They have had my car for a month now, and no one ever contacts me to update me on anything. I have to call them, and every time I do, they are waiting for parts, and will contact the parts department and get back to me, which no one ever does! I would suggest taking your car somewhere that's a little more reliable and has better customer service!

I had a bad seat cover on my 2021 Nissan Titan, Called Jennifer Carroll. She got me in touch with Pansy in service, They got the new seat cover order. It will be here in 5 days. Thanks ladies for going above and beyond to get this done. Will always be apart of Trophy Nissan Family, because they treat you like family.

Had to drop off my car to get worked on. Worst customer service ever. Told them if anyone could take me home and they asked if I had someone that could pick me up. After that came back to drop off on a later day cause they told me they would have a rental. Ended up having to get a Lyft and they only cover $15. My vehicle only has 1000 miles. How is this good customer service? Spoke to manager and they said that's the best they can do. Wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a car with Nissan or even take there car to get worked on here at Trophy Nissan.

Hands down the best experience buying a car here. Ray our salesman was a very tenured employee and treated us with class. Jennifer the GM always has her door open to speak with customers and is very kind. They treat you like family here. This is the second car we have bought from them and it's been great.

PROS: Trophy Nissan made my first truck buying experience amazing! Trace was my salesperson and he really went above and beyond for me. Even before coming to the dealership he sent me videos introducing himself and showing me the truck, which is something no other dealer has done for me before. I've been in the market for over 3 months and Trace made the decision to go with Trophy a no brainer! 10/10 buying experience. CONS: I have to say I'm really disappointed that Trophy is charging a 2000 dollar markup disguised as "Trophy add ons" Window tint and some wheel locks shouldn't cost anywhere in the vicinity of that amount, and the only reason I continued with my purchase is because Trace took care of me and took those add ons off.
I'm also really disappointed in their service program or lack there of. You'd think that buying a new vehicle they would take care of the first couple of oil changes or tire rotations, Trophy Nissan has none of that. You buy the vehicle, and unless you pay extra, thats it. All the Toyota, Ford, Dodge, and even Chevy dealers I've gone to all have some type of 1-2 year maintenance program included for free. Overall, I'm super happy with my truck, and Trace really made the whole buying process easy. I'm just left with a bad taste in my mouth in the service side of things.

I must first say please read and pay close attention to the reviews. They are truly here for a reason. I'm going to try and keep this short straight and to the point. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I am now living with deep regret. I won't even go into details about the asking price and deal I got on the vehicle, I'll just say that it was less than fair.
I purchased it on March 5th and wasn't able to drive it off the lot until March 11th due to various reasons (outside of my control) as it was supposedly being sent to service and detail. When I did get the vehicle it was still filthy inside and out literally. I was told that an oil change had been performed not so sure that ever took place, because I took the car to another oil change shop and was shown a disgustingly filthy air cabin filter and engine air filter and the oil looked questionable as well, so rather than return to the dealership and request that these things be made right, I decided to pay to have these things done because at this point I had lost all trust in TN and did not feel they would follow thru with doing what SHOULD HAVE been done in the first place!
Now after having already put down a very large down payment on this vehicle, I am so angry and disappointed, but more so with myself for allowing these cherry-picking crooks to coheres me into such a situation as this! Lastly, again please be wise and pay attention to the reviews and make the choice to spend your hard earned money elsewhere. It is my opinion that this place doesn't deserve a penny of it!

We bought a used car from them back in August. We were coming from Oklahoma and called to talk with them before hand after we saw the type of car we wanted on their website. They assured us that it had been fully inspected and was in great shape. We got there and did a test drive and everything seemed in order. We asked again about the condition of the vehicle and they assured us that every car off of their lot is given a thorough inspection and we had nothing to worry about.
We knew we were getting a used car and didn't expect it to be perfect, but we did expect it to be in the best shape possible and that they wouldn't sell if there were any major problems. From August to January it was in the shop five times. The last time our trusted mechanic said just to leave it and they would do their own thorough inspection.
In less than two hours they called us back and said the engine was shot. They advise that we don't drive it on the highway. For two weeks I tried calling Trophy Nissan and got no response. I finally did this week. They said they were sorry and they wanted to sell us another used car. We said that we wanted to talk about the fact they sold us bad car even thought they said it was in great shape.
The only response we got was that if we wanted to trade it in to buy another car from them they would give us a good trade in value. We asked what that would be and it was drastically less than what we paid for it. We asked why they were low balling the price of the car since they sold it to us less than six month ago for a much higher price. They literally said that since it had a bad engine it wasn't worth that much and they were giving us a deal. They are not trustworthy in their selling practices, do not follow-up on customer complaints and do not care if they sell a car that is not safe to drive.

