove home with it. It was that fast and simple. Jeffrey Shem and his team are the best, they got me a great deal and I am very happy with my purchase. There was even some misunderstanding when I was signing and that wasn't even a problem, they took care of it like professionals.
They also have plenty of cars and have been preparing for this car shortage every other dealer has. I will be back for future cars and highly recommend them to anyone looking.
