Charles H from team Honda did an amazing job. Highly recommended seeing him if you decide to stop by. As soon as we got there he was eager to meet us and help us with our needs. Showed us around a bit, gave us the info we needed and let us look at cars. The process was pretty efficient and I left with a new car the same day I walked in.

Management is unorganized; most of all highly unprofessional and narcissistic. $17 plus commission is by far the main way they lure you in. You're not going too make that at all unless you file exempt and most of all don't apply for the benefits. Their benefit packages are trash compared too the amount of work you'll be doing and time you'd spend at work. they aren't flexible for life situations ever. you almost have to tell them your child is dying too leave work or take a day off. its a complete struggle getting your personal life handled if you're a technician. TECHS ARE SLAVES THEY TAKE LUNCH BREAKS AWAY ON BUSY DAYS TOO KEEP "WORK MOVING" YET EVERYONE AT A DESK GETS TO BREAK FOR THEIR LEGAL BREAK WHILE ALSO TAKING A BREAK TO EAT THE FOOD THEY ORDER FOR THE TECHS TOO AVOID PERSONEL SHORTAGES DURING THE RUSH. THEY ARE NOT IDEAL FOR YOU, YOUR LIFE, MOST OF ALL FOR YOUR HEALTH

I really enjoy coming to Team Honda! They always take care of all my car needs. They keep track of all work done on my vehicle and keep me abreast of any maintenance that is required for my vehicle. They are reasonably priced and I don't feel like I breaking my bank just to get service done here. I recommend not only their service center, but also purchasing from their lot.

I bought a 2014 V6 Ford Mustang from Team Honda. I had a mechanic check it and it was a well maintained vehicle and is in a excellent shape. It is an older vehicle and had a few cosmetic flaws due to age, but I got a fair price for the Mustang considering the market right now. They did not really go down a lot with the price, but as I said it was a fair price and the vehicle I got is awesome and they sold it to me in good shape. The service that day was great and so was the communication beforehand, so I'm happy with the purchase and service.

I purchased a new Honda passport in July and had a WONDERFUL Experience. I left the dealership after Desmond helped me with an oil change and was even more blown away by the swift, through, kind, and enjoyable experience I had there again! My 2019 Honda Accord was damaged in a wreck. The body shop called several times to have a rim/tire delivered for replacement. Team Honda sent the wrong tire twice. Mistakes are understandable. That is not the issue. The body shop asked me to call Honda so information could be verified so we could obtain the correct rim/tire. I spoke with someone in parts who actually told me my 2019 Honda Sport was sold to me with the wrong tires -- that I did not have the correct tires on my car when sold to me --- that the car was sold to me without the sports package tires.

I then asked to speak to the parts manager, Shane, who was extremely rude! He asked me questions about the color of the tire and directed me to their website to look at "colors" of tires. I advised him I did not drive the car, my son drove the car, I don't pay attention to the color of tires. He went further to tell me that his body shop employee told me the wrong information.

I simply asked him to call the body shop so the issue could be resolved. He kept me on hold while he called the shop. The phone "disconnected". I've called back several times and Shane is never available to speak to me. The body shop has also advised they've never received the correct tire from Team Honda. I would not recommend using this business to buy a car.

There are other Honda dealerships in the area who would treat a repeat customer with a lot more respect. The worst thing you can do is be disrespectful to a customer. Shane is a disgrace to Honda.

Came here on 12-2-2021 I made an appointment to see a Honda Accord sport at 8:15 I drove from Lafayette to Baton Rouge receive a phone call from Troy and confirm the appointment 5 minutes before. I arrived at about 8:17 and the salesman did not know what car I was interested in, told me that he would have to pull it from the back and it was in the front on the lot, went test drive it and he did not seem interested in selling the car at all.

Once we arrived back at the dealer ship they appraised my trade in it took about an hour and 30 minutes just to do that and I come back in my car and it's filthy inside and out! I now have rock chips on my car! I went inside and they offered me $10000 less than what my car was worth. I told him I'm sorry and would not be able to take the deal. And dry as can be he said ok with a smile on his face.

I told him that it was ridiculous and I showed him the Kelly blue book value and he said that his appraiser would not be able to give me what I was wanting for my car told him ok and walked out! Worst experience ever! Would not recommend!

Had a great experience buying a car here at team Honda. Mr. Andrew Yung was a great help. I had a specific car that I wanted but could not find. Mr. Andrew stayed on top of it for me and let me know as soon as one was coming in. Also he was able to get me a discount on some accessories and was very knowledgeable when it came to any questions I had about cars. I definitely recommend doing business with Mr. Andrew if you are looking for a new car in the area! I have had no problems with my new car and I'm in love with it!

While I love my Honda vehicle, I can't say the same about the service that I received. I have never been treated with such disrespect and witness such a lack of professionalism before. If your vehicle requires service I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. I had two encounters with one of the workers, his name is Dustin, and works in the service department.

The first encounter I had with him was when I had an appointment scheduled for a recall on my vehicle and when I arrived for my appointment I was informed that they never ordered the necessary parts, therefore, I would need to reschedule. Dustin was so unprofessional and rude that I had to speak with the manager. Dustin told me it was my fault for not making sure the part was in prior to coming in for the appointment, although I indeed did but was misinformed by him over the phone.

The second encounter I had was months later. I called prior to driving to the service department and was told by Dustin that they do not take appointments that it is first come first serve. I later learned that this was not correct. When I arrived I was asked by Dustin to sign a paper stating that he had called me to come in for a recall but I never responded.