My husband and I purchased a new Nissan Kicks today. Excellent customer service! The sales person that assisted us was Drake Larry, he was totally awesome and I noted that he seemed just as excited as we were! Totally recommend this place, great service all the way through to the finance department!

I had a GREAT experience selling my 2012 Chevy Avalanche truck to Trophy Nissan. KEVIN TEETER was one of the best sales people I have met. Kevin was friendly, professional and stood by his quote for my truck over the phone (even despite the scratch/dent that I didn't see). I highly recommend Kevin and Trophy if you have a car or truck to sell. They lived the model of integrity and service. I recommend Trophy without reservation. Thank Kevin you for a great selling experience!

Everyone was very friendly and upfront with pricing. I'm so glad I canceled my purchase with clay Cooley I was paying high amount for a regular sv and here I was able to get it fully loaded for 1k less When at clay Cooley that same vehicle they were asking for 37k that was a 6k difference. Plus Clay Cooley was making me wait for the vehicle for weeks! Thank you Trophy Nissan

To make it short, everyone needs a raise. To make it long, on January 28th 2022, Charles Traylor from Trophy Nissan made.things.happen. Mr. Traylor was able to get me in my brand new car within a matter of hours and made the process so easy that all I had to do was sign a few papers when I came in. When I walked in I was greeted by a very bright and bubbly receptionist who was very helpful in getting me to speak to the correct people. Rosemary instantly greeted me and immediately was on the phone trying to get me into my brand new car. Andrew Miritam is an exceptional salesmen.
He was very attentive and answered every question I had perfectly. My new car had a supposed defect when I drove it home but thanks to Mr. Traylor and Mr. Miritam I was able to get the issue resolved before I even went into work the next day. Impressive. Over all 10/10, I WILL be going back to Trophy Nissan mesquite for all my automotive needs.

I was in the market for a new Maxima. So I reached out to just about every Nissan dealer in the DFW area, describing clearly what I was in the market for. Andrew Maritim from Trophy Nissan was the **only** one to respond with a genuine and interested response. Only two other salesman from other dealerships responded with, "this is what we have, and this is what we want", with a strong overtone of take it or leave it.
While the car I was talking with Andrew about was in transit, Andrew kept the line of communication open with me. Then on the day the car arrived, Andrew sent a video of the car soon after it was unloaded from the transit truck. It was a very welcomed pleasure working with Andrew and William in Finance. Neither Andrew or William were high pressure.
They both knew what I was looking for in numbers and met my initial ask. Andrew and William are a very rare breed in today's automotive marketplace, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. So Andrew, I'm afraid you have a customer for life. Thank you for your professionalism, and just being a plain ole nice guy to talk with.

Bad experience at Trophy Nissan in in Mesquite, Texas. So I have been going back and forth with this dealership to purchase a new Nissan pathfinder. I end up dealing with Andrew Maritim. Really nice guy. He told me that at Trophy Nissan they pride themselves in not adding a market adjustment on the vehicles and all they do is add a $1995 dealer package which includes tiny, wheel locks etc. he asked me if I have a trade in and I said no. Subsequently, we exchanged emails and texts on pride and features and it appears that a vehicle we would consider had arrived.
He asked us to come and we did. While we were there, i asked him if there is anything he can do to reduce the dealer added package cost. He said no. Then he decided to come back with a revised cost breakdown where he added another $5000 markup on the prices that he already quoted (and I have a copy of). He said that the manager decided to add the $5000 unless I have a trade in.
At this point we walked off, and ended up purchasing a vehicle at another dealership. Shame on you and your tactics Trophy Nissan. It was not that I was unable to find a vehicle. It was the fact that the dealership increased the price by several thousand dollars while I was there ready to make a deal. This unprofessional behavior led me to write this review.

Our purchase from Trophy Nissan was absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had. Everything was done through email, text and over the phone. From start to delivery to our front door, things went very smoothly. From Jennifer, the Manager, all the way to the porter who delivered our vehicle to us, treated us with professionalism and respect. We live 280 miles from this dealership but will definitely use them again for our next Nissan purchase. Thank you so much for this pleasant experience!

Mohammad Farra reached out regarding a car my husband inquired about immediately and the extra mile. Sent a personal video of the car inside and out, was like being there to see. Well we drove to meet him and see the car. I'm a Happy Owner of a used car that was not only unbelievable in low mileage to mint condition! After driving it, soon was mine I'm still in awe and beyond happy with this beautiful car.
I can't say enough great things from start to finish and didn't take all day Proud of the excellence given today! Mohammed's video email was Guinness! Thank you Nissan Got my sunroof to!

