Ford of Kenosha has always been soo good to me and my family! They helped me move past having my Hyundai stolen when Hyundai wouldn't help me at all and got me into a new Ford with significantly lower interest than Hyundai! They helped me out a ton! I'm so grateful for the love and service they have shown me and my entire family! Ford has been taking such good care of my family since 2018! My whole family purchases from Ford in Kenosha because they treat and care for us like family from sales to service and everything in between!

I went on-line looking for a Ford Ranger, either used or new, and found a 2019 that had just been listed. I was contacted by the internet sales rep and set up an appointment. When I arrived I was met by Wade who was very familiar with the truck since he had sold it to the original owner and had taken it in trade. After a test ride I was very impressed and ended up buying the truck. Everyone was very helpful and thorough throughout the process. I will definitely use Boucher Ford in the future.

We ordered a beautiful Timberline Explorer through Boucher of Kenosha. We had a few bumps along our journey, no fault of the dealership, but we were super grateful for their help along the way! I went to Boucher Ford with a certain vehicle in mind. I feel in love with it but unfortunately I wasn't able to buy it due to my credit history. Josh was so kind and patient and understanding. He and Tony worked to get me the best possible vehicle for my situation. Josh was very eloquent and empathetic to my needs and Tony even got me a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty! I took my truck in because the check engine light was on and it didn't accelerate with much power. The code on my reader was P0299 which indicates a low pressure on the "A" turbocharger. There are a number of things that can cause this code, so I expected it to take some time do properly diagnose. When I received a call with the diagnosis, I was told there was a different code P0016, was "found for timing".
It also stated that P0299 was also found, but can be caused by stretched chains. This leads me to believe that the technician didn't even proforma a visual inspection of the turbocharger system. Once I got my truck home, I checked again with my tester and the only code present was P0299. The technician recommended replacing the timing belt and chain for $4689, but I am getting a second opinion.
My concern is that this is the most cost intensive repair, and it has nothing to do with the only active code on the engine. The 2 stars are only because Bradford kept me informed while my truck was there. It would have been 1 star if the only thing I had received was the service report, because it doesn't have anything about the steps that were taken to come to the diagnosis.
It appears that it was simply hooked up to a diagnostic machine and a search was done to find the most costly repair. In the end, it may turn out that this is the repair that is needed, we will see, but with no supporting data to back up the diagnosis, I couldn't, in good conscience, have this repair made.

Everyone here was so helpful! I found a truck here that I traveled 7 hours from Michigan to purchase. They worked fast and furiously to get me back on the road as quickly as possible, all while providing fantastic service! Donnie, my sales guy was super friendly, and very knowledgeable. Joe the man behind all the paperwork was extremely proficient.

Awesome place, they made my truck purchasing experience such a positive and easy one. I had gone elsewhere looking and had such bad experiences with dealers tacking on previously undisclosed fees and such. I called them and they assured me that they didn't do that. Everything from the test drive to financing was enjoyable and easy. Karen was a joy to work with and incredibly easy going and helpful- it was my first car buying experience and I was so grateful to have her help. Tried to schedule an oil change and detail for my work car and the service representative was the rudest person ever. I have to have pre authorization for my gov car. He didn't let me finish my sentence before he rudely interrupted. I have 2 other vehicles I have brought in before and will be taking my business elsewhere. Customer service is everything and if you're rude to the customer there are plenty of other business who will appreciate mine.

I purchased my first truck, F250 gas, here in 2016 to tow a new RV. Recently, we bought a larger and heavier RV and realized we needed a diesel truck to tow it. Trucks and cars are in severe shortage these days, but Gordie Boucher had a used F350 diesel available! I worked with Ross Hengten on the trade-in and acquisition of the F350. The transaction was straight forward, no haggling, and no games. Ross and the general manager, Sal Pappalardo did everything to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. I highly recommend this dealership!

My daughter and I have been searching for a truck for her business. We have been struggling with finding the right vehicle and buying it without being taken for a literal ride. We've had to walk away from a few dealers who lied and a lot worse. Our faith in humanity and in legitimate car dealers has been restored! I took my vehicle in for many maintenance items. When the car was returned back to me it was filthy with grease stains from the mechanic. The service advisor guaranteed me that they would take care of things and give me a free interior detail. They also performed work on the vehicle without verifying its completion and when I got my vehicle back I am still unable to prove it was done. They actually called me back to follow up with me on why I was still unhappy (from their survey) and just gave excuses as to the reasons why their team can't communicate. I don't care about their internal issues, I just wanted my car as clean as it was when I dropped it off. They seem to try very hard at what they do, but there is a huge lack of communication between their team. Including their leadership. I would go to another Ford dealership.

This was honestly the best car buying experience we have ever had. Not to much back and forth before a deal was made and we were in and out in a couple of hours. We saved thousands over the other dealer we originally were going to before we went here. Tristan Cairo did a great job moving things forward. I'm sure someday we will be in there again. The service department is awful. I dropped my car off for them to complete a recall on 3 different occasions for the same issue, that they just didn't do. Seems like they were trying to scam the parent company. Also, have had several bad instances where they didn't properly set my tires after a rotation causing small leaks. Brought this to the attention of their GM, Sal who said he would make this better but then never heard back from him again. I'll never buy another car or bring back for service.

