These guys really do go above and beyond what is required of them. We bought a beautiful black BMW that didn't have a flaw on it, but, a couple of weeks later, we had a really expensive issue with it. It was something they wouldn't have known, because it didn't show up for several weeks. The repair shop wanted $6500 for the repair , and the extended warranty was not going to cover it. Logan immediately got in contact with them, and after some time on the phone, the warranty covered the entire repair bill.
Now THAT is something they didn't have to do. They could have just said " sorry, you're stuck with it". But now that it's repaired, it has been the best used car we've ever purchased! With as many cars as they sell, they couldn't possibly know the issue with each one of them, but I'm thankful they took the time to make it right! We love the car and we love this dealer.honesty in business is a rare gem these days! Thank you for taking the time to do it right! We will see you guys in the future!

For people reading this, do yourselves a favor and look at the "honest" true reviews of a dealership you are buying from before you make a purchase. Auto Solutions has high marks across the board and that is why I choose to drive 90 Miles one way to purchase my New to me (used) 2011 BMW 328xi. Clint is a great guy, honest, helpful, not pushy. I told him my wants on a car, the price range I was hoping to stay in and they made it work. Clint and the shop were very accommodating and answered all of my questions.
The Car drives awesome, everything works, no check engine lights came on after my purchase and everything is as they stated with no surprises after. I got a good price on the car and am extremely happy. When I want an upgrade I will be going back to Clint and Auto Solutions even though it is 90 Miles away. I had an excellent experience at Auto Solutions with Clint as my salesman. I knew exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted thanks to the fact that they had accurate and updated information on their website and third party ads for the car. And Clint did a great job handling every concern that I had about the car, and made the purchase process as easy as possible. Auto solutions is a great place to buy a car and I would strongly recommend them!

I bought a vehicle for my daughter from Auto Solutions, I bought it as is with no warranty, which was not smart, because two weeks later the vehicle breaks down in the yard, the total for the repairs was $2200, I contacted Auto Solutions and told him about our situation and they agreed to pay the entire bill for the repairs. I spent my entire savings for this car for my daughter and could not afford these repairs and they were not under any legal obligation to help with this, when you buy a vehicle without a warranty as is, that they paid anyway. I cannot thank them enough. If you need a used vehicle please go See them. They are truly the best used car dealership there is. Thank you so much "Auto Solutions"

I bought a RHD Jeep from them back in December of 2016 and they were very helpful and informative with my purchase. I came to them and asked them if they possibly had one, after being told they didn't have one they went above and beyond and found one for me. They were a breeze to work with, never felt pressured, and they made sure it was in tip top shape prior to buying it. I will be coming back to them for my next vehicle!

We bought two cars from Auto Solutions. A Jeep Wrangler and a Honda Civic! I would recommend them! Chuck Brown the Manager, Josh Hepperly as well as Eli Nations went out of there way to find my husband his right hand drive Jeep to deliver mail in! And before I met my husband with little credit they helped me get into my first car purchase of my own the Honda Civic!

I went to this dealer looking at a Dodge Dart they had. The car needed to be repaired and he acted like it was finished. I was going to trade in several cars that arnt of much value. I opened the door and instantly noticed wires hanging down from under the dashboard. (RED FLAG) when I enquired they had no clue. One salesman said a tire was warped the other said it had scratches but you don't replace a rim if it's just scratched.
So they wanted 12100 for the car but it had a "bunch of stuff they had to fix." Including a back up light they didn't know was out. They did tell me it had a bad turn signal but they all worked. The dashboard told me it had a backup light out. One salesman said the car is ready another said it still had to have things fixed. He asked me what all was wrong with the car.
I told him all the issues including the ones that wouldn't be seen. I told him that if he opened the sunroof he had to hold the air deflector down to close it. He didn't listen or didn't care to close the sunroof on the air deflector then acted like I was a big problem because I know exactly what I'm looking for even stretched my budget to the max with two trade ins and they wouldn't come off another $176.
The car had lots of cool looking stuff but it was mechanically unsound. They wanted 10674.76 my budget was 10500. Also they offered to buy any guns I have to help with the cost. He found my gun for 306-250 and was only giving me $176. When I asked if they had a FFA license they said no. He sent my bank a nada guide reporting the cars worth and added a $600 sunroof which the car DOES NOT HAVE.
I started to leave and noticed I couldn't completely close my shade to my sunroof at that point I'm ashamed to say I lost my temper when I realized he had closed my sunroof on my air deflector. I asked to speak to a manager. The salesman told me I was a pain to deal with. Because I wouldn't use his financing but I made it clear I have my own financing and he asked twice if I could use someone else and the other salesman asked too.
I know exactly what the car is worth that I'm looking at and exactly how much I'm willing to pay. I may not know everything but I'm the customer and know exactly what I want. The salesman told me that I was a pain to deal with. I'm glad I'm a pain because I didn't buy a as is piece of junk! The manager gladly asked me to leave a review so Sir here u go.
He doesn't care if there are bad reviews. Update: I was contacted by the owner who offered me an apology for how I was treated. It was a very nice ending to a horrible experience. He also let me know that he was going to address the situation at the next office meeting. This guy seems to really care about his business and how his potential customers are treated. I left an honest review so I cannot change it but the apology goes a long way in my book. It's not often someone apologizes for someone else's mistakes.

Went to look at same vehicle three times only to have it not start every time, then asked about another one that was listed on website, that one also in shop, customer service was really bad, they never returned calls, and will make you feel like your a bother. Save yourself some trouble and just go to hepperlys and see Donny lockett!