I had a very HORRIBLE experience with pre owned trophy Nissan. I was completely lied to from the finance department by a man named Ivan green. They let me walk out with the vehicle I purchased, and a contract I signed. Then 2 days later they start texting me harassing me stating they did not have all of the information they needed in order for my loan to get approved on the vehicle.
I could not understand how I signed a contract on the amount I was going to pay then a few days later they state my amount was gonna go up? I then get a call from Ivan stating he was the GM and that I was only gonna pay 10 dollars more on my monthly bill. He stated (its only 10 dollars, how can you not afford 10 dollars more). I then hear other people in the background laughing.
I told them I did not want the vehicle anymore, I wanted my down payment back. They then threaten me, and say they were gonna take away money from my down payment for the miles I had used on the car? I got very upset and told them I was not going to return the vehicle. They threatened me and stated ( If you don't bring the vehicle tonight we are gonna use your down payment and repo your SH***) I called the main line and got ahold of there real GM, his name is Erick Shoemaker, he stated to bring the car back and I would get my full deposit back.
I did not appreciate how he also handled the situation. I told him if the payments could stay the same from what I was told he stated NO they are going up. When 5 min before i spoke to him I got a call from a Mario stating they could keep the payments the same, all I needed to do was to go back and resign the contract. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND DO BUSINESS WITH TROPHY NISSAN. VERY DISSAPOINTED!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Trophy Nissan makes it perfectly clear that they do not care about their customers or your business if you question any of their vehicle prices. So if your the type of person that pays a elevated MSRP price, wants below fair market trade for your trade-in and believes everything your salesman tells you then your the PERFECT customer for this dealership. Everyone else that wants real customer service and to not get ripped off go to McGavock Nissan in Rockwall

Hello. I want all people to beware of trophy nissan. They sell used vehicles that are falling apart once you drive off the car lot. I took my car to service twice and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with the car. I contacted nissan corporate and there as magic in the air, they found all kinds of different things wrong with the car and they fixed some of them.
I took the car back yesterday to service and the service lady named robert went crazy screaming and slamming my car door because i took my car to get looked at again for more problems. The service manager did nothing about her crazy, angry yelling service lady robert. Please don't buy a car from trophy nissan. BUYER BEWARE.

I'm writing this because of overall experience and false expectations about the extending warranty. I bought my Nissan cert. car at this location in Feb 2020 and the buying experience was good as buying a car can be. Towards the end of the buying experience you eventually speak with a person that handles the down payment on the vehicle and about extending the warranty on the vehicle.
Since the car already had 15K mileage and the car was already a year old; he recommends to get the extended warranty. Explaining the car has many parts and computers that can get very costly once the car is outside of the warranty. No one wants to do payments on a car and then pay a good amount to service the vehicle. It made sense from a financial standpoint and i agree to add the warranty to my monthly payments.
I worked during the day and I was only able to go at night. I didn't notice till the following morning about the random scratches on my vehicle and when I reached out to the dealership about this they pretty much disregarded to "no longer our problem" kind of attitude. That same night I get call from the location telling me that there was an error in paperwork; the person who handled my paperwork put in incorrect down payment amount.
Now I'm under the impression the monthly is lie and I'm already invested in my car. Ultimately I agreed to pay the difference because at that time I lived well over an hour away from the location and it would be a bigger headache to drive back to correct the paperwork. Moving to my current problem; I'm trying to use my extended warranty to cover an issue with my stereo needing to do a software download.
A software download that I was informed that my car should be able to pull once I connect my car to WiFi. Yet it doesn't and I have to pay to fix this stereo software issue because IT IS NOT COVERED BY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY that I was informed it would be covered. The kicker is my car's EXTENDED WARRANTY HAS A DEDUCTIBLE that was not explained.
I feel robbed and mislead about what I am paying for. I would never recommend this location and I'm still trying to figure out how I still feel about the Nissan as a company with my experience.

Update: I've had my vehicle for two days and the key fob battery already died. On top of that the ceiling of the car is coming off! It's on the passenger side even though I've had no passengers in the vehicle until today, who pointed it out. Once again very disappointed. Definitely not worth the money I paid in cash!

