I purchased a vehicle from this dealership a month ago and was told its mileage was at 80,000 miles. A month later a check engine light came on and I had it scanned and it told me my mileage is at 123,000 miles. The gauge cluster is clearly swapped out.

After posting a 1 star for my experience, I was emailed by the general manager to "talk" about my experience. I emailed him on Tuesday. Today is Saturday. Still no response. He must be busy responding to all the other unhappy customers. 1 year later, no change. Still no response from dealership. Terrible experience. I may go to Mississippi for my next one.

Brought my 07 335i here for the recall parts to be changed. because who needs their car set a blaze? Everything went well, they took my car on a Monday, gave me a courtesy vehicle which was a brand new X5. That was nice. Then I picked up my vehicle after work at about 5pm on Wednesday. While driving away in my car I realized that the buttons on my steering wheel were not in the same settings. Whatever.

I can fix that. Probably disconnected my battery to switch that steering airbag and f***ed around with my programing. Well, got home and locked my car out of habit. Went to go somewhere a couple hours later and couldn't unlock the driver's side door. It wouldn't unlock. Not even from the inside handle. I had just changed the actuators on the driver's side a few months back.

They showed no signs of wear prior to this day. Called Brian Harris BMW the next day to ask what they did to my vehicle. Of course they didn't do anything to it and it must be because my car "has a lot of miles on it." even though it's in pristine condition.

Out of all the BMW dealerships I have visited this is hands-down the best one. And the Geniuses over there know exactly what they're talking about, and they know how to drive.
