Found this place on car guru when I was searching BMW X6. They specialize in high end car. This is family own business. Our first impression was when we got there was not so good. Our agent who was first added to us look like he has rough night and was not making sense so we got little skeptical at first because he was not making us comfortable with his approach.
We did ask for general manager and his name was Rob - from there our experience was excellent. Rob made us comfortable with the car we wanted and made us very comfortable with making a deal with them. He was very knowledgeable and walked us thru the whole process. If you looking to purchase vehicle at this dealership I highly recommend it! If you wanna have excellent experience deal with Rob only! I do gotta say this dealership has some amazing car with real nice interiors! BTW I'm in love with my car Thank you Rob!

I got the car I wanted at a fair price. But the process was greuling. The main issue is the communication. Getting told that my salesman would get back to me "tomorrow, " then not hearing anything for two days. Then when I reach out, I feel like I'm pestering him. Did not make me feel great. My salesman also switched to a different person halfway through and I didn't really get a reason why (or if this change was permanent), so I wasn't ever sure who I should be reaching out to.
Just another thing that proper communication could have fixed. From the day I signed for the vehicle to it being delivered to my door took 30 days. Now, I do live in Texas, so I understood that it wasn't going to be next-day or anything. but a month is way too long. I literally made my first payment before I had even seen the car in person. I ended up signing for the car after seeing plenty of pictures and a video. However, after signing, the salesman then decided to show me the wear on the inside of the driver door and the scratches on the body.
Why wasn't this shown to me beforehand? Thankfully, they did fix the scratches and they did a great job with that. Upon delivery, I found that the gas tank was empty. Cost me $91 to fill up. Very disappointing. Also, the inside was not cleaned (or not cleaned very well). I'll have to pay to get it detailed. Overall, I'm glad they had my car and gave me a fair price.
But with proper communication and a little attention to detail (don't deliver your customers' cars with empty tanks!), this could have been a five-star review. Hope this helps someone out there.

Worst experience ever. Zaad had me fly from Las Vegas to buy a Tesla Model S (white). I asked him twice to send me pictures of the interior, and he claimed he was busy and he was going to do it later. After multiple texts sent between myself and Zaad, I finally booked an airline ticket to go see the car. Once I arrived and assessed the car, I quickly realized that it was a mess.
It was recently painted and it was a horrific paint job, with white paint being found on the under carriage and paint tape still being attached to the vehicle. It was advertised as having 29k miles, but I strongly doubt it because of the shape that the car was in. The interior was in horrible shape. the material of the seats was faded and cracked, there was heavy dust throughout the interior, and there was a stench.
Word of advice, always look at the driver's seat, it should be in fairly good shape for a 29k mile car, but this one appeared to have experienced 100k miles. The salesman Zaad suggested the previous driver was fat, which explains the faded and cracked seat material. This place is a joke

I would recommend extreme caution purchasing from this company. I have purchased 3 cars over the internet from different states. This has been anything but honest. Beware. They emailed video which did not show the condition of the car. The exterior is so damaged from baked in water spots it is requiring a new paint job. The interior was the filthiest I have ever seen any car.
Animal hair, debris everywhere and damage that was not disclosed. They said they would contact me and never did. I would drive away from this used car business and never look back.

Zaad and Harry were amazing! They were very detailed with explaining everything to me. Glad They were able to asset. They and their manager Peter are great. They were very patient, helpful, and accommodating. Totally will recommend anyone here. Major Motors had a great deal on carguru for hard to find combination of options I wanted on a mercedes I wanted to pick up for my wife. I quickly called at 7pm and spoke with Mr. Zaad, and he setup everything for the next day. My wife was able to get off work at 6pm, show up at the dealership at 7pm and drive away before they closed at 8, and they were still busy with customers, on a Wednesday. Mr. Harry financed us through wells fargo, really helped in getting the terms we wanted and I write this and my experience because I DID get a beautiful car for a GREAT price without any padded stuff people usually worry about! Very straight up high end dealership. Thank you guys at Major Motors!