Trophy Nissan servise. Scheduled 50000 mile basic service on their online scheduling service. I entered my phone number, which took me to my vehicle - a titan xd. The. Service option for titan xd came up. I chose the 50000 basic service, which was oil change and tire rotation. The price quoted in writing online was 69.99. However, when i arrived, the price went up to 113.00 because the 69.99 was for the smaller vehicles.
They said it was an "internet glitch". I get that, but the price quoted online was based on my vehicle (the website even told me what my vehicle is - titan xd). Honor your advertised price! Even if it is wrong. Then fix your "internet glitch! It is not my fault that your quoted price was wrong. Any other business would honor the price, then make sure it got changed.
I did go ahead and pay the 113.00 because it was overdue and i didnt have time to go somewhere else. But i will not be back. Trust has been broken. Update: Update- they compromised and charged me 89.99, the regular price of their oil chaege withoit tire rotation. They still tried to say that tire rotation was not included in the internet price, and that the internet price quoted was wrong, but at least they brought it down some.
Only $20 more than quoted price instead of $54 more. That I s acceptable. And they said they will fix the internet problem. But, be advised, check b4 you believe! Thanks trophy nissan for working with me. I will upgrade you to 3.5 stars! 5 stars once you get the "internet glitch fixed.

I had an appointment with Armando for 700 am. He told me to get here a little early if I could so he could "take care of me". I got to the dealership 30 minutes early and then got put in a line with other people who also claimed to have appointments. I asked employees about me appointment time, and they said you'll just have to wait. If you have people set appointments, honor them. It's not how I would run a business, and it makes me not want to buy a vehicle from them. Not a fan of making me wait for an appointment that was not ever meant to be honored. What other parts of their agreements are they not willing to honor?

We pad 500.00 more than internet price we didn't say anything because it was taking longer than it should have. We were also prequalified threw Capital One but besides them they also went threw other lenders and hit my credit report multiple times! Richard didn't like we were pointing out issues with the car. The finance guy was very pushy about the extended warranty.
We told him we didn't want it! He just didn't understand what NO meant! They were not professional sales people! I gave them our check stubs and they thought we were being deceived. I'm sorry that we make more than what most people make! Will not buy another car from them! We pulled up and I didn't feel safe in the neighborhood! The salesman were playing grab ass the whole time we were there!

I went to buy a car from Michael Moreno and Delvin Wright at the pre-owned lot at Trophy. I was interested, didn't once back away or tell them I wasn't interested. I drove an hour from my home to literally buy the car, had my current car detailed and everything, approved for a loan, nothing was left to chance. I show up to buy the car, and Michael (my supposed salesman) never showed up.
In fact, another person grabbed us and put us in another office, told us to sit tight, then grabbed a lot of information. He left for about 10 minutes and came back and told me they already sold the car while I was sitting waiting for them. They literally took my information, after confirming I had all the necessary information, left me for 10 minutes, and then came back and told me the car was sold "just 10 minutes ago".
Terrible service. Lying car salesman, you guys give the stereotype so much credence. Just know that if you ever go to buy a car from the pre-owned liars at Trophy, they will be ACTIVELY trying to sell the car out from under you. I will always look at who is selling the car and if I see anything from Trophy, I'll never consider them going forward. You know what they said? "We sold the 17, the one you came here to buy about 10 minutes ago, but you can look at the 19, if you want?" How insulting.

Shady, SHADY car shopping experience here -- TWICE! Armando "helped" us the second time through the online purchasing process during the COVID lockdown. Told us our car was on hold for 48 hours, only to be told less than 24 hours later that he had other offers on it and then he suddenly couldn't sell it to us anymore bc the service team suddenly found "problems" that weren't present on the Carfax. (Even though they had a video of the car online and said it was in pristine condition.) Doesn't take a rocket scientist to assume that he just sold it to someone that could get the money to him faster despite the current pandemic.
We had gotten the cashiers check during our lunch break, and were going to take care of the rest after work. So shady and inconsiderate! Inconsistent pricing, aggressive salesmanship, poor customer service and false information at Trophy Nissan. I do not recommend this place. We have shopped at several dealerships in DFW for my family members and this was the most uncomfortable, unreliable experience we've ever had -- even when we gave them a second chance!
The first chance happened two months ago and they were RUSHING the hell out of us and refused to come up with a mutually satisfying price for both parties. They spoke to us like arrogant pricks.

Okay, so I got in touch with Randall Shutter with Trophy and he explained the price structure to me. The $223 is what my wife paid for a four wheel alignment, plus three other items she didn't want with this service. The last time her car was serviced (last year), they told us THIS service wouldn't cost anything, so it was amazing to me that she got out the door owing over $200. Randall explained to me how the Platinum Service Warranty (or whatever it's called) works: seems it's only good for seven oil changes, a key if you lose yours, and a new tire if they can't repair the bad one.
There may be windshield coverage, but I don't recall. Now, I wasn't there, but I don't think my wife agreed to fuel system cleaner, unless Savannah was presenting it to her so fast she didn't know what she was signing. I just don't know. Randall explained, to the best I could understand, how the warranty works, but it still sounds like money we'll never recoup. I upped my stars to three, but I still feel cheated by "the system."
