I work for Elite Transportation Systems and the majority of our fleet is Kenworth. I have also worked with the Rihm Service Department for the last 5+ years. Kevin and Jeremy have always been spot on and have got us out of some tough spots. Even with our makes of trucks. Quick to diagnose and make the repair. Had hit a deer and needed front end parts replaced. Randy Johansson and his team had me in at 830am and by 1030am same day I was back on the road with repairs complete. Couldn't ask for anything more. Appreciate Y'all.

These guys are awesome and proactively help me fix my rig. They even installed new speakers for me free while fixing other items. They have showers and laundry here. All of the staff are awesome

No communication from shop at all. Went and asked what was going on after nine hours. Wasn't told anything other than they were going to try to get it in the next morning. How about what's the issue. So next morning I ask again and they said it needed a wiring harness and they could not get one. Also going to try to get aligned by end of second day maybe. What?

Isn't that what you do, get new parts and replace bad ones. So two days sitting and having to pull information out of them about what and when my truck will be done. Maybe come back in a week to check on part. Really need to communicate better, they're supposed to be a professional shop, not Jimbo's truck repair!
