As usual, a great experience. I love my DB11 and feel privileged to have it. To then experience such high quality service, from Ryan to the specialist who fitted my new dash leather. it's just totally satisfying.

My car was returned to me after its annual service with fingerprint marks, dust and footprints on the floor mat of the driver side. Not what I would expect from a dealer that calls themselves "Premier". Utterly pathetic performance and I feel betrayed.

Do not buy a luxury car here. The cars themselves are beautiful but the service is incompetent. We had a 2021 Aston Martin with the AC not working in the middle of summer. They tried to convince us this was "normal" like we had never owned a car before. We have a 2018 Bentley SUV that we have serviced with the same team, and it is also awful. We have service pick ups that never happen, our appointments are always missed with no follow ups.

We will be expecting our car to be dropped off one day only to never hear back from anyone. Instead we have to track someone down to tell us that our cars won't be ready for another week. The stress here is not worth the beautiful car. Go elsewhere to purchase and service a luxury car.

I feel compelled to let people know about the amazing service I received from Aston Martin of Dallas. I had an issue with my Ferrari 488 and was unable to pass Texas State inspection. The VIP service from both Jason Wynn and the GM Enver Kaba was first rate. At first I thought they dealt with only Aston Martins but they quickly put my mind at ease and proved their team is equipped to handle virtually all high end exotic cars.

They quickly fixed my issue with the car. Jason was right on top of things and was super efficient at communicating with me during the process. The GM Enver spent quite a bit of time with me explaining my problem and how they fixed it. He then personally gave me a tour of the whole operation. Both these gentlemen were very personable and professional.

I would highly recommend this place for both service and sales. The Aston Martins they had there were stunning. I will definitely consider them on the next car purchase. Ask for Jason if you are in the market for an Aston Martin. Top notch place!

This place is amazing. Stars or ratings do not do justice to the experience that is Aston Martin. Joaquin is service is quite helpful and their sales department is delightful. All of their phone extensions end in 007. Wonder why that is?

This was my best car buying experience. I saw the car online (while traveling overseas). Inquired about the details, worked out the deal and dropped in to pick up in Dallas. Best part, the car was pristine as described and I was out of there in under 20 minutes (including test drive). Formidable customer service, attention to detail and readiness. Absolute pleasure to work with Joseph and the team.

I recently purchased a used Lexus RCF from Aston Martin of Dallas. The whole experience was top notch and first class. I live in Denver so I was a little hesitant making a vehicle purchase without actually seeing and driving the vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with both Seth and Chris Johnson. The car was exactly as described and advertised, they even put it on a lift for me and took extra pictures of the undercarriage and sent them to me.

I would definitely recommend this dealership and not hesitate working with them again on future vehicle purchases. Once again thank you, and kudos to you for doing such an excellent service!

I had an amazing experience with this dealership & associate Corey Callahan. I live in FL and from the first time I contacted the dealership through completion of the sale I was extremely impressed with the entire experience! Corey was very responsive to any communication sent and really went out of his way to make this deal happen. After the purchase there were a few follow up items that needed attention and they did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would.

If you're in the market for a luxury automobile I would HIGHLY recommend Aston Martin of Dallas. I would certainly (and happily) purchase another vechicle from them. Thanks for an awesome car buying experience!

I had a substantial amount of maintenance performed on my 2016 Vantage. Joaquin and Michael were outstanding to work with. The service was completed and the vehicle ready as originally communicated. It was a pleasure doing business with this location.

What an unbelievable experience! After buying from Chris and team, I felt compelled to tell everyone about the exceptional experience I had at Aston Martin of Dallas. I arrived late on a Saturday to look at a car expecting everyone to be gone for the night or for the weekend. To my surprise, Chris Johnson, the GM was there at 5 after close and welcomed me in with open arms.

My wife and I spent over an hour with him as he explained the differences in the vehicles, options and above all made her feel welcome. We left that night considering the vehicle they had and another vehicle elsewhere. When it came down to making the decision to purchase, it was Chris' attention to detail and his ability to connect with us that made the difference.

Once we returned on Monday, we learned the true depth of the experience at the dealership and the quality of the facility, the team and the vehicles. We left with a remarkable car at a great price and above all -- a remarkable experience. I could go on but if you're considering an Aston Martin, you've got to experience it for yourself. I highly recommend Aston Martin of Dallas to anyone near or far. They say it's the car but it's actually the people and their character that make the difference. Bravo!

The reviewer below me sounds like one of those folks who buys the lowest end, highest mileage, oldest year model used Aston/any other sports car, then blames the dealer for pre-existing issues that they were made aware of many times throughout the buying/servicing process. As far as ultra-luxury sports car dealerships are concerned, none can come close to the caliber of Aston Martin of Dallas.

The sales staff are top notch and their service department is efficient and the employees in each department are personable. Despite how long it can take to get certain parts in (European parts/vehicles, it's a standard part of the "game"), they have taken good care of me and my vehicle. (It was used by the way, none of these "buyer beware issues" are accurate.)