Purchasing a new car from Gordie Boucher Ford was the best car buying experience I've had ( believe I've bought about 15 over the years). Tristin Cairo was our sales professional. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly and professional. Although not in stock, Tristin was able to find the exact car, color and options we wanted and have it ready for pick up in 48 hours. Pricing was very competitive and communicated clearly before we visited the dealership. Added bonus if you're coming from Chicago. Tristan is a Cubs fan! Definitely give him a call if shopping for a car.

Worst service ever. They replaced my tires 9 months ago. When they did the tire rotation 3 months ago the front end started to shake. That's because the didn't balance them correctly and firestone found a small marble size ball on the inside of one of my front tires. I Dropped it off at Firestone because my A/C was having issues and asked them to take a look at my tires.
Both front tires were also out of balance by 3oz on each and back. Funny thing is they just replaced one of my back tires three weeks ago. So the Service manger called me Back and started to blame me for the issue because I guess they don't stand behind anything they do. I will ever buy anything from this place again.

I usually like the service here but now I bring truck in and the quick service guy recommends all these additives and my oil change is over 100$ Then in the waiting room there are cookies and the dirty mechanic comes through grabs a cookie doesn't use tongs. don't eat the cookie here cause that's just disgusting! The mechanics should not be touching stuff and all dirty like that! Not a good experience today

So disappointed in the lack of communication we've recently experienced here. I have bought three different new vehicles from this dealership and leased one in the last eleven years. Our lease is now at the end of its cycle and we are looking to purchase another new vehicle. We sent an email and got no response. Decided to call and leave a voicemail message as well and never got a callback. As a customer for so long this is so disappointing.

These guys are just plain awesome. I had to update my review with them again. Nothing but compliments on my Mustang, quick service, efficiency, hospitality, they do everything they can to satisfy their customers. I will never see another dealership for as long as I live in the area. This will from now on be my go to dealer for future car purchases and every single auto repair I need. I love their service department! They are courteous! They explain everything, they do not push. We take our 2014 Fords for maintenance etc! I also brought in my husbands 2010 Dodge Journey ugh! They found the problem and it's a okay! We highly recommend them! Work gets done in a timely manner! Nice waiting lounge! They also have pick up or drive home if needed!

I have been wanting a new truck for a while and saw this one on there website I called and left a message they called me back first thing in the morning to let me know it was still available. I meet with Joe K later that day looked at it took it for a test drive and loved it. From there Joe K made it so easy to get me into this truck and for the price I was looking to spend, I can not say enough good things about this dealership. I tend to lease and this was by far my best experience with a car dealership I have ever had.

My husband and I were in the market for a new car and I stopped in early at Ford. Bill greeted me on Friday morning and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with a car salesmen (ever). I set up an appointment to test drive a few of the SUV's with my husband on Saturday morning. We arrived a little earlier than our appointment the next morning but Bill was already there and greeted us promptly.
We took out a few SUV's but the moment I sat in the Ford Escape (white with black trim and black leather interior) I might have been sold! We ended up going to a few other dealerships that day and while people were friendly I don't do too well with pushy. I kept going over everything we did that day and decided we needed to break for lunch.
After our lunch break, my head was feeling a bit less foggy. I couldn't get over the experience, the SUV or the fun salesmen at Gordie Ford. I knew then we needed to return. We headed back over that same day and made the deal final. We worked with so many amazing people at Ford. The sales manager, Scott (who doesn't sweat in a full suit in 100 degree weather), was respectful, personable and a very funny guy (too bad we didn't live in Chicago when he did because that would have been fun).
Another guy, Ross (we can just ignore the fact that he's a Vikings fan because I almost walked away - haha! only kidding) was a really cool salesman with a lot to chat about. Grant helped us get our financing in order and made it possible for us to live comfortably with a payment we were on board with and Bill, our awesome salesman. Bill went above and beyond helping us make our decision when the time came.
He was outgoing and friendly, we loved chatting about our dogs (he has 4!) and he wasn't too afraid of my driving while sitting in the backseat. Our business convos carefully conducted in a running, max AC SUV since it was so hot out! We're forever thankful for Bill's knowledge and non-pushy approach to helping us pick the car for our needs.
We recommend everyone to Gordie Ford and can't wait for our next new car adventure. Note: we got to spin the prize wheel and won a Samsung tablet and they also sent fresh baked cookies and some coffee mugs in the mail. Made our day! Thanks again guys!

I wanted to immediately replace my leased vehicle with the same model but with AWD this time. I saw a something I liked on line and contacted Jennifer of Boucher's Internet service. I received a prompt reply and was set up with Marty Alessi to show me the vehicle. Great experience at this dealership. I was a tough customer as I had a limited downpayment, and less than great credit. I worked with Joe Conforti, and he helped me find a great certified used 2013 Focus to replace my 2007 Focus that was pushing 200k miles. Even though I had to visit the dealership after work around 7pm, I never felt like I was being rushed out of there so someone could leave. Joe, Sal, and Henry were awesome to work with, and really worked with me to get me into a vehicle that I could afford and that met my needs. This is my 3rd Ford Focus, but Gordie Boucher Ford will be my new Ford dealership. Great work, guys! I'm loving the new ride!
