Bought a car from here and i noticed something wrong with the way the car was driving. Asked if i could take it to his mechanic who he had said was the one who has been working on the car for some time now and he told me his guy was too busy. I told him how dangerous it felt and he didnt want to look at it, literally 2 weeks after buying the car the wheel literally just comes off, i could have easily died had i been in a different situation than i was.

The wheel just, came off and i told him the car didnt feel right and his mechanic has been working on this car. Buying a car is a big deal dont waste your time with these people.

Sam is full of great energy, customer service, and was extremely helpful with my car transaction. His knowledge about other cars- not just the BMW model I purchased- gave me a lot of confidence in purchasing from him and this dealership. Amazing experience buying a car here! Can't recommend enough. I'm a small blonde girl and showed up to buy a car on my own-easily could've been swindled or had unknown charges added at the last minute like so many other dealerships try to do when they see a chance. But nope. Price I saw online was the price I paid. Sam was so kind and helpful. Even got me a free oil change right then and there after I told him my plan to drive it across the country.

I didn't even ask. He really just wanted to help make sure all would be what I needed. He even checked in after a few days with the car to make sure all was running smoothly. Honest good people here. A few weeks into my trip now and the car has been fantastic! Again, can't recommend enough! Thanks Sam for everything!

All my experience with those autos were great and Sam is a very personable and honest individual. He hand picks automobiles to sell with dependable histories and maintenance, and they are mostly luxury vehicles. This is a great outlet for anyone's transportation needs.

Sam made this purchase as soon as humanly possible. I think I was in the office for about 15 minutes. He's a great guy with a ton of charisma. We didn't feel any pressure whatsoever. There were some small problems with the car, but Sam took care of them right away. We got the extended warranty after he took the time to explain what it covered and what it didn't.

And it was an excellent price. I feel extremely confident in the vehicle he sold us. I feel even more content with the deal I got. I wouldn't hesitate buying from ASE Auto. And this is from someone with 8 cars in his driveway. Top tier service.

Got into an accident in my Benz and got totaled so I needed a new car. Been shopping for over a month and I didn't want to buy another over priced vehicle at car max. I checked out a few dealerships but the sales reps were just rude! Then I remembered ASE Auto and bought a vehicle there. This is my 2nd BMW that I have bought here at ASE Auto. Sam helped me out and he was just awesome!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and he fought for me for my auto loan! Now that's what I call excellent customer service. He got me into my new Z4 and just like my 328XI, the cars are in excellent "in almost new" condition. When I'm ready to upgrade my vehicle I'll definitely buy my 3rd from this company! Sam helped me get into a 2013 Dodge Avenger. He's very open and honest/straightforward. Very friendly and no pressure while I was on the lot. If you find a vehicle you are interested in here I definitely recommend this place over most car lots. After a few days of driving the dodge I noticed the alignment was off, called Sam and he said to bring it in and he would take care of it. Overall I had a great experience here. Thanks Sam!

Bought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler a year ago from Sam. So far it has been dependable. I am very happy with my car and Sam helped me buy my dream car. His customer service was amazing. He helped me find the car I wanted and assured it met all my criterias. He was very patient and he did not try to sell just any Jeep, made sure it was the exact one I wanted and that it was safe and reliable.

5 Stars! I bought my car from ASE Auoo Inc. in North Hollywood in October 2017. This car has NEVER given me an issue. I found the car online while living in New Jersey and took the risk of flying out to LA to buy it in a single day! - at a great price too. I was able to have confidence because of how good their reviews were, the warranty they offered, and the condition of the car (no accidents, one owner, and 54,000 miles).