Once again this was a complete lie. The manager John, isn't much help either. So sad to get this type of service. I vow to never go back. Sad to know that employees aren't held accountable and can speak to their customers any way they want.

I have heard NOTHING but good things about Mr. Fred Robins via Facebook. So on Saturday, 10/23/2021 I went to see if what I heard about Mr. Robins was indeed true. We didn't know we were going to purchase a vehicle. Without a doubt, he went above and beyond to help my son with the purchase of his first car on his own. There are really no words to describe Mr. Robins but he is DEFINITELY THE BEST OF THE BEST! His professionalism was outstanding, he answered any and all questions. He made this purchase smooth and easy.

Just bought my first car at 21 and I'm so happy with my purchase from Team Honda! I got 2022 Honda Civic and she's better than I could ever expect! (Her name is Cici the Civic so that's why I refered to the car as "her" lol) Brandon Mitch at Team Honda was so helpful and made the car buying process very easy. I was hesitant about purchasing a car during the pandemic. I was worried about lack of inventory and inflated prices. However, Sawyer at Team Honda showed me FOUR great CRVs. He was so patient. My experience at Team Honda was wonderful! Special thanks to Donnie Cashio for being an incredible salesman. My first car purchase could not have gone better. Don was very enthusiastic and did an outstanding job at making me feel comfortable, listening to my concerns and making sure my needs were met. He was very patient throughout the entire process and a pleasure to work with.

All of the staff members at Team Honda were very welcoming and personable. I highly recommend purchasing a car through this dealership. Don really went the extra mile making this process as smooth and stress free as possible.

Because I've only had my car serviced with HONDA, that's for oil, brakes, tire, any little thing and they were always welcoming with greetings when I came in. I purchased it with TEAM HONDA on Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. And have always experienced nothing but exceptional customer service and in every department. Maybe I put them on a pedestal but, they set the bar for customer expectation high!

I truly miss going there. They had fresh popcorn and cold water, coffee/tea options and charging stations while you wait. I wish I could drive down there just have my car serviced.

Haven't had very good customer service here in the past few years and today is another day they lack in this area. This is my 2nd Honda i have purchased through them. Purchased the extra warranty for my vehicle and my upholstery. Brought in due to my armrest and my middle console starting to ripple just like my prior vehicle from here did.told me that would not be covered.

Wait I purchased an extra warranty that covers stains rip tears and cracking but doesn't cover if the material is rippling and doesn't lay flat anymore? And i still have warranty on my vehicle also but they want to charge me $68 to get a leaf out of my air filter vent? U have got to be kidding me! The people who work in the service dept never greet u, not polite, nothing just a boring job to them.

They will NEVER EVER get our business or money again and everyone I know I will send them to the new Tiger Honda in Gonzales. I have had my oil changed there the past few times and u couldn't ask for nicer friendlier staff! So helpful and kind. That's what u call customer service. The ONLY reason i came here today is due to my warranty being purchased at Team Honda. Do NOT Do business here.drive a few more miles and give Tiger Honda ur business!

Our sales man Eric A. was great he helped my son-in-law when no one else would, my son-in-law is British and been in this country almost 3 years and he has always had a job, in fact he works 2 jobs, but because in his country unlike ours they don't do credit, nor pay taxes, etc all the good stuff. I wish America would actual take a pointers from England.

But anyways he got him financed and with a reasonable payment plan, when no other dealer would, he is 25 with NO credit at all, and they helped him. I wanted to personally Thank Eric A for helping him and my daughter get into a vehicle. Even though it was hot and I was a little bit grouchy (B**chy) he still treated me nice. Also I am sorry for being a B that day lol I will always send people your way. Stay Great!

Are you in the market for a new car? And considering a Honda? This is the dealership in Baton Rouge to visit. The sales people know their stuff and are not overly pushy. We've purchased our last two vehicles here with good experiences both times. Shane was the Sales Manager on both of our deals and he will work with you to make the deal happen. Philippe handled the financing on our recent purchase and I wouldn't want another F&I guy. Marc was the salesman and knew his stuff and again wasn't pushy or abrupt.

Both times, the Honda vehicle wasn't our first choice but other dealerships couldn't/wouldn't get the deal done. The guys at Team always work to get the deal across the line. Give them a chance and I think you'll have a good experience. Happy hunting.

I'm updating my review to add that I have had issues after the fact with this dealer that I certainly didn't expect. Thank goodness I've taken time to read my owner's manual and play around with the vehicle because the person who did my "outprocessing" and showed me features of my vehicle only went over settings on my touch screen.

There were SEVERAL other things that were never mentioned/shown to me and I've come across them on my own. And maybe they aren't used to selling vehicles to people from other states, but I sure have had to stay on top of certain things weeks after purchasing from them. To top it off, personnel you may need to deal with, regardless of department, always seem to be off on any particular day or are otherwise unavailable when you try to contact them. I shouldn't have to do post-purchase legwork and inquiries when I've just dropped over $30K on a vehicle with you.

Oil changes should not take 1 hour and fifteen minutes, and their costumer intake process left me wondering how this process is supposed to work. So if you are like me, just leave your car parked in line and walk inside with your keys in hand.

I've been coming to this Honda dealership since 1994 and bought 5 different cars from them throughout the years. During that time I've also been getting my oil changes done here and I've never had a problem with anything. Their customer service is awesome! I really like that they send me coupons for discounted services like tire rotations, belt replacements, and oil changes too. Regardless, even when I don't have a coupon they're either the same or cheaper than other places. They also have a shuttle that will drop you off/pick you up if you can't get a ride and your car is getting worked on. Great customer service!
